Great Time at Blue River Church

We just retuned from speaking at the Blue River Cowboy church. What Blessing it was, we had a great turnout and we have been invited to return later to speak again on Science and the Bible. There were several young people that attended and they spoke to me after the presentation and stated how much they liked it wanted to hear more.

The Big Day has Arrived

God has Brought us here to the Blue River Cowboy Church Safely and we able to get everything set. up and working. It is such a Blessing to spend time with our dear friends Justin and CarolAnn Marks. We got to meet Justins Brother and family members who live here on the Blue and see a lot of History up close and personal. Justin’s Great Grand Father Homesteaded this ranch in 1891 and we were able to see some of the actual buildings that have been preserved. I will be speaking at the Blue River CowboyChurch this morning at 9:00, what a Blessing this is for Susan and I. The Church was recently started by Justin and CarolAnn.

We are on the Move

At this age time seems to be flying bye, We will be speaking at the Blue River Cowboy Church in Blue River Arizona this weekend, and there is a lot of excitement and interest there in the community. Susan and I are excited as well, as we will get to. spend some time with our dear friends Justin and Carol Ann Marks, as we are staying at there house for the weekend. I am especially excited that there will be a lot of young people attending the presentation. It is so important that young people hear the Truth about Science and the Bible.

Speaking At Blue River Cowboy Church

I just want to let everyone know that I will be speaking at the Blue River Cowboy Church, at 36330 Blue River Road, Blue River Az. at 9:00 an on August 9th, 2026. I will be speaking on science and the Bible, what you are not being told.

Also I have been invited to speak at “The Way family church” in Tucson sometime this month. Stay tuned for further details and dates.

We Are Making a Difference in Many Lives

As we travel with the message that God’s Word is true from the beginning to the end, the comment we hear most often is, “Thank you for giving us this information; I have never heard these viable alternatives to the teachings of Darwinian Evolution and the long ages taught from the geologic column. You have helped me to continue to have faith in God despite all I hear in the media, school, and museums.”

Students Abandoning Their Faith

Numerous surveys document faith abandonment rates among college-aged individuals, with progressively higher percentages over time:

2002 SBC Family Life Council Study: 88% leave the faith
2007 Life Way Research Study: 70% leave the faith
2010 study by Ken Ham and Britt Beemer: 85% leave after high school
Current estimates suggest more than 90%

This decline can be attributed to systematic challenges to the Christian worldview in educational institutions and media. Even Christian schools increasingly question Genesis’s inspiration and Adam’s historicity.

A 2006 study by Neil Gross and Solon Simmons found that 25% of college professors are professing atheists or agnostics, compared to just 5-7% in the general population. Only 6% describe the Bible as the actual Word of God.

Research by Christian Smith and Melinda Denton found that former believers reported departing due to intellectual concerns. This is precisely why the work of Confound the Wise Ministries is so important — equipping believers with sound scientific evidence that supports the accuracy of Scripture.

No Longer Walking with the Lord

We work to encourage believers to align their faith with Scripture rather than what the Apostle Paul called science falsely so called (1 Timothy 6:20).

As Amos 3:3 asks, Can two walk together, except they be agreed?

We have had the privilege of participating in scientific expeditions, including work with Dr. Steve Austin examining nautiloid fossils — evidence that powerfully supports the biblical account of Noah’s flood as described in Genesis 6-9.

Full acceptance of Scripture from Genesis through Revelation is essential for authentic faith. Believers who compromise biblical teachings regarding creation risk separating themselves from a genuine relationship with God.

Apeman or Just Another Peculiar Ape

The interpretation of fossil evidence is heavily influenced by a researcher’s worldview. Evolutionary theory relies on finding missing links between apes and humans, yet supposed intermediate forms have not withstood scientific scrutiny.

Fossils examined have consistently been identified as either extinct apes or extinct humans, with no genuine transitional forms discovered.

As Scripture teaches, man was directly created by God and in the likeness of God — not in the likeness of an ape.

The evidence, when examined without evolutionary presuppositions, points clearly to the biblical account of human origins as described in Genesis.
