I’m so glad you are having a good time there! Our experience was definitely different than yours and it could’ve just been the time of year. Everything I wrote are things that actually happened – I’m pleased to hear that it either isn’t always like that or has changed over time (our trip was before covid and I know a lot is different these days). I’m not going to change my review as it involved my personal experience, however I am glad you posted such a thorough comment to help others who may want to stay there. Thanks!
]]>Hi Colleen, I don’t make those rules so I’m unaware of why. I would hope after reading this article, you’d be more interested in NOT supporting that industry (specifically snorkeling/scuba diving with groups that have the direct intention of altering stingray behavior). Good luck in seeking the answers you are looking to find and finding an ethical minded snorkeling or scuba diving group. Thanks for commenting!
]]>Why is there a weight restrictions on guest, 275lbs. I’m a very physically fit 330lbs/ 6’2” . And a X – life guard. I wish to swim with the stingrays.
]]>Thanks for your comment, Janet. I’m unable to assist you with recommending a church in the area because I wasn’t able to attend any services or visit any churches while I was in Queretaro. I know prior to 2020 and while I lived in the state of Guanajuato, several people traveled to San Miguel de Allende for church. I’m sorry I can’t be more helpful than that!
]]>Thanks so much for your comment! Most of the ruins I’ve been to aren’t all that mobility friendly. San Gervasio doesn’t have very wide paths in some places and if I remember correctly, there were stairs to traverse. Some of the larger/more popular sites, such as Chichen Itza would potentially be easier because there are wider path areas, but none are paved. I would think that Coba Ruins could provide the best experience if you hire a pedicab. I’m sorry I’m not able to offer you better advice!
