The Environmental Hydraulics Institute “IH Cantabria” has been involved in the development of the “Workshop on Environmental Quality Indicators on Soft and Rocky Bottom Benthic Ecosystems of the Humboldt Current”, providing expertise regarding the CFR index and its application. The event was organized by the Fisheries Development Institute of Valparaiso (Chile) under the GEF project: “Towards an Ecosystem-Based Management of Large Marine Ecosystem of the Humboldt Current” and took place in Valparaiso from 27 to 30 October 2015.

El Instituto de Hidráulica Ambiental de Cantabria “IH Cantabria” ha participado en el desarrollo del “Taller de Indicadores de Calidad Ambiental en Ecosistemas Bentónicos de Fondos Blandos y Rocosos de la Corriente de Humboldt”, exponiendo aspectos relativos al índice CFR y su aplicación. El evento, organizado por el Instituto de Fomento Pesquero de Valparaíso (Chile) en el marco del proyecto GEF: “Hacia un Manejo con Enfoque Ecosistémico del Gran Ecosistema Marino de la Corriente de Humboldt”, se ha desarrollado en Valparaíso durante los días 27 al 30 de octubre de 2015.
