]]>This month we will be supporting Alabama Post-Conviction Relief Project
This is the only organization in Alabama dedicated to supporting volunteer attorneys to represent people on Death Row during the critical stage after trial when cases are re-examined for errors and new evidence. Their mission is to close the gap in Alabama’s broken capital defense system, and our vision is to end the death penalty.
Thank you for your support.
Will miss Potluck Sunday? You can still participate!
1. Give online or write a check: If you will not be present to donate in person, but wish to donate other wise, you can donate here via PayPal or Venmo and indicate Giving of the Plate September 2026 or specify “ALAPCRP” in the memo line with your financial support. Or mail your check with specified designation in the memo line to AUUF, P.O. Box 669, Auburn, AL 36831.
2. Give in cash: Contact Patience M., AUUF Social Action Chair, or Jim N., AUUF Treasurer. If you need help connecting with them, please ask any UU during service, or email officeauuf@gmail.com
