Google Scholar seems to successfully find the OSF preprints, but (a) they do not always seem to get assigned a year, and (b) the associated citations do not appear to be parsed. In contrast, I’ve never had a problem with arXiv, so I wonder what is different?

There’s an option to add the published paper DOI on psyarxiv. Click “Edit preprint” and add the DOI of the published paper in the “metadata” section.

Hello.

I was wondering if it is possible to associate the preprint to the journal-published article version. In other words, is it possible to show on the PsyArXiv preprint webpage a link (e.g., DOI) to the jounral publication that came from that preprint?

Does this change mean that download counts can drop, relative to what was shown for a preprint prior to 17 March 2022? This looks like it may have happened. Did, perhaps, the prior “download” count include views as well as downloads?
