I was just told that on Tuesday, 6 December 2022, my good friend and great friend of the Liberty Net, Frederick K. Stark, KA2YLZ, of West Taghkanic, New York, died of a heart attack at his home. I can hardly believe that he is gone. I had just spoken to him the day before. I became worried when he didn’t show up for his pre-Liberty Net concert program on the 10th, and tried calling him both Sunday and today, eventually reaching his nephew and getting the sad news tonight. Fred was 69 years old.

Fred was a dedicated patriot and racial-nationalist and supported the work of the National Alliance and nationalvanguard.org.

Fred worked in the radio field for his entire adult life, both on the announcing/programming and engineering sides, starting when he was a teenager. He worked for many stations over the years, but he had a special affection for WHAZ, Albany, when it was located at the Russell Sage Laboratory of the Renssalaer Polytechnic Institute, and for his very own station, WNYS, which he operated for 22 years, playing classical and beautiful music programs in the Hudson Valley in the mediumwave band. Much of WNYS’s studio and transmitter equipment was built by hand by Fred himself.

Fred first became a Liberty Net supporter in the 1990s, and when the 3950.net Liberty Net chat room was instituted in the late 2000s, he became a regular participant, eventually becoming the head moderator there in 2016. He also instituted a weekly “Music from the Podium” recorded classical concert series in the chat room around the same time. Drawing on his vast knowledge of classical and other orchestral works gained through a lifetime of study, listening, and working in the radio broadcasting field, Fred made “Music from the Podium” one of the finest sources for outstanding performances of the best composers in our race’s history.

He will be sorely missed by all Liberty Net participants and supporters.

Whenever Fred would say goodbye to me on the telephone, he would always say, “We’ll be in touch, Kevin. We’ll always be in touch.” I hope that in some sense beyond radio, and beyond this life, we will do exactly that.

IT IS strangely appropriate and yet profoundly sick, this latest gyration from N2IRJ, who claims to be the “manager” of the net on 3995: On their recently-established Web site, as of last week, they have a large logo with a Morse code message proclaiming “Happy Hanukkah,” and, as if one act of betrayal wasn’t enough, two additional prominent “Happy Hanukkah” graphics greet the viewer on their main Web page. Well, at least we know what side they’re on!

This display of subservience to the world’s richest, and most aggressive and powerful, special interest group — the same one that controls the mainstream media, the Wall Street vulture firms, and the big banks — is totally contrary to the values exemplified and expressed by the Liberty Net’s leading light and co-founder, W1WCR, Victor Misek (Net Control Station for the Liberty Net, 1974 to 2021).

Vic opposed Jewish power during his entire Liberty Net career, and famously quipped that he wanted an end to the Jewish and Muslim presence in this country when he said: “Get the US out of the Middle East and get the Middle East out of the US!” It doesn’t get much clearer than that.

Over the years, the leading participants in the Liberty Net have powerfully and devastatingly critiqued the Jewish power structure — calling it out as the main force destroying America, destroying morality, destroying our civilization as a whole, and pushing relentlessly for the literal genocide of the White race. I could give many examples besides Vic, but a few of the Net’s best and most well-known participants and the positions they’ve taken will suffice:

KE2LO, Gene Mezger: A vocal supporter of Kevin Strom, WB4AIO, and the National Alliance, the leading pro-White and Jew-critical organization in the United States, Gene received a framed painting by Alfred Sundvall from the Alliance as an appreciation for his long-term support over many years. Gene also was the first to transcribe John Beaty’s great book, Iron Curtain Over America, which exposed the Judaeo-Communist takeover of the United States, into digital form. (Net participant from the 1980s.)

N3GVA, Mike de Woody: A man who had seen Jews and Jewish power in action since his youth (a non-Jew, he was placed in the care of Jews for many years as a child and teenager), Mike was passionate about exposing the Jewish hatred for all Gentiles that he had seen firsthand. He helped KE2LO promote his transcription of Iron Curtain Over America and designed and provided a Web page where it could be downloaded for free. After Gene passed away, Mike kept the site online for the rest of his life, and added a biographical section honoring Gene. (Net participant from the early 1990s.)

W8MPB, Harvey Heinz: A former engineer for the Collins Radio Co., Harvey was a wit, a writer, and an indefatigable distributor of eye-opening printed materials that he called “care packages” that were sent (via postal mail — this was mostly before the Internet existed) to hundreds of people around the world, including his amateur radio friends. He was also a dedicated National Socialist and, even when it was unpopular to do so in “Kosher Conservative” circles, educated all his readers and listeners about the titanic struggle and sacrifice of Germany and her allies, who were opposing the same Jewish power structure that we face today (and we also face the non-White mobs they have weaponized). After Harvey’s death, N3GVA painstakingly scanned in some of Harvey’s “care packages” and created a Web site honoring him and his work. (Net participant from the early 1980s.)

KI2J, Mike Dow: Mike was one of the kindest, most patient, and caring people you could ever meet. Whether he was aboard a ship connecting with the Liberty Net from the other side of the world, or transmitting from his peaceful cabin in the pine forest of Vermont, he calmly and carefully explained the dangers of the Jewish agenda for our people, and the lies told by the Jewish-run media to further that agenda. A scholar as well as an accomplished speaker and communicator, Mike’s low-key, philosophical, and logical approach never failed to impress the dangers of Jewish power upon all his listeners and interlocutors. KN4CF, Bob Turner: A personal friend of Dr. David Duke, PhD (author of the book Jewish Supremacism), Bob was an educated and deeply wise man who also supported the political and educational efforts of Dr. Duke. He was a long-time contributor, over decades, to the dialogue on the toxicity of Jewish power that took place on the Liberty Net under NCS W1WCR. (Net participant from the early 1980s.)

KE4NY, Harvey Parsons: Harvey was a long-term supporter of Liberty Lobby and their Spotlight newspaper — among whose subscribers (including Liberty Net founders W1WCR and K3CKT) the whole idea of creating the Liberty Net originated in 1974. Liberty Lobby was one of the leading organizations opposing both the Jewish power structure’s takeover of American politics and media and the Washington establishment’s — both Democrat and Republican — subservience to the State of Israel. K3CKT, Jim Barrett: Jim was, along with Vic, W1WCR, the co-founder of the Liberty Net in 1974. Originally, net participants were recruited by advertising in the patriotic newspaper (which strongly opposed Jewish power) The Spotlight, run by Liberty Lobby. In the early months of the Liberty Net, 20 meters was the primary band for the Net, but it was quickly discovered by Jim and Vic that 75 meters was the most effective band, with all participants usually able to hear one another. W9OAG, Jim Thomas: A successful businessman, Jim was a prolific writer, researcher, and journalist in his spare time. He was not only an early and long-term participant and promoter of the Liberty Net, but was also the founder of the closely-related Freeman’s Net as well, which shared the Net’s frequency (though on a weeknight instead of Saturday) and mostly shared participants as well. Yours truly, WB4AIO, was a frequent phone patch guest on Jim’s station, speaking for the National Alliance, the leading organization for White people in the US, and a strong critic of the Jewish power structure. Jim was also the founder of Media Bypass magazine, which took the central idea of the Liberty Net — bypassing the Jewish-controlled media to get the truth to the people — and transferred it into a professionally-produced, glossy magazine. Media Bypass featured positive articles about the National Alliance and its founder, Dr. William Pierce. (Net participant from the early 1970s.)

K4GAR, Harrison Perl: Like his namesake, Benjamin Harrison Freedman, K4GAR was of Jewish ancestry but was also a defector from the Jewish power structure. He was a regular on the Net from the 1980s until his death in 2013, and used his powerful station based in Sarasota, Florida to oppose the machinations of Jewish organizations like the ADL. He supported Liberty Lobby’s efforts to require the ADL to register as an agent of a foreign government. Harrison also was an outspoken opponent of Jewish efforts to denigrate and dispossess the White race in America. (Net participant from the early 1980s.)

K3GUG, Bob Emch: A professional in the Washington, DC area for many years, Bob was a very early participant on the Liberty Net from the 1970s, and continued until his death in 1999. In his later years, Bob was a vocal supporter of the pro-White and Jew-critical National Alliance and a subscriber to the National Alliance’s magazine, National Vanguard. For his stalwart support of White survival and his opposition to the Jewish power structure, his 75 meter station was targeted for malicious jamming for almost a decade — but he always got the message through. These amateur radio operators and Liberty Net stalwarts are far from the only ones I could cite in a similar vein. We honor all those who have come to the Liberty Net to learn, to teach, and to fight the good fight for our people, nation, and culture.

It is abundantly clear that Marty, N2IRJ, who claims somehow (despite not participating) to be the “manager” of the 3995 net, and who does exercise arbitrary and dictatorial control over who is “allowed” to speak there, and who also exercises control over their Web page, has totally betrayed numerous fundamental principles and ideas of the Net. (For example, Marty “banned” me, among others, from “his” net, even though Vic, W1WCR endorsed my being Net Control Station for the Liberty Net.)

N2IRJ stands in total opposition to the ideas and life’s work of Vic, W1WCR, and of the great amateur radio operators and leading lights of the Liberty Net chronicled above. His actions are shameful, mendacious, and morally wrong — and, interestingly enough, a total reversal of the ideas that he himself was preaching just a few years ago; as late as 2018, he was declaring himself to be a White nationalist and a strong critic of Jewish institutional power.

W1WCR, 1929-2021

The co-founder of the Liberty Net in 1974, the regular Net Control Station for the Liberty Net for 45 years, and a great fighter for freedom of speech on the amateur airwaves, Victor Misek, PE, of Hudson, New Hampshire, died on Saturday, 12 June 2021, shortly after receiving the COVID vaccine. He had been suffering from sarcopenia for the last two years. He was a staunch believer in advanced life extension protocols and lived a full and profoundly productive life for almost 92 years. He first QSOed with Kevin, WB4AIO on the Liberty Net in 1978, and worked closely with Kevin (recording the Net, documenting jammer activity, doing interviews, and other projects) from 1987 until his final days, doing his last on-air interview/QSO with Kevin in 2021.

Victor was a lifelong supporter of racial-nationalism and a staunch opponent of the conversion of America into a non-White country. He was also an opponent of the Israeli and other Middle Eastern meddling in American politics, and the foreign wars that resulted. His motto, which he promoted extensively on the Liberty Net, was “Get America out of the Middle East, and get the Middle East out of America.”

When certain malicious operators and government thugs tried to smear WB4AIO, Vic responded with an open letter including the following statement:

I am Victor Misek, a retired professional engineer in the state of New Hampshire and holder of Amateur Extra radio license W1WCR. I am the author of the Beverage Antenna Handbook (copyright 1977, 1987 and 1997, first second and third editions) and have been registered as a professional engineer in Ohio and New Hampshire. My inventions appear in 19 US Patents. For many years I held a Top Secret clearance granted by the FBI because of my work on Electronic Countermeasure Systems. My ECM work was done at Sanders Associates, Inc. starting in 1955.

I have known Kevin Alfred Strom, WB4AIO, since 1987, and have interacted with him both on and off the air innumerable times since then. He, his fiancée, and his children have been guests in my home.

He has provided technical and other support for a amateur radio net, the Liberty Net, of which I am the Net Control Station, for many years, setting up a Web page, news blog, interactive chat room, phone patch system, and online streaming services for the net, which allowed amateur radio operators who were hospitalized or disabled or otherwise prevented from normal on-air participation to hear, enjoy, and take part in the Net. He has been unrelenting in helping other amateur radio operators use these facilities, not only with no personal remuneration but at evidently quite substantial cost to him both in time and money. He has also served as volunteer NCS for the Net and other nets when the regular NCS was unavailable.

He has also, without compensation of any kind, helped me by recovering the composition files of the book I authored, The Beverage Antenna Handbook, from an obsolete computer file system and converting them to modern PDF files, so that the book will continue to be available to future generations.

In all of my dealings and associations with Mr. Strom over a period of 30 years, both on and off the air, he has shown himself to be a man of utmost integrity and truthfulness.

When Marty, N2IRJ, began a dishonorable campaign to ban WB4AIO from the Liberty Net, Vic strongly disapproved of and opposed Marty’s banning efforts and behind-the-scenes slander campaign, saying in a 17 May 2020 email posted to KA2PTE’s Liberty Net email discussion list:

“There are evil people out to smear Kevin. Fake News isn’t just about Trump. Ban the Kevin-haters if you want to test your banning skills…. V.”

And that just about says all that needs to be said on that topic!

In his early years at Case Western Reserve University, Vic worked his way through school as a broadcast engineer at 50,000-Watt clear channel AM station WGAR in Cleveland, Ohio. Victor was a PhD-level engineer, and held patents for 19 inventions granted from the mid-1970s to the early 2000s. He was also the author of the ground-breaking Beverage Antenna Handbook for radio amateurs and corresponded with Harold Beverage himself in relation to his research.

He always had a commanding signal on 160 and 75 meters — a real asset for a Net Control Station. He used homebrew large-conductor (8 ga.) 1000-ohm open wire line and a homebrew tuner, feeding a 165-foot doublet at approximately 90 to 100 feet above sloping ground, under which he had constructed an extensive copper ground screen to reduce earth losses. The result was a continent-spanning signal with a high signal-to-noise ratio.

Victor was not only a near-genius, but he was a truly kind man, and welcomed me and my wife and family into his home on numerous occasions.

Ave Victor, you will never be forgotten!

QRZ.COM has banned and censored many people for their political views (for years, KV4FZ was one and there have been lots more, including me) and in my opinion for that reason shouldn’t be supported by amateur radio operators. Sometimes they even lock an operator’s page so he can’t update his information, causing readers to get outdated information. This is intentional, downright malicious — and petty.

So, if you want to look up WB4AIO on QRZ.com, instead look him up on the much better QRZCQ.com. Check it out, and while you’re there, register and make them your new replacement for QRZ.com.

They even help shortwave listeners (SWLs) interact with amateur operators, allowing SWLs to register their own custom SWL callsigns and create a page on the QRZ lookup database, so others can find out more about their listening stations.

The folks there have so many features on their site that I haven’t even explored them all yet. QRZ.com deserves to be abandoned; let’s all register and switch to QRZCQ today!

Here’s a short selection of some of the interesting ideas discussed on the Liberty Net this week, along with my commentary:

• The really interesting thing about the layered PDF “Hawaiian birth certificate” issued in Fetchit’s name is not that it is easily de-layered even by the simplest software (such as Google Chrome), nor that a real birth certificate scan wouldn’t be layered at all — it’s that the forger failed to flatten the document before releasing it, and no one in the loop caught the error. It’s almost as if the forger wanted his work to be discovered, and that the whole retinue around Fetchit concurred, or were totally incompetent. (32 minutes)

• The neocon warmongers like John Bolton, John McCain, and Lindsey Graham — who work 100 per cent. for Israeli interests and not at all for American interests — are doing their best to continue their disastrous pro-war agenda under the new Trump administration. They want regime change in Iran and Russia (or, failing that, war) and in any country not fully controlled by the bankers. (46 minutes)

• The anti-Russian warmongers have the Jewish-dominated Washington Post on their side: Recently the Post published a ludicrous story that “Russian hackers” had penetrated the electrical grid in the state of Vermont. It turned out to be based entirely on a report that someone found some malware on an unconnected laptop that happened to be stored at an electric power facility; nothing more. The Post was forced to retract its fake news — in this case, anyway. (1 hour 10 minutes)

• Chicago has evolved into an utterly corrupt and devastated city ruled by crime lords — the Black gangs now have more power in large areas of the city than the equally criminal government headed by the sinister Rahm Emanuel. (1 hour 20 minutes)

• It has been claimed that “no child being born today will drive an automobile.” But does that mean that self-driving cars will become universal (despite the ease with which they can be tricked and hacked)? Or does it mean that the self-styled elite will arrogate all of the remaining fossil energy to itself, and peons simply won’t be allowed to use automobiles? (1 hour 55 minutes)

• Why are so many White people angry about the UN resolution that condemns Israeli settlements on stolen land? It’s because false preachers have sold them on the ideas that Israel is “holy” and the Jews are “God’s Chosen People” — none of which is true. The truth is that Israel is the world headquarters of the wealthiest and most powerful ethnic group on Earth, the same group that is working to take our guns, censor our words, and is stealing our wealth through banking and genociding us through mass immigration. Here are a few of the ideas brought forth on the net this week, along with my take on them:

• When the 75 meter band “goes long,” which happens quite a bit as Winter approaches, we lose the ability to receive stations closer to us than several hundred miles. That is, we lose them if they aren’t exceptional stations. Those with exceptional station facilities — with highly-efficient, full-size antennas and a kilowatt or more — can often be heard on backscatter even when normal ionospheric refraction is shut down. • Now that a Muslim convert has been proposed as the new head of the disgraced Democratic National Committee, he is being supported by two Jews — Charles Schumer and Bernie Sanders. Who could have predicted that? My nomination: Mitt Romney. (33 minutes)

• Have even the most demented “liberals” finally had enough of the corrupt, warmongering Clinton crime family? Apparently not, since Chelsea Clinton, who married into a Jewish crime family herself, is now being floated as a Senate candidate in — where else? — Zoo City. (37 minutes)

• We now know that George Soros is funding the post-election leftist riots in cities across the US — just as he funded the civil disturbances that led to the Jewish/US coup in Ukraine. (45 minutes)

• I often hear people praising veterans who have fought bravely, even though those veterans often didn’t understand that they were being used by evil forces when they fought in wars for Israel or Wall Street. Another group of people who should be recognized and praised are those who have faced danger and persecution as they fought bravely for the survival of their race and the liberation of their people from the oppression of the billionaire oligarchs and the Jewish power structure. AS ELECTION night nears, it’s easy for decent people to put a lot of faith in Donald Trump. After all, he’s a nationalist and apparently reluctant to engage in war, and his opponent is a globalist warmonger whom the Jewish neocon murderers have embraced. But don’t forget that even if Trump is his own man, despite his Jewish family connections, he himself is an avowed Israel-supporter and his nationalism is not racial nationalism, only a very weak, diluted civic nationalism. A Trump presidency will not change any basic societal assumptions or structures, nor will it break the power of our domestic enemies (though you’d think it would by the volume of their squawking and wailing). What I’m trying to say is that resistance communities, like the National Alliance and the Liberty Net, will continue to be as necessary as ever as we go forward over the next four years.

Here are a few of the topics brought up on the net this week, along with my remarks:

• It’s good to know that more and more AM stations are dumping the unworkable, poor quality digital interference generator called “IBOC” and opening up the band to the better reception that standard AM offers every listener. There’s nothing wrong with digital radio, of course, but IBOC was just a creation of the (((billionaire media owners))) to prevent the emergence of a dedicated digital band and the even playing field for smaller broadcasters it would have created. • Some of the longest-term mysterious shortwave signals are the slightly-wobbly sweeping carriers that appear and disappear seemingly randomly on the shortwave spectrum. Here in the eastern US, I have been hearing these on the lower HF bands, most notably 75 and 40 meters, since the early 1970s. When I lived in the Washington, DC area, they could be heard even at high noon on 75 meters — but here in western Pennsylvania they are an evening and nighttime phenomenon only. (42 minutes)

• The War Hag is a perfect exemplar of the morality of the regime in Washington: In her emails (thank you, Wikileaks!) she acknowledges that Israel-friendly Saudi Arabia is a major supporter and funder of ISIS, yet Hillary accepts multimillion-dollar donations from them, in return for which she used her positions of public trust to make sure that the Saudis got at least a thousand per cent. return on their “investment.” (47 minutes)

• A recent poll sought to find out what Americans feared most. Topping the list at over 60 per cent. was being abused, persecuted, or victimized by “corrupt government officials.” Maybe reality is finally starting to sink in and the av4erage American is not as stump-dumb as he used to be! (52 minutes)

• No surprise here: James Comey’s deep family financial involvement with the Clintons and their foundation is such flagrant corruption that it might even exceed that of the DNC’s newly-revealed vote-rigging fraud. A revolution is needed and these people need to be imprisoned until the last trump sounds. (1 hour)

• Since the horrible billionaire-written turkey called Obamacare was launched, no fewer than 17 insurance co-ops have failed, and the state “exchanges” are all in trouble too, if we can believe their own words. (16 minutes)

• All of North America is being flooded with an unprecedented flood of non-White invaders, many of them Muslim.
