Diana Stone PhD is a psychologist and Life coach in Asheville, NC.  She grew up in Germany, France, England, and India, and has traveled to many other countries and lived in multicultural communities, which has given her an ability to see people beyond the limitations of their cultures and beliefs.

From early on, Diana has been intrigued with learning what really makes a human being happy. At 22 she left home and family to live in an ashram in India, dove into studying meditation, and eventually became a meditation guide, traveling nearly continuously for 6 years, living out of 2 suit cases before settling in Miami and then Asheville.

It was when Diana learned about the qualities of the heart, the center of peace and joy in each person, that her journey to find a true source of happiness took on another dimension and meaning.

Enjoy this one-hour Living Well where Diana shares her story of how she discovered the inherent powers of living a heart-centered life and how it is transforming people’s lives!
