Even in 2015 we were subjected to ongoing reviews in the form of customer audits, where the clients inquired our readiness to meet their specific requirements for quality assurance of supply. Part of customer audits were also a reviews from future or potential customers. Such tests are normally carried out by the special characteristics and requirements of individual customers. It was eg. a “SQAG” for JTEKT Automotive Czech Plzeň s.r.o., “QS 9000” for GM Powertrain Austria GmbH, Magna according to VDA 6.3, PSO for Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and Renault by ASES system. With specific regard to the audit from new and potential customers like Continental, BMW and VW, we were forced to prepare aswell for audits by the VDA.
All important processes running in BAC are regularly and systematically audited internally by group of certified internal auditors and supervised by customer audits according to individual requirements and the specific characteristics of a particular customer. The efficiency and effectiveness of these processes is analyzed and evaluated by management in the document called “Management Review 2015” with the approval of the entire document from BAC leadership at its meeting held in the spring.
