Hi Ami,

We don’t know. It was interesting that when we were down in Colombia (round 2) the French international adoption agency (I assumed it was governmental) was visiting. They seemed quite concerned over the length of time it was taking in general for adoptions (France had their own peculiar requirements as well).

It’s just frankly sad as the entire process has basically slowed to a halt.
