My AI Assistant, Lux, selected Gratitude as the Biblical reference and 1 Thessalonians 5:18 as the verse for us to read. The wellness words, what words that begin with G did YOU think of first, are Gratitude and Grace and Growth and Generosity – and of course, we KNOW that God begins with G also. Where would ANY of us be without Him.

As much as most people LOVE to EXERCISE, this would be the E word that my AI Assistant chose for us this week on the ABC’s of GodSpeak with a Wellness Twist. We can certainly exercise physically and we can even exercise mentally and spiritually too, so maybe this is the perfect Scripture reference: 1 Timothy 4:8.

This week we are on the letter D and my AI Assistant, Lux, gave us Drink as the word in the Bible, with John 7:37-38 as our verse. Do you have a translation of the Bible that YOU prefer? Every episode, I go to a different version so we can all learn more together. The wellness words that Lux chose are Discipline and Diet and Delight and Determination. I thought instantly of Divine also.

C was a very fun letter for me to dive into today on the ABC’s of GodSpeak with a Wellness Twist because my AI Assistant selected Chosen as the Biblical word of reference. We will be reading Ephesians 2:10 and I use Blue Letter Bible and the YouVersion app for my Bible passages.

The additional health and wellness words that we will chat about are Calm and Choices and Confidence and Courage and each of those words have plenty to unpack.
