Such a healthy alternative to dairy cheese! I will definitely give this a try. This would be lovely on a Mexican platter with some refried beans. Yum.

Mastic,mahlob? I'm usually able to find most ingredients you have in ireland, but I don't even know what these are have you a translation please.perhaos we have to have a substitution. The last I heard of the word mastic was a type of putty you stick windows in with And, we now have violife cheeses in ireland too and am really pleased as they are so,good and you use them in your recipes, sadly I await FETA to,start coming here, my favourite. I hope they being them soon,

In reply to Dale. I have not tried this feta recipe in a casserole. I do remember trying it with pasta, that was pretty good. If you do try it, let me know how it turned out! I still love making that walnut pizza meat recipe, I am happy you tried it!
