Today’s group is from the Fern and Flora Bundle which is part of the Moonlit Flora Suite. This was an extra class that Stampin Up offered at their OnStage event this past March. Yes, I’ve had it sitting in my to-do pile since March.
These are the four cards that we made from the event. The pattern paper, stamps, and dies we used are all currently available and you can recreate these cards yourself. The Suite item # says it’s unavailable right now because the coordinating embossing folder is out of stock. We did not use the embossing folder for these projects so you aren’t missing anything if you can’t get the folder right now.
I have a few more UFOs – UnFinished Objects – sitting on my desk and I’ll be sharing those soon as well. Stay tuned!
This is what it looks like closed. The top front flap tucks into the bottom flap.
Here is what it looks like open. The candy is stapled into the matchbook. I find this is the easiest way to keep it in place. Then the Trick or Treat is glued across the top of the staple to hide it.
As I mentioned, you can make a number of these easily. Here is the pattern that I use for this. You can get four of these out of one 8.5×11″ sheet of paper. I score the entire sheet at one time. Score at .75″, 4.5″, and 4.75″. Then trim off the last 1″. Once you card stock is scored, rotate it and cut it apart at every 2.75″.
Now you have four of these ready for decorating. And your favorite pattern paper and embellishments and you’re ready to go!

I am in love with those mini self-adhesive ghosts and bats. They have been very popular and are currently out of stock. They are due to return September. I’ve done this on a few items that I’ve been dying to get a hold of and it works really well.
I used one of our Standing Clipboards – you can find these in our Online Exclusives section and they come in a three pack. The two little ghosts and the cat are cut from our pattern paper. The large ghost is stamped and die cut. The tree is from the coordinating die set as well.
And those mini bats are just too cute. I don’t know if you can tell, but they have tiny faces painted on them! Seriously, just adorable!

For the blue card at the top, there is an easy way to make this one and have it lined up perfectly. The rectangles for the card front will be stamped and punched out and glued to the front of the card. The easiest way to get everything lined up perfectly, including the stamping, is to stamp and adhere it before punching it out of the sheet.
I stamped it, then turned it over and added my pop dots to each rectangle on the back side. Then I laid the entire thing over the card front. Very carefully, I peeled back the frame while making sure not to pull up any of the rectangles. You can see below how I did this. This ensures all your rectangles will be perfectly spaced out across the front of the card. Once you peel off the frame, you add the remaining embellishments.

Welcome to our NEW AT SU! Blog hop! We are a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from around the world who are Hoppin’ with creative paper crafting ideas to share with you. Today we are showcasing products from the Hot Foil line from the Stampin’ Up! Catalog.
Oh my goodness! I finally had a chance to sit down this weekend and play with our brand new Hot Foil system. And let me just tell you… WOW! The way foil looks on our card stock and paper – it’s incredible! For my card below, I used the gold foil on our pattern paper and our two sided card stock. For the two-sided card stock, I cut out the leaves and stem to add more depth to the card. All those super vibrant greens are just WOW.
Here is a close up view of both the patter paper and card stock. Both look absolutely amazing. And those pink butterflies on black card stock are also just WOW.
