I believe it is a regular dumb old toaster that pog knows is a toaster but is using as a hat.

A picture such as this one took an hour to get out the core idea and then 3-5 hours of touching up.
Doing them for other people of course takes longer since I need to seek approval at several stages and have a harder time considering the product good enough to declare done-ish.
