Today Iām sharing a pair of handmade cards created with the beautiful new Botanica collection from 7 Dots Studio.
I instantly fell in love with this collection. Soft botanical illustrations, vintage details, delicate textures, and muted natural colours create the perfect atmosphere for projects filled with calmness and quiet beauty. Every paper, image, and sentiment feels like a page from an old nature journal, carefully preserved through time.
For these cards, I layered torn Botanica papers, soft fabrics, die-cuts, and floral elements to create a rich, dimensional composition. The portraits add a touch of storytelling, while the gentle palette of lavender, cream, and warm beige brings a peaceful, nostalgic mood. Looking at these cards feels a bit like wandering through a forgotten garden on a quiet afternoon, discovering small treasures hidden among the leaves.
One of my favourite things about the Botanica collection is how easy it is to mix different elements together. The papers, die-cuts, and images naturally complement each other, making the creative process feel effortless and inspiring.
Sometimes the most beautiful projects begin with a single flower, a piece of paper, and a quiet moment of creativity.

Hello Everyone!
I disappeared for a little while, but I’m back 
, and this time I’m showing you an Autumn-themed mixed-media canvas. 
First, I applied white gesso to the base, then chose 7 Dots Studio Butterfly Effect ā Warwick Gardens paper and cut it into strips. I used white crackle paste to fill the empty areas. I coloured the crackle paste with Ink Black liquid acrylic paint.
Then I applied Tiger Orange and Avocado Green acrylic paints to the mould elements.
For the leaf cutouts, I used Lindy’s Gang Pumpkin Seed Parafit, Red Hot Poker Orange, Toadstool Taupe, and Sparkling Sunset magical powders, and for extra sparkle, I used Spring Leaf Chartreuse embossing powder.
I complemented the composition with flowers and butterfly cutouts.
As a final step, I added white gold wax and granular decorative elements.

I infused visual texture with an elegant gold-embossing technique that evokes a sense of vintage charm. As I layered each design from the collection, I felt the thrill of storytelling, transforming simple paper into a tapestry of dreams and memories. Each stroke echoes late nights and bursts of inspiration, reminding us all to chase our creativity.

Today Iām sharing a new scrapbook layout inspired by nature, soft textures, and quiet vintage beauty.
For this project, I used the new Botanica collection by 7 Dots Studio, and I absolutely love its delicate earthy palette and subtle botanical mood. Soft lavender tones, aged backgrounds, faded text, and natural details create such a calm and dreamy atmosphere. The whole page feels light and airy ā like a peaceful walk through an old greenhouse filled with dried flowers, fragile leaves, and sunlight.
One of my favorite things in this layout is the combination of fabric, gauze, paper layers, and botanical elements. These textures add warmth and softness, making the composition feel organic and full of gentle movement. I always enjoy creating projects that remind us how beautiful simplicity in nature can be.
Nature has its own quiet poetry ā sometimes all we need is to slow down and listen to it.
