Join Shaina for a fun 6 week program on Tuesdays from 9:45-10:45am is designed to tone and lengthen! Barre blends Pilates, yoga, and ballet-inspired movements to tighten, strengthen, and lengthen the entire body. Done to fun, upbeat music, this energizing class will challenge balance, build core strength, and improve all-over muscle tone. Small, precise movements, an emphasis on mindful movement, and proper posture create a long, lean physique. 6 wks for $60. Starts Tuesday, January 12th.

We're thrilled to work with Tweens ! Tween Yoga Club (ages 10-14 yrs old) will run on Wednesdays from 3:30-5:00pm and include a little introduction to Nia as well as yoga. Help your child learn positive strategies for coping with stress, cultivate a yoga practice, and learn to find inner joy and balance Weekly themes include kindness to oneself and others, truth, our relationship with the natural world, finding inner peace, cultivating balance in our lives, and more Each class starts with a healthy snack that has included a veggie tray, green smoothies, fruit tray, nut and seed granola as well as a simple craft related to our theme that has included stone bracelets, painting, making our own madalas and more Space is limited so please call to book your spot today! $99 for 10 wks of weekly classes on Wednesday and free unlimited membership to accompany mom or dad to any class.
