This recipe kit was purchased from Northern Brewing along with our brewing equipment. It is our first attemp at brewing and so far it is looking good.

Not much to do at MVYC during the winter except repair dock bumpers. Walking on the ice around the docks makes this much easier. The trade off is cold fingers. Can’t wait for “ice out” to hang out with our friends on A&B docks this spring.

Night snowshoeing at Gunstock. Our guide Kale and his wife were great. The snowshoeing was relatively easy. Tiger chair ride up, hike to Mt. Rowe and then down access road to base camp. The Powder Keg Bar is still open for food and drinks. Great way to spend a Friday night with friends.

The handsome contractors, Jamie, Ron, Phil and Ray (plus Miss Kingston and Hunter). Phenomenal tradesmen, hard working (wow), respectful and considerate. Too many more positive adjectives to list. They guided my family through our home building process with their expertise, patience and always a smile, becoming friends along the way. Hiring the Handsome Contractor was the smartest decision we made.
