Please pray for Evg. Pankaj Kumar Mandal.

He is serving the Lord at Sheikhpura since 2007. Five years back, he had gone through an open heart surgery. Three years back, he had undergone a valve replacement surgery at CMC, Velloor. Due to heavy dosage of medicines, he developed an infection in his Lungs. As a result of that he is facing severe breathing difficulty. He is in a critical condition and is admitted in Sunrise Hospital, Rajeev Nagar, Patna.

Please pray for Divine intervention and for a speedy recovery.

Dear Friends,
I am writing this appeal on behalf of Mr. Pankaj Kumar Mandal, an evangelist for the last nine years, in the Sheikhpura district of Bihar. I met him last month when he came to the Vellore church. He studied at the Steward’s Bible College, Chennai.

He was suspected to have a heart problem in Bihar. This was unfortunately confirmed after the tests at CMC and he has been advised a double heart valve replacement as soon as possible. The cost of the surgery is about 2.6 lakhs with another Rs. 20,000 for medications. This does not include the personal expenses the family will incur (food, travel etc.) at Vellore.

I have attached the Estimate Certificate from the Chief of Cardiothoracic surgery at CMC, Vellore, which has details about the cost for the surgery and his condition.

Those interested in supporting him can pay directly in to the CMC account. This money will only be used for his treatment. If there is any excess amount this will remain in his name and will be used for subsequent expenses during the follow up period. Since the money is directly paid to CMC, you can be assured that there will be no misuse of the funds.
