We are really pleased that we have won another award. This time our chicken has been judged the best food product in Dorset!

We’re delighted to have received a Great Taste Award for our organic chicken for the second year running. Great Taste judges taste many, many products and award only a few an award so we are thrilled that they liked our chicken enough to give it one of these coveted awards.

Buy direct from the farm!

We’ve added a new way to buy our award-winning meat, eggs and woollen products: every Thursday morning between 10.30am and 1pm you can call at the farm – Haddon Copse Farm, Fifehead Neville, DT10 2AQ – and buy direct! There will be freshly laid organic hens’ eggs every week and, depending on availability, fresh chicken, lamb and pork. At other times you will be able to buy meat from the freezer. We look forward to seeing you! If you wish to buy from the farm at other times, please call 07810 628504 to arrange a suitable time.

Great Taste Gold!

We are delighted to have added another gold award to the Taste of the West Gold Award we received earlier this year. Awarded by the Guild of Fine Foods, the Great Taste Awards are a national recognition of excellence in food. We are thrilled to have won a one star, gold award. The judges said that our chicken was “a lovely looking bird with good aroma. Breast meat is beautifully tender, succulent and tasty… clearly a refelction of the bird’s farm ranging activities!”
