An Open Letter to ALL Readers
Today’s date is October 27th, Stardate 2024
Pay close attention now everybody.
If you have been following the Blue Star Transmissions as closely as most people are, then you all will know that you are in the greatest Spiritual Battle of your life. We are down to the wire now. And yes, the election process is part of the wire.
Either the Light wins the Spiritual Battle, or God will be destroyed. Yes, we have intentionally never told you this before. We have been given permission to give you this final warning. This is the most intense Spiritual battle you have ever been in although you have been trained for this for many centuries. We all either all win or we all lose. Now, you all know what we meant when we repeatedly said to you over the years that “This lifetime IS for all the marbles.” Each “marble” in this sense IS a Soul.
We have been asked to ask all of you readers and believers of the truth to join in and battle for every Souls freedom and the end of evils reign on this Earth. We are asking you to join the millions of other Souls now who are beginning to Fight, Fight, Fight using every ability they have to help God win this war. None of us will be able to survive if God loses this war.
Billions of you have already discovered that so many people that you have loved in this life and who have passed over, now feel as if they, who are these loved ones, have already returned and are there with you now. That is because they are. They have Taken a STAND and know that they can do their best by Be-ing their best. As long as you people who are living on the planet are joining in to Fight, Fight, Fight with full knowledge that you are not doing this by yourself, that WE Stand among you, WE live and die among you and WE will never, never, surrender our Souls.
For those of you who do not remember, recently the Earth has risen to higher levels of her evolution and has changed her name to “Anastasis.” Anastasis literally means “Resurrection.” Anastasis will continue to resurrect all those Good Souls who will now want to join with you and destroy evil wherever it is living on this planet. I do see that ever so many of you have been busy trying to add one and one to try to figure out what is going on here. Now you know!
And how you Fight, Fight, Fight is to simply use your innate knowledge and wisdom and destroy evil wherever you feel it lies. You are simply asked to do nothing physical that could harm you but to focus all that you have learned, all that you know is true and blast pure White Light into all the grids and to all parts of Anastasis and be content to know that you ARE winning this war. We ourselves are very grateful for the help you each can give. The VOICES of Cyclical Changes need help too. They may be well advanced, more so than you think you are, but no Soul should ever be left behind. So, in this situation, if you are Good Souls than you are equal in Soul value and you can do no wrong.
What our Celest and David have put together is the current plan that can not afford to fail. Just use whatever gifts you have, or think you have, and bombard the grid with all the Light you can. For the next three weeks the battle is going to wage with many lives being threatened but none of you will fight alone. We stand alongside each of you whether you see us or not.
Let us be clear here, we are not advocating that you cause physical harm to anybody.
Use your POWER OF MIND to destroy what must be destroyed for yourselves and for every other Soul. There is no such thing as you giving to little. Create the time you need, however long that may be, and know that every time you blast the Light into the Grid you weaken the Light that is being badly used and abused. You weaken that Light and are replacing it with much stronger Light than it has ever had before. Please remember, as Celest has taught people for years, “Light has always casts forth the shadows, but it is the shadows that define the Light.”
Now we are doing this is two ways in order to touch all Souls. This coming Friday, November 1st, at 6:00 PM in any time zone a Soul is in, every Soul is asked to blast forth and do what must be done. Although this is the kick-off at 6:00 pm U.S. central time at night, every day at 6 pm at your time it is your time to battle until you feel you have done enough. In this manner at 6 pm, in your time zone, fire away! Your help can turn the tide. And although we will be kicking it off with the VOICES of Cyclical Changes this coming Friday at 6 pm, we too will continue firing away every day at 6 PM. And every day thereafter until we feel that we have done all that we can.
No, we can not tell you how long that will take. This has never happened before in ANY phase of human evolution.
If you have any doubts, we ask you remember, “The Spiritual is and always has been stronger than anything in the physical.” But now we are working together as One Unified Pure White Light Being.
We know so many of you, who have sacrificed so much each and every lifetime you have been, are tired and may feel like you just want to go home. But we are asking you to hold on, we need you right now. There will be plenty of time to rest when this is all said and done. You are only living a physical life for a short while, you are a Soul wearing a human form temporarily, you are an eternal Soul for all time. Now it is your time to do what you promised so many, many, lifetimes ago. And that is to “Fight, Fight, Fight when we issue the call. Now, we have “Issued the Call.”
Doing this kind of Light Work can cause you to feel tired because you are using such high energy.

Why are WE the VOICES of Cyclical Changes “Issuing the Call?” What is this project all about? The God of this Universe and The Creator are aware as are we that the dark is trying to instill as many of its tainted dark souls in positions of power all over this world. They have asked us to Issue the Call to all other VOICES and help balance the scales. You are a VOICE if you can see that there is something wrong and it needs to be fixed. We will be placing a gridwork of Light and Crosses all around and through this world. This gridwork when completed will seek out any tentacles of the dark as well as all those souls who have succumbed to its illusionary enticements and immediately start destroying them.
The Cross – Bearing the Mark of God
After we are done explaining this to everyone you will be able to understand the how why when and where of this crucial project.

First of all, the event will begin on Friday the 23rd of August at 6PM in your time zone. And then carry on in earnest for the rest of the 23rd, 24th, and the 25th. And then you are asked to continue infusing this Grid with The Light of ALL Lights each and every time the thought of God and “The Eternal Love of God” comes into your mind. Make no mistakes about, this is a battle between the dark and the Light for the Souls. The first three days of the battle will be the harshest. From then on whenever “the cross” jumps into your mind or “the upcoming battle” comes into your mind IT IS TIME for you to reinforce everything you have done. Do not become lax or complacent.
DIRECTIONS –
Here is what you have to do. We are effectively Creating a Gridwork of Light Energy that surrounds this entire planet and also goes through the planet. This gridwork will consist of many many crosses. Begin by saying the “Jesus The Christ Consciousness” mantra.
(“I here and now command in the name of Jesus The Christ that if there is any entity that is not of the most evolved form of the Jesus The Christ consciousness, that is not of the most evolved form of God I Am, then you are to here and now disappear and cease to exist. This I command in the name of Jesus The Christ.)
From the moment you wake and have replenished yourself we ask you to begin visualizing God, The Mark of God, The Cross, (which IS God) and begin using your Power of Mind and begin Creating The Crosses and enacting the construction of the grid.
Then envision pouring brilliant White Light into, over and through this grid we are Creating. You do this simply by using the Power of Your Mind. You can say to yourself, “damn the torpedoes, full speed ahead.” Then we ask that you visualize the crosses that you will be contributing to this project and then begin placing them on each of the intersecting lines effectively connecting cross to cross to cross. (see diagram) The crosses know you have damned the torpedoes and are moving full speed ahead. This will take as long as you feel you need to until you are satisfied with what you have begun.
Visualize creating a sacred crystalline grid of equilateral triangles (see below) completely enveloping the Earth with square white crosses (see above) everywhere the lines intersect. The matrix should be three dimensional as it needs to not only envelop the Earth, but also infused within her. Fill the grid and the crosses with God’s blazing white light and love. Then see this grid dissolving all darkness on the planet.
REMEMBER to also drink plenty of water and to place a pinch of sea-salt under your tongue.
Part of this project is to be targeting certain people or areas that are obviously tainted or controlled by the dark. If you know who your target, who your chosen target is, and state their name as clearly as possible to your Soul, Soul will hear you. Pick your target. Soul will immediately seek out your chosen target and either repel dispel or destroy the darkness. When possible, it will destroy the darkness that is controlling the target.
So, choose the name, if you have one, the name of who poses the greatest danger not only to God but also to each Good Soul on Anastasis.
For example, do you believe that Kamala Harris poses the greatest physical and Spiritual danger to God and to all those who bear the Mark of God? If so, state this. If you believe it to be someone else, state that. Remember, You are playing the game of the beast but you are playing the game against the beast but you are playing it better.
IF you do not have a “certain name or person in mind” then we ask you all to Pour your Light into the entire Matrix and the Grid. You can do this by simple visualization.
Now this grid, it is flexible, it is not stationary. It is always in motion. The crosses in the grid will know what to do, it will seek out and repel dark energies. You are the catalyst of making this a success.
Now, Spiritual energy grids or planetary grids are etheric crystalline structures of electromagnetic fields, templates, or matrixes covering the Earth and hold consciousness for a species. It does coordinate between the microcosmic and macrocosmic world. It is part of the matrix of sacred geometry. Remember, this world, Earth, Anastasis as she is now to be known, requested and was granted to be given all the upgrades to the more advanced forms of sacred geometry. It is an energy field. The grid is instrumental in holding together all life.
Also, this grid will be Created with the cross, many crosses. The Cross may be of any color, not just a White Cross. Some will envision white, black, orange, yellow or an enticing glistering clear or crystalline rainbow-colored echoing a prismatic array of light emanating from the cross while others may see blue, gold, or even a blue-gold. The choice is whatever they believe it to be.
All the crosses that will be placed within this Spirited energy grid acknowledges that he or she who is wearing the cross is bearing the Mark of God, that they are of the Light not of the dark.
The Grid sustains the life force, the life force of all life on this world.
Do not be judgmental. No hate, anger or animosity. You are doing the right thing for the right reason. God has asked for your help. Will you answer or will you shrug it off? Your response or lack of will be noted in your Book of Life. Before you answer, consider that God has given humanity one more chance.
Facts:
The cross is actually a Soul Finder.
It’s a compass the binds Souls to Souls.
Power in numbers is the sequential force with this Soul Cluster Finder.
It affects the dark because it is Light.
The compass strengthens each Soul. It is also a direction finder, North, South, East, West.
The dark does not tolerate the Light from this Cross. All they know is they do not like it and it makes them feel specifically uncomfortable.
So, this is also where when and how you can BEST the Beast. In other words, play the beasts game but play it better.
The Grid is constantly being ‘tweaked’ as part of moment-to-moment upgrades. In other words, it selfheal’s, it constantly monitors the overall moment to moment status of each individual Soul and reinforces the Matrix of The Cross and in this manner reinforces the strength and staunchness of your Soul. But you are the catalyst’s, bearing the Mark of God, and yet destroying evil with the very presence of your Awakened Souls. You all practiced for this long long long long ago as we did ourselves. This is one way, a great way, for saying “Damn the torpedoes, Full Speed Ahead!”
Yes, the evil ones will know who bears the Cross of God.
Again, if you do not have a “certain name or person in mind” then we ask you all to Pour your Light into the entire Matrix and the Grid. Again, you can do this by simple visualization. (See Diagram above)
The grid is actually composed of a series of multidimensional interlocking squares, angles, and other forms of advanced geometric symbols. It is interlocking the microscopic world with the macroscopic world.
That is why when you think of The Grid you should easily be able to see that they are all composed of interconnecting crosses.
Please note; The Mark of God can not be confused with the mark of the devil. One is pure White Light; one is perpetual darkness. Yes, you each have the Mark of God. Many times it can be in the form of a birthmark that never goes away. So, you may search your body for the rest of our mortality and never see where it is. But the dark ones carry the perpetual darkness deep inside them. Deep inside their eyes, deep inside their souls. Often times they each speak of a high form of democracy; it is a facade they hide behind. They speak of being the leader of who they are. It is all a sham. For example, they speak of a high form of democracy, but they are making a joke of it. There is no democracy in evil.
Kamala Harris for instance, in reality is an insipid non-intelligent entity sent here to pull really good people down and destroy them whenever she feels it is necessary. So, you see there is a reason besides the perpetual dark and its insatiable craving for blood-lust. The reason is hiding behind democracy in order to cause the human races to capitulate. It is challenging the people of this world’s ability to seek out and destroy the darkest of the dark. If that happens then all of this will have been for naught. Politics and religion have led humanity into a Time-Sensitive period now of pushing them into the very brink of madness and physical death. None of us were sent here to destroy others in any type of helter-skelter fashion. The dark has cast everything it truly is into this upcoming political election as well as elections taking place in other countries. The Cross you wear will provide you with eternal protection while each of us is doing the work of God.
God and The Creator came to visit us the other day and said They are “calling in all those who bear the Mark of God, to enter into the greatest battle between the Light and the dark that has ever happened before.” It does not require any physical interactions with the dark souls, you each bear the Mark of God. Therefore, you are in The Light of God, so it is that you can do no wrong.
The time long prophesized has arrived. We are asking each of you Good Souls to wear a simple cross, not a crucifix, one that clearly indicates that you bear the Mark of God and do His work. If you do not have a simple cross, nothing ornate, just a simple cross, then find one and buy one. White, silver, gold, anything like that. And wear it at all times. This cross is symbolic of who and what you are. Your wearing of the cross is the catalyst that activates the matrix of the cross.
We are all on the precipice of “Gathering ALL our Light Force” and “hurling The God Light” with all your might, with all you know, with all you believe, into the darkest recesses of Anastasis. This will not be more difficult for any of you to do unless you are allowing your uncertainty of your ability to perform and manifest this tremendous Life Force. Should you have qualms about your ability then take some time and meditate, if that is what is required by you to see that yes, you are here to do this as you promised long long ago and nothing and no-thing can stop you, can stop us NOW.
And no, none of you will be alone. Other VOICES from all over Anastasis (Earth,) who have been waiting for the call to arms, will be receiving their instructions on the “how to” manual via all of Divinities’ means and will be joining you even if you never meet them in this lifetime. They too will be receiving their instructions and you will all decide for yourself who possesses the greatest danger to God, to The Creator and all Human Life in general.
Those will be the people we, that the grid, will saturate with “The Cross Light.” Do not be concerned about people who have no internet access, all that has been KNOWN about. And God and The Creator are attending to those people so that none of you will be left behind. No Good Soul will be left behind.

Truth is a Bombshell and is an elixir for Life
Knock it off already!
I ask you all to remember that evil’s lair is built on shaky ground; it is built on the complacency of the human Spirit and humankind’s willingness to forgo the “tiresome” search for truth and instead accept at face-value illusions disguised as truth.
For “truth” was Created long, long ago as a weapon of choice to defeat all lesser energetic matter and was birthed within the matrix of each Soul who has ever been. This Collective matter of honor, sensibility, openness and revelations of all realities given the name “truth” was an amalgamation Created in the Crystal City.
Remember, people who can only see one side of issues, who can only abide their own truth particularly when it clashes with true reality are heading into shark infested waters. But, that is their choice; do not allow it to become yours! The bombshell nature of truth obviously does not exist on other planets. BUT there is the one planet which was specifically designed to be a type of “parallel Earth” where the bombshell will take up permanent residence when all truth is known of and accepted by humanity here. This planet of which I speak is the only planet where millions of badly tainted peoples who are here now will go to after . . .

Forgiveness
Sometimes, somewhere, somebody, someone, at a precise gridline intersection, is being called upon to bridge the divide.
Are you doing God’s work OR are you still asking Him to do it for you?
The words: Forgiveness, Forgiveness, Forgiveness, Forgiveness began playing over and over again in Celest’s mind. This song which we were not familiar with originally began playing in Celest’s head on May 2nd, 2024 at 2:15 pm and continued until we searched and located it and, like deciphering all God Code, discovered the pertinent reason for this particular tune at this very precise time. “Forgiveness”
It is for this reason we, Celest and David along with a host of other Divine Beings, are personally escorting this song into The Valley of the Ancients. The Valley where religion stands on one side and Spirituality Stands on the other. Believe it or not, in the Middle does walk The Creator and The Creation. For those who are or will be soon… leaving this world.
Remember these words:
We have done our best over the years to enlighten everyone that “these times are coming.” The wait is over.
Prophecies said “that no one would know the exact time” this would occur. This was to allow all people ample time to prepare themselves for the battle to end all battles, the battle between good and evil. THESE TIMES ARE NOW. The battle lines have been drawn. Those who choose to follow the false prophets will not survive. It is what it is.
We (Celest and David) are watching as vast numbers of discarnate Souls are Gathering. These are all the Souls Rising and the Souls Risen Blue Star and ourselves recently spoke to you of. It is virtually everybody everywhere. It is all those wonderous Souls coming through the Dimensional and inter-Dimensional Doorways. It is the Star Keepers, the Masters, the Avatars, those from the Angelic Realm, the Soul Saints Marching in, even the Luminescents themselves (The Gods and Goddesses of all the other Universes) and so many more. It is those who are joining The Army of The Light.

(Celest to David) – People need to be warned.
Before, they were not ready.
Now, they are ready.
Scared, but ready.
It is ok to be scared.
It is not ok not to be ready.
Celest’s Vision from November 2001. This vision she has held close to her chest, as she often does, until such time as God said to her, “It is time.”
The Vision: Celest and another man were going up into the mountains. There were hundreds of people following them. Celest noticed that those following her had a “Cross” on their foreheads. Those following the man had a “brown spot” on their forehead. Celest then noticed there were two lines that had formed, on the left was a man whom she knew from conferences she had spoken at in the past. He was what we term a false prophet. On the right stood Celest, and there was a long line of people who were following her, hundreds of people. Many of whom she knew well from all her many lifetimes here on Earth (Anastasis,) and elsewhere. For they had fought, laughed, loved and even died together.
She saw the man leading those, the others, to a waiting plane. Celest starting yelling at them, “no, no, do not get on that plane. Come, come, come with me. I will lead you to safety. They did not listen.
The others all boarded the plane with the other man, Celest kept yelling, “Stop, stop, please stop.” Again, no one listened.
Celest and those with her watched as the plane started and took off into the sky. They watched in, not in horror or disbelief, but in sadness as the plane ascended into the sky and then, suddenly, abruptly… blew up. All aboard died. (Her Vision ended.)
Now, while Celest and David were discussing this Vision between themselves the other day God came in as He often does and said, “You are both right. On the left, 10,000 people maybe more. On the right, Reach out, I’ll be there.”
The latter, “Reach out, I’ll be there” is a song that has been playing non-stop in Celest and then David’s heads for weeks now. It has continued unabated, with brief interludes of “The sounds of silence.” To our knowledge this will continue until this message is posted. This too is part of God’s “Promises Made, Promises Kept” agreement with ALL Souls who would be incarnate now here on this planet.
Celest and David had Celest’s Vision briefly explained to the other “VOICES of Cyclical Changes” on the last conference call so that they too could prepare themselves to be ready for those who would have questions.
We knew this would arouse, awaken, alert and yes, alarm vast numbers of people all over this world. This message too like the current “Special Edition” Blue Star Transmission, “God is being attacked as the war against God is now fully activated,” IS a Clarion Call for ALL Good Souls to Unite NOW will all other Good Souls, by any means possible. Heart to Heart, Mind to Mind, Soul to Soul. Soul linking to Soul linking to Soul… REMEMBER! This IS the time you have all been waiting for. It may surprise many of you to know, if you do not already, that You ARE the Ones you have been waiting for. That all of Divinity has been diligently preparing you for. It is time to take a STAND and STAND in Truth. Remember, Truth must stand on its own OR it loses all validity.
We ask that you read the words of these Songs and then listen to them. This entire message is what God and ALL the other Luminescents wish for you to train your focus on.

What is a false prophet. They are the ones that always know the right thing to say at just the right time. They know verbatim all the keywords and phrases that make them appear to be knowledgeable. This is called seeding. They give you just enough truth to lure you in. This, if not detected, can cause you to veer off course and lose your Spiritual equilibrium. Remember, do not dismiss the dark or evil ones as nothing to be concerned about. Do not think to yourself, “If I do not bother them or even acknowledge their presence then they will not bother me.” Lambs to the slaughter. They, the dark and evil ones are not very smart however they are cunning and manipulative. And they know each of you very well. Most of you better than you know yourself. They make it their business to know. They will pounce on your weaknesses, exploit your vulnerabilities. Your Achilles heels.
Who are they, they are many of your political or religious leaders. Many of them are your Spiritual teachers who out of ignorance or their delusions of grandeur or self-obsessed egos are leading you down the wrong path. Sadly, many do not even know they are doing it. But that is not to say that all of them don’t.
We have taught you all how to spot a false prophet. IF you do not know then ask, just ask somebody. This is not the time to protect your ignorance.
Light can not exist when it is within the dark but the dark defines the presence of the Light. It is when the Light is defined it is immediately cojoined with other Souls of the Light. It is then together that they battle the dark. The battle is really in swing then.
You have to remember it these people who speak with their minds, it is they who are using their Power of Mind and reaching out to people.
People are sending information through telepathing and it goes out in like A Soul Line.
You also have to remember, when the spoken word is silent it is giving Soul free reign to speak.
You have to think about Soul as being an information highway because Soul will not lie. We do not know it you will understand it but the presence of the unspoken word is deafening – that IS the information highway.

It is indeed one thing to feel flustered, frustrated, ill at ease and fidget aimlessly when you find yourselves encountering or feeling surrounded by people who are not on your own levels of Consciousnesses. But do not lower yourselves to their level and demean the Soul work you do by avoidance of the truth of your own good works. If you did not feel uncomfortable in their presences, I would have to seriously become worried about you!
…had any of this bombshell type of information been presented to any of you ones years ago, you would have rejected it forthwith. Tell me Planetizens, what good would that have accomplished? I ask you all to remember that evil’s lair is built on shaky ground; it is built on the complacency of the human Spirit and humankind’s willingness to forgo the “tiresome” search for truth and instead accept at face-value illusions disguised as truth. Never ever become tired of the old adage, “the truth will set you free.” For indeed it will, it does and IT IS! Now, the reality of actual truths is that it is not reliant on proof. Proof can be manipulated through thought, word or deed, but nobody thinks about that happening. The lair of the dark ones is on shaky ground because it only requires a few true Advocates for Justice to shake, shake, shake the bottom of the lair, causing TRUTH to replace the illusions. In your Collective case however, every single one of you working in tandem even if it is only in your visions of things, can continue to alter the configurations that evil relies on and thus you can bring forth the truth even if you feel that you are the only ones who KNOW the truth. There is more than a single meaning to, “one by one.”
It was deemed appropriate long, long ago by the Creator and the Creation Processing that it would be far better that the Collective of yourselves NOT be permitted to be in awareness of this fact UNTIL NOW. I fully respect and support Their reasons for having made that amendment to your lives, without your conscious knowledge that They were doing so. You each needed to rely on your individual selves FIRST and then become part of the Collective.
The elixir aspect of the bombshell I have been mentioning is not a liquid per se; yet it is an alchemical transformative energy of truth which is part and parcel of life eternal. For “truth” was Created long, long ago as a weapon of choice to defeat all lesser energetic matter and was birthed within the matrix of each Soul who has ever been.”
Now, digesting truth should be much easier for you ones if you bear in mind that Justice is NOT blind; NOR ARE YOU! Therefore, yes it is time for you ones to write down your truths and teach those whom you can; yet remain in the realization that truth itself is an elixir of life.

There is too much to tell you ones about that does need to be explained. Too much you need to be aware of. So today we meet again to begin to discuss what you do not know as well as what you think you know. So very much has happened since my last message to all of you that it would be difficult to try to find a beginning for this transmission. In other words, it matters not where I begin this day; every day for the remainder of your lives will continue to be altered.
“Truth” is a triple-edged-sword. It can cut through lies and deceit, it can disempower a person’s beliefs, or it can attempt to cut down We who are the “Truth Talkers.”
There are only two forms of people now left on this planet. There is Group one and there is Group Two. Group one has had their Spiritual back broken, Group two people are moving forward keeping their momentum strong, accepting change and making cyclical changes with their minds, with their Power of Mind and experiencing new probabilities and new opportunities that you can say “Are written in Stone.”

One of the most fundamental changes to take place on Anastasis that impact on every living creature, even a tiny blade of grass or weed, everything, is now occurring all over Anastasis. (Anastasis – Earth)
Nothing can stand in its way, nothing.
We will give the names of all the progressive leaders in VOICES. Only a very special few will be able to turn a major tide. There is a wave of rogue proportions that will impact on everybody’s life. Progressive leaders of VOICES are, Chee, John, Lyre/Lynne, Alasdair, Etaoqua, Carol and Elisa (but Elisa is not as progressive as others.) These are the leaders that are absolutely outstanding. We have to give Elisa a conditional grade on this because she still lacks a great deal of seriousness that she has to have. And come hell or high water she will receive those experiences because she has too much depending on her. And, because you can not have any weak links.
Now, we will try to make this as simple as we can.
(Celest to David) “Look at the sheer curtains David, remember how everything used to be when we first began Creating all those Dimensional Doorways and they were heavily pixilated? That was the former New Normal. On the sheers, everywhere you looked you could see where the pixels were woven together to form a tapestry.”
Now, because the new weather condition has arrived in a tumultuous fashion effectively tearing through the former normal, everything you inhale, the very air you breathe, have altered that shear curtains pixilated motion. And that same sheer curtain, as you look closely at it, can you see how it now appears to you like you are looking at a landscape? What you are seeing is like looking at a sand dune. It is no longer one piece, it is layered. Its gradient, length and duration, the rise and fall etc. are infinite in the ubiquitous non-design. So, it may not ever again be in a simple pixilated form. Now that you know where to look, what to look at and why, you can see for yourself as the merging of the everchanging New Normal encapsulates everything, everywhere. Take a look for yourself VOICES/readers, teach yourself to read between the lines in everything you see.
This, the new levels of oxygen in the air, the nitrogen and all similar nutrients are constantly changing. It layers everything being on Anastasis in specific amounts and yes, at sometimes more or less than at others. What you need your body is adapting to.
You all need to start noticing that all you do, how you do it, to varied degrees will affect the air. The air you breathe, how you move, and even the nutrients is all going to affect the environment around you. It also affects the amount of air you are receiving.
If you went into a pool of water and swam under the water for a few minutes then rose above the water you might notice some minor changes in how you were breathing between when you dove in and when you came out. Which normally you might not have thought about before. This alters conceptions among people who think they are experiencing upper respiratory infections especially among the huge amounts of population now. Mucus membranes are overproducing the amount of mucus your body now creates. No, you can not run to the doctors saying, “help me help me, my mucus membrane are over producing.” He will not know what you are talking about anyway. You might control what you can with your health and what you can not control… you must learn to live with.
(Celest to David) “gaze around yourself, breathe as normal as you can, tell me how everything feels.”
(David) “I am sitting, cool breeze in my nostrils, static energy feeling around and about. When I stand up and move about a tiny bit, I am noticing intently the changes I see/feel, I feel lighter, more buoyant, less gravity, air cleaner, easier to breathe, lighter head etc.”
See how this is like the sand dunes, the levels, and the various gradients. When you are sitting you are on one level, moving upwards as in stance you alter your reality to another level of the sand dune per se and enter a new reality, a new level of the NEW Normal.
Another way to look at it might be to look at the various strata that one sees when looking at various layers of sediments in a rivers bank or in the desert areas etc. See how it is thick, then thins out as the elements themselves have moved the materials around over time. The thicker portions are like rings on a tree trunk, you can easily see which years were the lea years and which were fruitful or abundant and were able to provide plentiful nutrients and ample growing time.
Anastasis is responsible for this. She IS layering her energies “according to her grand design.” Energies include levels of oxygen. Do you see?
There is only so much air. So much oxygen at all levels. What it really is is altitude! Altitude is driving everybody crazy, and the aviation industry and passengers on airplanes are going through types of panic attacks that they can not explain to others. This is also contributing, but not limited to, erratic behavior from individuals on planes etc.
Think about it like this, when sitting for example, you are breathing in air at a certain level, when you stand up you are breathing at a different level, like going up an octave. Use octave if it helps you to visualize the varied levels as in the sand dunes, or octaves of sound.
If any of you have had the experience, or will in the future, as we ourselves have had many times over, especially when considering all the different altitudes we ourselves have lived in in this life experience, remember that time or times you could not breathe, like something stuck in your throat, a dryness or tickles in the back of your throat. First instinct is to raise your arms, this frees the airwaves and later on when thinking back you will find you were then present in multiple levels (altitudes) simultaneously. These levels or altitudes from which to draw from should be in the forefront of everyone’s minds from here on. Then you can immediately decide or choose to stand up, go to the front door, open it or a window and breathe. Different octaves or levels, different octaves or levels. Other options are to go to the freezers, open the door, breathe in the cool air, again … differed levels and colder is in varied gradients … do you see?
When you sit and stand up, sit down, up, down, up, down, you are simulating a stairway. Up down, up down, you are being your own escalator and entering different levels and elements of air.
Many people are taking Benadryl types of medications to try to combat the allergies in the air, allergies are being fueled by not only the pollens in the air, but the duration of the pollen seasons, the intenseness of the season, the length of the hot versus cold, since nothing is normal anymore, there are no more weather patterns. Now they are weather conditions, totality fluid, unpredictable in every sense of the word. Only Anastasis (The Earth) and those working with her knows what she is doing next.
We can suggest AYR brand as a saline mist to help breathe in through your nose. It will help the dryness. If you have not been continually drinking the electrolyte water then you had better start now.
Remember Gods Breathing Technique He taught us all during the beginning of COVID. There is more to this simple technique than the eyes, the mind, the intellect may at first think. In other words, do not just perform the technique, monitor the experience from beginning to end. Etaoqua picked up on this right away. In simpler terms… you need to become your own weather monitor
Gods Breathing Technique, this opens the lungs, the entire respiratory system. Breathe in through the mouth, exhale through the nose. Do this three times at least 7-9 times a day. It will expand your lungs, and IF you notice closely, you will also see and feel the second and third time of this the actual air will become cooler. You are actually breathing in a new level, you are also breathing in God Oxygen.
David – For years I have watched Celest closely monitor the weather, not always knowing why, now I have much clearer ideas because I too have studied it.
We can tell all of you what can be done, what is occurring. What you must do is to experience the conditions firsthand in order to KNOW. Knowing allows you to A-react? B-Act? Hmmm? Remember, reaction is the old conditioned way. None of you are to any longer be reacting, you are ALL to make Cyclical Changes by Creating Actions to override and alter the course by, most preferably, to Create A NEW. Reacting is living in past. Acting is BE-ing in the present. Be your own, be Gods, force multiplier. Use your Power of Mind. It IS the best tool in your toolbox.
Well now all you great speakers of VOICES of Cyclical Changes; you see how knowing what we are teaching you now can help you in your own life but what you can teach others and teach them moving forward. We agree with you, we are placing a burden upon your shoulders by placing the truths about all this. But if we have to deal with it… so do you. There is nothing new under the sun anymore, it is ALL new every day.
Judge for yourself. You have just read this, check and see how all your senses are right now, what your intellect is telling you about your environment, your body etc. Then stand up, experience that anew from when you first tried it when you were reading the first section of this. Yes, God and the other Luminescents were watching you when you did this. By the end of this message your understanding is on an all-new level and your experience should be altered or most definitely enhanced. Pay attention to the changes. To the changes. To the changes and on and on. This will not stop.
In the future we can discuss what occurs to oxygen, humidity etc. levels when weather conditions occur. This is enough for now.
Remember, there are no patterns anymore, there are only conditions. Conditions which are altering in every moment you are here.
Do not be concerned, the human physical vehicle is adapting, just NOT the way you want to.
Pay attention, pay attention! And stay locked into your NOAA weather radios. Don’t be foolish and only rely on your electronic devices to warn you of changes. They will not always be available or reliable and they do not give you moment by moment updates and the weather is shifting continuously throughout each and every day. Shifts are occurring almost instantaneously spontaneously anymore.
Now you may also understand better, with your newfound knowledge, why we are telling you to walk slowly, intently and to remain seriously focused. Oxygen is a wonderful thing… when it is available.
And please remember what we told you about the need to wear copper bracelets. The copper will assist you in counterbalancing the suns magnetic changes because copper bracelets contain large amounts of negative-ions. Good sunglasses too are important.
Minor or major changes to the weather, oxygen levels and your physical body and wellbeing all qualify under the category of “Expect the Unexpected at all times.”

What we are trying to do our best is to teach you to look, to seek and find the what why how when and where things work, or not work. Use all your clair’s, your sentience’s. Be aware of the subtle differences, these subtleties can be either beneficial or detrimental when applied on multiple or different platforms. And more importantly please be aware of how all these new alterations taking place on this planet are affecting all other aspects of the physical realm. And do your best at all times to SEE how the Spiritual influences the every… in everything. Learn to see, to recognize, for yourself what is versus what was. Remember, the what was, much like the past, will never be again. Teach yourself so you can then teach others. We must all rely on one another now, more so than at any other time in our history.
God’s Breathing Technique
First of all, remember God’s Breathing Technique He taught us all during the beginning of COVID. He saw firsthand how all of humanity needed help, then and in the NOW present and future to come as lower levels of oxygen became the norm here on this world. He also saw how so many were having serious difficulties breathing, catching their breath, as well as simply finding enough oxygen to breathe. There is more to this simple technique than the eyes, the mind, the intellect may at first think. In other words, do not just perform the technique and be satisfied, or not. Monitor the experience from beginning to end. One of the VOICES of Cyclical Changes picked up on this right away.
Gods Breathing Technique, so simple yet so wide-ranging. This technique opens the lungs, allows more airflow and oxygen into the entire respiratory system.
Just breathe in through the mouth into the lungs normally, then exhale through the nose. Pace yourself and do this three (3) times in a row, each time try drawing in just a little more air. DO NOT overdo this and try to breathe in too much too fast, you can injure your yourself. Repeat this at least 7-9 times a day. Yes yes, we know, this is the opposite of how you were taught to breathe when trying to find balance and calm yourself, especially during meditations etc. This technique will expand your lungs, and IF you notice closely, you will also see and feel during the second and third time of doing this that the actual air you are breathing in will become cooler. You are actually breathing in air on a whole new level, you are also breathing in God Oxygen.
What is God Oxygen? It is God sensing your need, or answering your request and breathing/blending infusing His energies in with your own while you are inhaling. Cool eh!
It stimulates, invigorates and oxygenates the lungs and entire respiratory system whenever your lungs expand. And during the exhale portion you also, if focused and paying attention, can assist yourself by releasing trapped air from your abdomen and this frees up pressure on your diaphragm.
Do it sitting down or standing up, standing up is best. However, at all times please be aware of yourself and how you feel. If you feel dizzy sit down or lean on something right away. You may do this any time day or night, even while in bed.
God’s Hand Technique
Beyond the obvious, this is an energy alignment and displacement tool and also functions as an energy activator. As well as a masterfully clever and God-inspired simplistic stretching tool for you to use anytime for your hands, your back, arms, shoulders and neck. This too you can perform standing up or sitting down. Each has its own benefits, the standing being the most pronounced of the two.
Performing this technique also gives you a brief moment when you can recenter yourself so you may remain in balance, in focus, with ALL That IS.
It’s simple. Put your arms out front of your body, similar to holding a ball in front of you, only have the palms of your hands in the down position and arms relaxed, not deliberately stretched straight out in front of yourself.
Start low, in the most relaxed position. What you are doing is similar to going up a stairway only using your arms and hands. With arms in front of you, start down by your waist or hips, each arm spaced a bit… place one hand above the other, then slowly, deliberately, shift one hand on top of the other, over and over again, each time climbing higher and higher until you finally reach the point where your arms and hands are directly in front of your eyes.
Stop, feel how your arms, shoulders, neck etc. all feels stretched. Most will feel a little tightness in the neck and shoulders, this is quite normal to begin with. You see, each time you do this technique the more you stretch and relax your tendons, your body overall, and the much limber it becomes.
Practice it, we suggest doing so at different and varied speeds. Once you become more relaxed with this technique try going up a rung, hand over hand, then purposefully go back down a rung, back and forth, up and down. Feel the muscles in your back arms etc. stretching, moving with each tiny little movement. If you feel a tight spot, or resistance to going up, then shift down and then back up and over and over again at the same level until it starts to limber up. It truly is quite amazing. It is quite wonderful to feel and get to know each corresponding muscle as it moves with each movement.
If resistance persists, then use your hands to climb up, one over the other, only act/pretend like they have weight to them and as each hand is placed on top of the other then gravity sinks or pushes the lower hand down. Climb, climb, climb, one hand over the other. And when you are ready proceed up the ladder.
This is not unsimilar to the “Spiral staircase” we often refer to when describing a person’s ascension to a higher level.
As we said, “It is an energy alignment and displacement tool and also functions as an energy activator.” The more intently you focus on your body, your mind and Spirit will show you how you are sifting away at the layers of your own kundalini, effectively removing “pockets” or stagnation points within your own chakra system. Remember that everything, everything IS energy, each and thought, deed or action. So, as you remove or displace something that is stagnant, in this case a tightness in your upper body, and replace it with fresh new energies you are effectively using your own Power of Mind to be an energy activator. All with a few simple hand movements.
Power of Mind, the simple ability to Create, to BE your own Luminescent Self in human form. This IS what you have the dark does not, the ability to Create. Under Universal Law they can only recreate.
God has said to all of us, repeatedly, “keep things simple.” The more you add clutter, the more you complicate things and then you venture further from the Spiritual into the intellectual logical side of yourself.

Seeing the Signs

By raising our awareness of information being presented all around us, we can find our way to the opportunities of our dreams, and paths out of our dilemmas and problems. Signs may show us the next step on our journeys. Symbols may be appearing for the first time or are reappearing in our lives. They only need to be recognized for what they are. They can be a sign that where we are in life is where we should be. They could be clues to where we go next. They may be able to help us understand patterns in earlier life experiences. Once we choose to make changes, it’s time to start looking out for answers to the way forward. The Universe, God, angels, and spirit guides are talking to us all the time through signs and symbols. We only need to be aware and recognize the signs when they appear.
We worry continually and pray for help – for relief or solutions about financial hardships, health issues, challenging relationships, and work situations, to name a few. We dream of new job opportunities, opening businesses, traveling to exciting destinations, and achieving success or fame for unrecognized talents. Our dreams may get postponed because they require training, financing, or practice to develop talents. Perhaps we have obligations to family, work, or other social circumstances. Maybe there are health limitations, lack of emotional support, or other feelings of unworthiness. We might be afraid of taking a leap into the unknown future.
When we are truly ready for change, signs appear. Sometimes, the sign was always there, but we weren’t ready to see it because we weren’t 100 percent committed to moving forward. The sign didn’t yet have meaning before now. An individual sign may not tell the “meaning of life” for any of us. When we notice a sign or symbol recurring, though, we should stop and pay attention to it. What it means is only something each of us can determine for ourselves when we consider our life experiences and the possibilities of where we want or need to go next in life. Rest assured; the givers of the sign will know we’ve noticed it.
Signs can be literal or symbolic, and when they appear, there seems to be a synchronicity about it. Literal signs can be what is on a billboard, in a commercial on television or radio, online, or something someone says to you directly. It describes a new opportunity, or solution to a problem, or as a validation. Symbolic signs are ones that must be interpreted in how they relate to us and our lives. These signs may be numbers or special characters, dreams, or a special phrase, to name a few examples. When we repeatedly notice this sign in the same place or multiple places, it may be worth checking out. If we look at the signs and symbols that have appeared over time as a sequence of information, they tell a story – where we have been, where we are, and where we are going.
Numbers have vibrational frequencies that are specific to each one. Seeing double or triple numbers, like 22 or 555, reinforces the energy of the individual number. Adding up the numbers in a multi-digit number until you get a single digit provides the energetic number. For example, the number 12345 adds up to 6 (e.g., 1+2+3+4+5=15, then 1+5=6). You can also assign the numbers 1 through 26 to the letters of the alphabet (e.g., a=1, b=2, etc.) and find the energetic number for your name or other personal identifying number. Consult guides on numerology to determine suggested meanings of numbers.
I’m a “numbers” person. I notice patterns of numbers and the way other information presents itself. For many years, certain numbers showed up in my telephone numbers and street addresses. I thought the numbers were “my numbers” and that they brought me luck. In retrospect, when I recall what was going on in my life then, the numbers may not have been so lucky for me. Often, I happen to look at the clock just when the time shows my birth date. It seems like coincidence. I considered that the occurrences might not be random events, so I started paying more attention to them. The times had meaning to me, and I saw them as validating what I was doing at that time in my life. Perhaps it was a reminder to me of the specific astrological configuration that was unique to the moment I was born. We all need guidance and validation that we have a purpose in life and are on the right track with our lives, be it at home, with family, in work and school situations, or social choices.
Exercises to start raising awareness of signs and symbols:
Numbers: Think of old telephone numbers, house street numbers, or any other number that was connected to you during a certain period of your life. Were there certain numbers that appeared more often than others? What was going on in your life during the time you had those numbers in your life? Pay attention to double and triple numbers. Notice whether you see a particular time on the clock and how often. What activities and events occurred that were connected to these numbers? Which numbers coincided with positive situations in your life? Are your “lucky numbers” truly lucky for you? When making changes in your life, choose circumstances where the positive numbers exist.
Phrases: Do you randomly hear a particular phrase that only you and one other person share? Has someone suggested something specific to you, only to have another person repeat the phrase word for word several days later? Have you only recently noticed an advertisement or other posting at work, your apartment complex or other frequently visited place that provides just the information you needed to take your life in a new direction or to the next level? It is time, then, to start listening to these messages and consider the signs were meant for you. Follow through with it.
Dreams: Have you received symbols or signs in your dreams? Were they shown to you by someone you once knew, like a family member or friend who may reside at a distance or is deceased? Were there confirmations, warnings, words of comfort, reassurance, instructions, or prophecies? Whatever the message is, consider what they mean to you. Consider recent events in your life, your emotions, and mental state when interpreting the dreams.
The Story: Think about the sequence of signs and symbols that appeared to you during your lifetime and how it has guided you through your experiences. Consider them to be signposts along your own personal journey of life. Have they led you to education, relationships, tragedies, recoveries, freedom, wealth, or fulfillment of dreams? What is your story?
There are countless books about interpreting dreams and symbols. We can consult information about numerology on the meaning of numbers. We can ask family and friends for their opinions and analyses. None of these sources, though, can explain the overarching story these signs and symbols tell us personally. Each one of us can only tell our own story. When we are ready for a change in our lives, signs appear anytime and anywhere. Trust that the signs can point us not only to a way out, but to more fulfilling experiences. So, the next time you see a sign for an off-ramp from your current life’s path – Follow It!

]]>Preface; In one of the VOICES of Cyclical Changes groups the Collective of the Luminescents have tasked them with seeing where the initial project “Initiating a Soul Movement” might grow and expand from there. One of the group projects had to do with a collective venture, expanding Consciousness and Creativity and doing so while working together with the others in the group. Here is one of Carols groups many projects we (Celest and David) thought you the readers might find interesting. Carol picked a few key phrases and then had the others write a line or two to expand upon the story.
Carol – We collaboratively decided we were going to do a piece on Symbolism in its many forms and discernable information. Don’t know if you want to use this but here it is. We all contributed lines and I put it together.

We started out years ago (8-21-2020) stating: “Every cycle in life is in search of completion and must be a reflection of and in the timelessness of the continuum. Then the next cycle can begin. In other words, all occurs within spatialness. This new project we are beginning is a collaboration of the changing voices on topics that need to be heard, discussed and ultimately understood, in order for people to live their lives in the new NOW. But they must do so in a better way in order for people to begin using Power of Mind exponentially. We feel that by people working together to not only Create a better world, but a better way to live life, we can all do something wonderful for ourselves and for others. Many people will begin using ancient as well as new knowledge to enhance their understanding of how to continue to evolve. They will then go on to teach others how to live a better life in a better way.”
As many of you have come to know by now, we dance to the beat of a different drummer. That beat is all-encompassing un-compromising infinite knowledge which is searching for wisdom. This pattern-breaking cyclically changing and ever expansive drummer IS Soul VOICE. By now many of you have realized you no longer exist or belong in a reality of low density and harsh existence. Kudos to you. Now maybe, just maybe, you will realize ALL your lifetimes of reincarnating here have been not only worth it, but priceless in its totality and cherished and revered for the true GIFT that was bestowed upon you. This was given to you by not only the God of this Universe, and the other Luminescents of ALL the other Universes and multiverses and micro-verses, but by The Creator Himself. It just does not get any better than that. Sadly, far too many personalities of Souls who are incarnate here now on this world have yet to realize that “reincarnation is no longer a guarantee! This means that it has to be earned.
We have told you over and over that in the end it would be worth it. We never told any of you that it would be easy. Fighting for just-cause never is. Being mirrored in the harsh realities of Earth’s near-distant past(s) is not easy and has never been “easy.” And no, we do not believe in the “illusion” that with no pain there can be no gain. And no, we do not suffer fools gladly, we do not suffer fools at all. And no, we do not expect any of you to be martyrs; that is simply a foolish end to the wondrous Gift of Life. We have been around long enough to know that suicide is just a fancy way to describe the senseless horrors and tragedies of self-murder and the plethora of disrupted cyclical consequences which follow. Now, IF you successfully navigate through the oftentimes tumultuous shoals of past lives here on the Earth, then other events will happen. Then maybe you are ready for your reward of you being honored for being an active participant in the NEW World with the NEW People.
From here on, this planet is NOW known throughout The Creator’s multiverses as Anastasis. She is the “Resurrection planet.” This is rightfully so as her name means Resurrection. SHE IS the New form of life which has risen from the ashes humanity tried so dearly to try to bury her in. She always had been and IS still reclaiming this world. She not only does this for Herself but for all the NEW Lifeforms which will soon come to call this world “Home!”
WE who are the VOICES of Cyclical Change continue to do all we can, whenever we are called upon, and throughout each and every NOW moment we attempt to BE of Service to God. We have claimed our God-given right to BE Co-Creators. Thank you, God. We will always strive to live up to, never down to, the highest of standards and always be a force to be reckoned with. Uncompromising moral and Spiritual values and Soul seeking Higher states of Consciousnesses and unconditional love are our guiding Light(s). We do not react; we Create actions instead. WE Create Cyclical Changes multidimensionally.
We founded and Created VOICES of Cyclical Changes per the wishes of the Luminescents (The Gods and Goddesses of ALL the Universes) and The Creator. Although their wishes came through in a very commanding VOICE.
OURS and YOUR Brethren from ALL other Universes are here NOW. Many of them walk amongst us. Let us show them we are listening. Let us show them what WE can do. VOICES of Cyclical Changes started out having conference calls throughout each year which allowed people to call in, speak with others on the calls, and ask questions they may have relating to various topics while offering their own perspectives on the many differed topics. Addressing those issues may help them as well helping others who have the same or similar situations. Most of the time we meet on a teleconference-call once a month, more if needed. Attendance is required. Participation is required.
We are Teaching the Teachers in the core-group so they will be able to go on and Teach the Teachers. We rewrite The Book of Revelations with every breathe we take through the thoughts and actions we have. We Create our realities. We are that we are. We are one with nature, and all planetary,Universal, and Dimensional changes. We Create Cyclical Changes! We Stand in our Truths. We have learned long ago not to try to defend our Truths as to do so has the opposite effect and only invalidates them to the person who is learning. Have you yet realized you have what it takes, that you always have! Is your personality and Soul working together as ONE as they were intended to be? Do you know how to tell the difference? Are you still amazed by your own child-like innocence and sheer wonder of ALL That IS? Are you part of this world, or are you a part of this world? Or are you still a vacillator, a ditherer, a dawdler or hapless hopeless vacationer here on Anastasis, simply occupying space. Are you someone whose time has come?
Can you give the devil his due and in the same breath STATE “evil’s time is done?” Do you want to BE part of the NEW People? Are you a Group two person?

Hi Celest and David
Thank you for hosting the “VOICES of Cyclical Changes” CALL on Friday. It was an interesting question you posted question about the stone dropping into the well.
But somehow, I thought I got a pass on that question as I did not offer an answer.
The thought about the stone passing through the water, meeting all the resistance and eventually eroding away, brings to my mind an analogy I have, and like to offer, about the relationship between each individual SOUL and the CREATOR or CREATION.
If the CREATOR is symbolized as the SUN and each SOUL is represented as a RAY coming from that SUN. Then each RAY of SOUL has all the characteristics of the SOURCE SUN, its frequency and bandwidth, its illumination power and ability to provide Warmth and light.
The RAY, by its nature, is strongest and most brilliant when it is close to the SUN source.
As the RAY strays further and further away from the Source, the RAY gets thinner and weaker, hence less and less brilliant.
If that strayed RAY has a head and eyes that can turn around and see, it will only be able to see other Strayed RAYS, separate from each other, and not able to see the SOURCE where it originated, or any other brilliant RAYS that hover close to the SOURCE.
Being so far from the SOURCE and not knowing it is of the SOURCE, the RAY begins to act like it is separate from other RAYS, individual and Self-centered.
By persisting in its individualism and separation, it strays further and further away from the SOURCE.
As a result, the beam becomes thinner and thinner until it dangles on a single beam of PHOTON Light.
At this point it runs into a risk of being separated and cut off from the SOURCE and turn into OBLIVION or NON-Existence.
By then the RAY has lost its individuation of the SOURCE.
So we need to stay close to the SOURCE to stay abundant and bright.
