Caulfield & Wheeler, Inc. (CWI) Triples Down on Tradition with New Office Location in Port St Lucie West

CWI has leased 6,000 square feet of commercial office space at 240 NW Peacock Blvd, Suite 201, Port St. Lucie, FL, 34986. This expansion triples their previous footprint in St. Lucie County, having previously occupied 2,000 square feet in their previous location.

Port St. Lucie, August 29, 2022. Caulfield & Wheeler, Inc., an Engineering, Land Surveying, 3D Laser Scanning, & UAS Operations firm, is pleased to announce its new Port St. Lucie location at 240 NW Peacock Blvd, Suite 201, Port St Lucie, FL 34986. This new location is better suited to serve our client partners and project stakeholders, positioned at the intersection of I-95 and St. Lucie West Blvd.

The new office will be led by Timothy Foster, Project Engineer, and Ronnie Furniss, PSM. Increasing our footprint from 2,000 sq ft to 6,000 sq ft will allow us to expand our roster of talent in the Tradition area from 10 to 30 employees over the coming 2 years.

On Wednesday, May 2, 2018, Florida Atlantic University Alumni Association honored their 2018 class of distinguished alumni. Caulfield & Wheeler, Inc.’s Vice President, Ryan Wheeler, B.S. ’06, was honored by the FAU College of Engineering, for his leadership service to the community since graduating from FAU. Ryan has worked alongside the Engineering Department’s Advisory Council to the Department of Civil, Environmental, & Geomatics Engineering as the Chair. Ryan also serves on the Planning and Development Board of the City of Boynton Beach, after previously serving as the Community Alliance on the Land Use, Landscaping, and Irrigation sub-team.

Caulfield & Wheeler, Inc’s Vice President of Landscape Architecture, G. Allan Hendricks, R.L.A., was featured in an article by Apartment Therapy. In the article, he discusses some best practices and creative ideas to properly and artistically plan your landscape using ground cover, small plants, and larger plants collectively.

Allan joined Caulfield & Wheeler, Inc. and has been providing professional Landscape Architecture in the area since 2002. Allan has been involved in projects ranging from community developments of regional impact to meditation garden space for a local Cancer Healing Center, the Eugene M. & Christine E. Lynn Cancer Institute at Boca Raton Regional Hospital. Allan Hendricks has been involved in the design, permitting, and construction of residential communities, commercial properties, & various environmentally sensitive projects.

Allan Hendricks has a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from the University of Florida.
