<h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<ul style="list-style-type:none">
<li>Provide top notch customer service as a driver / laborer as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings</li>
<li>Safely, responsibly, and professionally operate the moving truck and monitor it’s functionality; ensure vehicle is in safe operating order prior to dispatching for the day</li>
<li>Greet customers upon arrival as a driver / laborer and complete a walk-through of the premises</li>
<li>Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing; comfortably interface with customers</li>
<li>Accurately calculate charges for services and complete all move-related paperwork</li>
<li>Conduct truck inspections and moving equipment inventory</li>
<li>All other duties as assigned</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2>
<ul style="list-style-type:none">
<li>High school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>21 years or older due to insurance restrictions</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and good driving record required; chauffeurs license preferred</li>
<li>No driving experience required; we will train!</li>
<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>
<li>Ability to listen and communicate in an effective, helpful and friendly manner with co-workers, customers and management</li>
<li>Stamina to lift heavy items (100 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.</li>
<li>Strong logic and mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division using whole numbers and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of dollars, weight measurement, volume, distance and time)</li>
<li>Experience in the fields of general labor, landscaping, construction or warehouse helpful</li>
<li>2 years of prior driving experience necessary per insurance requirements</li>
</ul>
