Antipod Studio was part of a lecture held by Dr. Ljiljana Blagojević at Galerija DESSA in Ljubljana, organized within the program of ASAP. In her lecture titled “Within, Without, Inside,” she analyzed the work of several contemporary Serbian practices, including TEN, Danilo Dangubić Architects, and Antipod Studio, positioning them within a broader theoretical, cultural, and social framework.
As part of the presentation, Dr. Blagojević reflected on three Antipod projects Vast, Seven Bridges, and Polet / Antipod–Polet interpreting them through their spatial concepts, methodological approaches, and professional development. Alongside the projects of our colleagues, these works were contextualized within contemporary architectural discourse, opening a dialogue about values, aesthetics, and design strategies.
The event offered an opportunity to present Antipod’s work to the architectural community in Ljubljana and contributed to strengthening regional exchange and professional collaboration. We are grateful to Galerija DESSA for the invitation and for creating a platform that connects architectural practices across the region.

Milan Stefanović, Co-Founder and Creative Director at Antipod Studio, recently gave a lecture at URANIA Space of Creation in Zagreb. Part of the Creative Hour series, his talk explored contemporary workspace design, emphasizing how spaces can reflect culture, collaboration, and innovation. Using Nordeus Hub as an example, Milan highlighted that:
“The value of successful design lies not only in aesthetics, but in the experience a space offers to its users.”
ReDA Methodology
Central to Antipod’s approach is the ReDA (Research and Design Approach), founded in 2020. ReDA focuses on understanding the client from the very beginning, rather than at the end when changes are costly. Milan explained:
“We often don’t really know who our client is… ReDA turns that process upside down.”
By combining sociological and spatial research with design practice, ReDA guides the process through dialogue between space, team, and community.
Creating Meaningful Spaces
ReDA helps balance user needs, support organizational culture, and anticipate future workflows. Through co-creation, prototyping, and testing, the methodology ensures the final design is both practical and inspiring. Milan’s lecture showed that architecture is more than creating spaces it’s about crafting experiences that connect people and enhance everyday work life.

]]>Nordeus 2.1 Selected as Finalist for ZGDW Award 2025

Nordeus 2.1 has been selected as a finalist in the Interior Design category of the ZGDW Award 2025, as part of this year’s Zagreb Design Week.
The festival, taking place from 9 to 21 September, is the largest design event in Croatia and will be held across several locations in Zagreb. This year’s theme, “Shared Realities,” focuses on different perspectives and the role of design in responding to today’s challenges.
Nordeus 2.1 is conceived as a workspace that brings together flexibility, creativity, and a sense of identity, supporting everyday collaboration and team dynamics.
The project is featured alongside a diverse group of finalists, reflecting a range of approaches within contemporary interior design.

Branko Nikolić, Co-Founder and Managing Director, was the moderator of ASAP TALKS #05, organized by the Association of Serbian Architectural Practices (ASAP) in Novi Sad. The event took place in the inspiring setting of Barka and gathered members of the architectural community, as well as a wider audience who followed the discussion via live stream on ASAP’s YouTube channel.
The panel guests, Danilo Mićić and Đorđe Jovanović, opened a conversation about the future of architectural entrepreneurship in Serbia, with a particular focus on the challenges and opportunities emerging within the evolving digital landscape. Among other topics, the discussion addressed how the concept of the Metaverse influences the construction industry, creative services, and the broader ecosystem in which architectural practices operate.
Through an open and dynamic exchange, the event expanded the dialogue on how architects can position themselves within rapidly changing technological and market conditions. ASAP TALKS #05 once again confirmed the importance of creating platforms for professional exchange, collaboration, and critical reflection on the future of the profession.
