Alex joined CBWM in 2015, became a shareholder in 2022 and has been practicing workers’ compensation law for eight years.

On February 9, 2022, we lost a member of our CBWM family, Randy McClendon. He was loved by all that knew him and his sense of humor was unparalleled. He will forever be in our hearts and never forgotten. His legacy will always live on.

Cuneo, Black, Ward & Missler is pleased to announce that on January 1, 2020, Shareholder Christopher M. Wagner achieved the distinction of becoming a California State Bar Certified Legal Specialist in Worker’s Compensation.

The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization certified Chris after he passed an examination and his practice history was evaluated by his peers. His experience, knowledge of the law, expertise in Workers’ Compensation practice, and years of service were found to meet the standards necessary for certification.

Chris joined CBWM in 2011, became a shareholder in 2017 and has been practicing workers’ compensation law for 11 years.
