My son, Ryan, already has most, if not all his Christmas shopping done. I love that guy, but he does not like having anything on his “to do list”. Even if it’s months and months away. Watching him in college managing his schedule and assignments is fun.
We will start doing a few Christmas songs in concerts, towards the end of November, but not any earlier than that!! Even if my beautiful wife comes to a concert, bats her eyes and asks…. it ain’t happening!!! Ok, maybe it would, but not for anyone else!!
We are blessed with many concerts coming up and several tours finalizing in next year’s calendar. Check out our schedule and come see us when we are close to you!

]]>We know this country’s Independence Day, but do you know yours? Do you know the exact date you received Christ as your Lord and Savior and became independent from your sinful life and began to follow Him? Truth be told….I don’t know my exact date. I was very young when I began to follow Christ.
The 250-year journey our country has been on has not been a easy one at all. The United States of America has had ups and downs. We are still going through them right now! In my whole life of following Christ, I have had ups and downs and some very challenging moments in life.
Our country through its history has followed many leaders. These leaders have led from both sides of the isle and have all done good things and some not so good things. The leader I follow is Christ! He is the perfect Son of God!
If you have never began to follow Christ, today can be that day! Today could be the day you receive Christ and have your independence from your sinful life, begin following the greatest person this world has ever seen and have assurance of how you will live eternity!

]]>Life in the last 30 years has given us some pretty big challenges, but being married and doing life with Kelli has never been a challenge. You can all see how beautiful she is, but I know her better than anyone else on this planet, and I can say that she is way more beautiful than anyone can see. Her heart, passion, and love for God makes her beauty at a whole different level!!
God has blessed this ministry in some awesome ways through the years, but God blessed me with the best person 30 years ago. I love you, Kelli!

Anyways……A new year means new opportunities to serve and share the Gospel. I would love 2026 to be the best year for this ministry. Now that “best year” will not be measured by the number of concerts, the number of people at the concerts or the amount of donations we receive. It will be measured by seeing God use this ministry to change lives. We just want God to use this ministry and use for His will.
So, I pray that 2026 will be a year that this ministry communicates and shares the Gospel clearer and to more people than ever before.
I am excited for what God is going to do today and the rest of this year!

]]>This is always a fun time of year!! All the festive things going on and all the decorations everywhere makes it fun to be out and about. I love seeing all the churches and places where we get to do concerts decorating in all different ways. Some go all out, and some keep it very simple.
No matter how many decorations you have up or no matter when you actually put those decorations up (Jodi…the middle of October is WAY to early), I hope we all never loose focus of what this season is all about. I think I have heard people remind me of that a million times in my life, but we all get distracted with the hustle of Christmas and forget about what this is all about. My wife and kids have turned their birthdays into “birthday weeks” and “birthday months” !! Me…..I could care less about my birthday. But Jesus’s birthday is the biggest holiday of the year!! Let us ALL make sure we take, not just the time to remember, but make sure we stay focused on God’s greatest gift to us…..His Son!!

]]>There is no reason other than life being busy and my time in the office being limited to do things like this update.
That said…things are doing ok. We have had better years in the past, but this year has been Ok. This year’s schedule was full, but we are usually fuller with longer tours. That will be different in 2026 because we already have several longer tours planned and scheduled. As weird as it may sound, the longer tours are easier than the shorter ones, simply because you get in the flow of things on the road and it keeps going.
On the personal side of life, our oldest, Kaitlin got married at the end of August. It was a beautiful day!! That was my second favorite wedding I have ever been to!! Of course, the day Kelli married me was the best one!! She is SO blessed!! Haha!
Even though 2025 was not filled with the most concerts we have ever done, we are still in awe of how God used this ministry to change lives and bring people to Him through His Son. I have said it a million times and will say it until my last breath…..This ministry exists for one reason and one reason only. Not to entertain, not for financial gain, popularity or anything else people are driven b. This ministry exists and operates to bring the Gospel to as many people as we can. We thank God for every opportunity to spread the Gospel through the trumpet and look forward to more and more opportunities to do that.

On the ministry side of things, God has been doing some great things. Since our last update in March, we have done a ton of concerts from one here in our own town to many over the ocean in Romania and many places in between. Since March, we have seen several hundred people accept Christ into their lives. I’ll tell you what….this calling is not the easiest at times. Finances and time away from home makes for some pretty challenging times. I was gone for the entire month of April and a little into May. My family is just awesome and used to this, but Kelli is just the bomb how she works all the details of life out on her own while I am gone. She ROCKS!!!
I say all of that, because all the time away from home and all the financial challenges are worth it when God does His thing and lives are changed. That is why we do what we do, and PRAISE GOD, He still uses this ministry to reach people.
On the personal side of things, God doesn’t let us down there. We have been blessed with very full months of some good family moments. Kaitlin (our oldest kid) is getting married in late August and we are excited about her wedding.
Please continue to pray for this ministry. Pray that God will open the doors to places He wants us to be and that we will be clear in spreading the Gospel! Also, pray for the finances of the ministry as things are not getting easier in that department. The cost of living and everything is going up. When that happens, we not only feel the pinch, but so does the rest of the world, and in return, people don’t have the extra money to donate like they normally would. God always provides and we know that.

]]>There is that old saying “Be sure to stop and smell the roses” that reminds us to slow down and enjoy life from time to time. My word of encouragement for us all today is to make sure we take time for what should be the number one priority in our lives, and that is time in the Word and time with God!
Work will always be there and things to do will always be there, but what is any of it worth if we don’t have our priorities in line. God should always be first in everything we do, no matter how busy we get!
