It was decide to give the Llanedeyrn area of Cardiff a much-needed regeneration scheme. The old Maelfa shopping centre had become very much dated so it was decided to demolish it and redevelop the area.

The new facilities provide 9 ground floor retail units, 20 number 1 bed apartments, 16 number 2 bed apartments, 4 number studio apartments, 16 houses with off road parking and garden space front and rear and a central car park which includes designated disabled parking spaces.

Energy is supplied to the apartments from solar panels.

This project comprised the redevelopment of an existing iconic telecommunications building in the heart of Manchester City Centre.

The facility is Manchester’s largest 4 star hotel and comprises 338 bedrooms arranged over 8 floors together with state of the art conferencing facilities, function rooms, an indulgent urban spar and first class bar and live theatre restaurant.

This project brought together several of the area’s biggest Local Authority agencies onto a single, effective and efficient space. The project combined Dyfed-Powys Police, Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service and HM Courts and Tribunals Service.

The team rose to the challenge of merging the very different requirements of the three vital services which required strategic planning that would allow each provision to operate and grow within one building.

The facility includes an innovative fire station, police station and a magistrates court.

This project provides commercial office space together with retail space at ground floor that will utilise and reconfigure the existing five-story building. Within the reception space are lounge, plant, and storage areas together with lift access to the upper floors which house workspace areas in an open-plan arrangement.

Whilst shipping containers have become synonymous with the modern-day docks, they have also been successfully used within buildings. The building aspires to provide an unregimented, dynamic and vibrant working environment.

The use of cantilevering colored shipping container pods provides the device to achieve this whilst acknowledging Newport Docks.

The Valley Evesham offers a shopping village delivering brand names, cafes and restaurants, as well as Evesham Garden Centre, all located within 125 acres of rural Worcestershire countryside.

This project expanded the site to deliver three new retail units and the Chris Boardman Performance Centre, a ‘revolutionary’ cycling centre, equipped with a wind tunnel, physiology testing site, a café and the Boardman Bikes head office.

The CCB Centre for Sporting Excellence was constructed on the former site of the old Ystrad Mynach Hospital.

The Centre’s facilities include a FIFA 2 star 3G Football Pitch, an IRB 22 ratified 3G Rugby Pitch, 2 conference rooms, a strength and conditioning room, medical and first aid rooms, a community room and 2 grandstands. The Newport Gwent Dragons use the facility as a training base along with local educational establishment Coleg y Cymoedd.

Office space on the 1st floor hosts the Newport Gwent Dragons coaching and management staff and some regional Welsh Rugby Union staff are also based at the centre.

This project, located in the heart of Newport City Centre, comprised the refurbishment of the city’s tallest 53.3 metre high building into a 150 bed 4 star hotel.

The hotel occupies most of the previously vacant 15-storey building. The mixed-use development also includes a restaurant, conference facilities as well as 30,000 square feet of high-quality grade A office space and 18,000 square feet of retail space.
