Hi Jordan, I don’t work on the project anymore. It’s best to ask the team maintaining the code. The fhir-server-config.json is super configurable there are examples in the FHIR repo, you’ll just have to use the azure example.

I’m not sure if it’s supported anymore.

How would I upload ndjson files from my local machine to a docker image of FHIR server ? I cant find the fhir-server-config.json on the github repo? Is the bulk import still supported for the docker image?

In reply to Mahesh. Yes, however it won't be in the same transaction. Your best bet is to use a Bundle.type transaction to load the patient resources. You should also extend your TRANSACTION_TIMEOUT

Hi Paul is it possible to import complete package with all resources for a patient? e.g. I am converting CCDA with all patient data (demographics, problems, meds allergies etc) to FHIR package and trying to import in one go. All resources in package are properly linked (ids etc). I expect that it will generate all individual resources properly. Will it work in current scenario?
