I love this story and I’m glad you shared it. I love that plan. I have learned to be very careful who I allow to book a free call, for these reasons. People don’t like being “rejected” so sometimes they go off, and I’ve had that happen, which definitely confirms my instincts on it.
I like your idea to have a simple template ready, but I would be hesitant to refer if the red flag is something you wouldn’t want someone else to deal with. I made that mistake.

Congrats on cancelling even if last minute. I think it was the right thing.

By the way, I just went to post a review for you on Facebook and hers seems to have been removed which is nice.
