This is the exact sentiment for those being celebrated at this tropical party themed corporate event held at Disney Studios in Burbank, California. No detail was left forgotten. Coordination, flowers, decor and styling was handled by one of the best florists in Santa Clarita, Celebrate Flowers and Invitations. Myra, the owner of the business, had an amazing vision and brought us on board to assist in the execution of it by supplying her with premier event rentals including wood plank walls, wine barrels, wood tables, specialty bamboo chairs and beautiful satin linens. And thanks to Becca Rillo Photography for capturing all the amazing details from this event.  Pirate themed vignettes were staged throughout the event space creating Instagram worthy photos. Lots of wood pieces were used to create the feeling that you are near old wooden ships. Several pieces were used including wine barrels, wood plank walls, crates, cannons, and more. It all worked together perfectly to create this tropical theme throughout. Fabric sails and pirate flags were also used to create an even more dynamic setting. Table decor was perfection! Kiwi colored Lamour linens adorned the tables with the most beautiful tropical flower centerpieces that fit the theme perfectly. Bamboo chairs were used for guest seating. If you need food ideas for your tropical party, you will find them at this event. The food stations were second to none! Guests first enjoyed island themed munchies including jerk chicken skewers, oyster fritters po’ boys, and tropical fruit seasoned with chili. There was a carving station with the most delicious cuts of meat. A seafood station with a seafood cocktail, an ahi tuna crudo, and a refreshing seaweed and cucumber salad. The dessert station had the most amazing selections including pineapple-rum upside down cakes, key lime pies, and coconut macaroons. After you have your tables, chairs and linens picked out, these next three rental items are next on your list of items to get!First, don’t forget the ice chests and ice! No one likes a warm drink on a hot day. Be sure to rent a few ice chests for all of your beverages. 24/7 Events also can provide you with all the ice you may need. It is convenient since we can stock your ice chests with the ice and on your way you will be. Our ice chests can keep your ice frozen and your drinks cold for a long weekend. A easy tip to help guide your guests, is to put labels are your ice chests so they know what they will be grabbing ahead of time. Next, be sure to provide some shade at your 4th of July party. Umbrellas are a great add on to your rental order. You can choose the standard market style or even a fun tiki style. We have various grill types and sizes to accommodate your menu and guest size. A great menu for your 4th of July party can be as simple as hot dogs, hamburgers, salad, chips, and fresh fruit!

A Fabulous Kentucky Derby Party https://www.247-events.com/fabulous-kentucky-derby-party/ Wed, 24 May 2017 21:49:21 +0000 https://sld.abh.mybluehost.me/website_3b4d597/?p=5958 One of the best parts of May, is kicking off the beginning of the month with “The Run for the Roses” also known as the Kentucky Derby. A Kentucky Derby party is a perfect theme for a party host. The pop of red roses throughout the space is sure to appease the most discerning of guests. When we were invited to collaborate with one of the most talented event florist in Valencia, Celebrate Flowers, we knew it was going to be an amazing event honoring the over century old tradition of the Kentucky Derby. You can always count on a terrific event when working with Celebrate. The floral arrangements were absolutely stunning and created a beautiful event space. This Kentucky Derby party was absolutely fabulous! Guests enjoyed authentic southern cooking, the featured cocktail was a Manhattan along with a Mint Julep bar, and fresh beignets were being made onsite. Friends and family enjoyed several activities such as corn hole, life-sized Jenga, a fresh flower station, and a caricature artist. There was also live entertainment and TVs outside to watch the race. Guests got to place their bets on their horse. The details throughout the event were superb. Custom signage was used to label the food, the drinks, and all the other fun activity stations. Our products assisted in the overall look of this Kentucky Derby party. Our wood Vineyard tables were used for dining which were paired with our Vineyard benches and cross back chairs. Due to weather that weekend, we also provided clear top tents to shield guests from any rain that afternoon. Tableware included our Lincoln flatware, Royal White china, and red napkins. Black and white table runners were used throughout to compliment the red.   Vendor Credit: Florals, Signage, Coordination, Decor: Celebrate Flowers and Invitations Tent and Rentals: 24/7 Events  Photography: Becca Rillo Photography

A Beautiful Camarillo Ranch Wedding https://www.247-events.com/beautiful-camarillo-ranch-wedding/ Mon, 27 Feb 2017 21:33:11 +0000 https://sld.abh.mybluehost.me/website_3b4d597/?p=5892 Every detail about this Camarillo Ranch wedding was perfection. We loved the gray played throughout with pops of white and wood accents throughout the event space. The ceremony was held at the site of of the gazebo. White florals decorated the area, our wine barrels were a nice touch, and the white resin chairs were a perfect fit for this garden ceremony setting. After the ceremony, guests made their way to the famous red barn where they started the celebration. This was the perfect way to keep guests cool from the hot summer sun. There was a secondary bar in the barn to accommodate the drink requests of 200 guests. Just before the bridal party would make their grand entrance, guests headed over to the large lawn where the reception would take place. The guests tables surrounded the dance floor and the sweetheart table took the center focus. Market lights were strung above giving the most perfect amount of light. The bride incorporated touches of wood throughout the space. There was a custom made Mr. and Mrs. signor the sweetheart table and hand painted table numbers. As the sun came down, guests danced the night away and celebrated the love between these two. People danced, enjoyed all the bite-sized sweets at the dessert table, and even played corn hole on their custom game set. It was a perfect summer evening for this Camarillo Ranch wedding! We wish this lovely couple a lifetime of love and happiness. A wedding wouldn’t be successful without all the talented vendors involved. Event Feature :: A Pink & Floral Themed Baby Sprinkle https://www.247-events.com/event-feature-pink-floral-themed-baby-sprinkle/ Wed, 21 Sep 2016 15:00:39 +0000 https://sld.abh.mybluehost.me/website_3b4d597/?p=5804 One of our own celebrated the pending arrival of her daughter in the most feminine and beautiful way possible, a pink and floral baby sprinkle.  A baby sprinkle is a relatively new concept in the welcoming of a second, third, even fourth baby in a family. Typically they are smaller and a little more nontraditional. In this case, the mom wanted an evening ladies-only dinner party with her closest family and friends. Check out Jennifer’s pumpkin themed baby shower from a few years back that celebrated her first child. When guests arrived they went to the backyard where the focal point was multiple green hedges with chandeliers hanging above and a floral decorated ‘O’ for the baby’s name in an ornate gold frame. Guests helped themselves to a self serve drink station that included the mom’s favorite beverages from Trader Joes as well as a cocktail punch for the non-pregnant friends. All served in our drink dispensers. Guests snacked on tray passed appetizers while mingling with one another. Guests sat down at our Vineyard tables that were paired with our ever so popular cross back chair. There were touches of pink and gold throughout the table with beautiful arrangements to compliment the overall look of the event. The gold flatware, the gold tinted glasses, along with the gold beaded glass chargers paired beautifully together. As the sun went down, guests were invited to serve themselves at the buffet. Friends and family ate and exchanged conversation for the majority of the evening. There were a couple of games to entertain the guests which included a song trivia and guess the baby photo game. Everyone also filled out cards to extend their well wishes and fun thoughts to the baby.  As the night came to an end, there was a beautiful glow from the market lights strung above and the chandeliers. After the gifts were open and dessert was enjoyed, guests began to head home. But before leaving, each guest was gifted a potted flower pant to take home. The clay pots were painted by the proud grandfather himself. It was a perfect evening to celebrate Baby Olivia. Event Feature :: A Chic, Boho Wedding https://www.247-events.com/event-feature-a-boho-chic-outdoor-wedding/ Mon, 25 Jul 2016 22:21:36 +0000 https://sld.abh.mybluehost.me/website_3b4d597/?p=5781 We absolutely love the details from this chic, boho wedding. Everything was absolutely stunning. The bride had a vision from the beginning and executed it perfectly with DIY elements and touches from vendors. When we met with Michelle, she wanted to be sure her wedding was intimate with lots of florals and a bohemian feel to it. The wedding was held at a private property in Santa Clarita, California. As guests entered the area, they were greeted with a life-size pop up the adorable couple. Handmade signs were throughout the space greeting and directing the guests. The intimate ceremony was held near the luxurious pool in the backyard. A stunning, birchwood arch stood as the focal point for the ceremony. Once the couple said their vows and were pronounced husband and wife, guests cheered and tossed lavender at them as they made their way back up the aisle. Guests were invited to the side portion of the house where they got to enjoy refreshments and the couple’s signature cocktail, a Moscow mule. Appetizers were hand passed through the crowd which were quickly devoured. Another unique touch was the sign in book which included a polaroid camera. Needless to say, guests had fun with that as they provided their well wishes for the newlyweds. As guests made their way up the backyard to the reception site, the romantic glow of market lights led the way. Guests took their seats at their tables that were beautifully adorned with bright and colorful centerpieces and the table numbers were special photos of the couple. As the grand entrance began, the bridal party took their seat at the farm tables adorned with florals and candles. Once the couple had their first dance as husband and wife, they took their seat at their beautifully decorated sweetheart table which also sat in front of another birchwood arch that served as the focal point of the evening. The bride took off her beautiful veil and replaced it with a gorgeous flower crown that represented her laid back and nature-loving personality. Guests dined and danced under the romantic glow of a chandelier and market lights. Speeches and toasts were given, the special dances were danced, the cake was cut, and then it was time to celebrate the couple! Guests took turns at the open aired photo booth. Two green hedges and decorated frames were the backdrop for all the shots. Guests later enjoyed ice cream sandwiches! As the night came to an end, each guest parted ways with their own succulent. It was an absolutely beautiful evening. We wish the couple all the happiness in the world! It was a pleasure working with them as well as the extremely talented team that put it all together. Tips for Hosting a 4th of July Party https://www.247-events.com/tips-for-hosting-a-4th-of-july-party/ Thu, 30 Jun 2016 01:31:16 +0000 https://sld.abh.mybluehost.me/website_3b4d597/?p=5672 With June nearly behind us, that means it is time to celebrate the red, white, and blue! You may not have that much time before the holiday, but that doesn’t mean you can’t put together a fun and festive party. We have put together some tips for planning and hosting your own 4th of July party. Guests: Write up your guest list. Take advantage of electronic forms of invitations should time be of the essence. It is more acceptable now days to send invites electronically. You can use Evite, Facebook, or even email to spread the news about your upcoming party. If you do have some time to mail invitations, check out the work by Santa Clarita based company, Celebrate, or you are sure to find a style you like on Etsy. Location: Determine where you would like to hold the party. Will it be in your backyard, a community pool, the beach, or even your local park? Space for the kids to run around is always a plus. Food and Drink: With food you can go as simple or fancy as you would like. Given that it is summer, barbecuing is typically the go-to option. A big platter of fruit is always a good choice. Add some snacks and you will have a happy crowd. You can make it a potluck or choose to supply all the food yourself. If you would rather skip the cooking, catering or take out is an option. Check out Smokin’ Steves for some quality barbecue, located in Simi Valley, California. Don’t forget about the sweets! You can always turn to Pinterest for ideas, but if you don’t have the time, check out some of work from CakeGoodness! It is guaranteed to impress and fulfill any sweet tooth. Aren’t these amazing? Decorations: Any thing red, white, and blue will do the trick. Make sure to share your patriotism by waving all your American flags. If you have some time, check out some discount stores like Home Goods or even craft stores like Jo-Ann or Hobby Lobby for 4th of July decor. Balloons are also an inexpensive and fun way to decorate your space. You can never have too much red, white, and blue on this holiday. Rentals: Based on the size of your guest list, it will determine the number of tables and chairs you will need. 24/7 Events has several table and chair options to suit your needs. Check out the link here to see what works for you. There are also red, white, and blue linen options too to decorate your tables. Hanging market lights is also a nice touch too. Don’t forget the umbrellas or canopies to keep your guests in the shade during the hot, summer day.  Activities: This is when being by water is nice. Whether it be a pool, the beach, or the lake, being able to jump in the water to cool off is a plus. If not, no worries. You can always initiate a game with water balloons, bring out the slip and slide, or turn on the sprinklers. Children and adults alike, will have fun. You can also set up craft and activity tables for the kids and lawn games for the adults. Sparklers are also fun for everyone. Leave the fireworks to the professionals at the designated areas in your city. Bonus if you have a view of them for your guests. Don’t forget the music! You can find some awesome playlists on Pandora and Spotify to celebrate the occasion. From classic rock to country, there is always a station to suit the tastes of all age groups. Whether it is a group of 5 or 50, remember to sit back, relax, and have fun! It is about celebrating this wonderful country we live in alongside your family and friends. Cheers to a happy and safe 4th of July! Note: All suggestions of vendors are based on our own opinions. We are not endorsed by any of the companies to mention their brands.

A Rustic and Romantic Backyard Wedding https://www.247-events.com/a-spring-backyard-wedding/ https://www.247-events.com/a-spring-backyard-wedding/#comments Tue, 17 May 2016 20:40:24 +0000 https://sld.abh.mybluehost.me/website_3b4d597/?p=5648 We had the honor of being a part of the lovely couple, Justin and Heather’s backyard wedding this past month. The bride came to us a few month’s ago in anticipation of the big day. She knew exactly what her vision was for her wedding. The overall style was romantic with touches of rustic flair. We incorporated wine barrels for the dessert table, chandeliers over the head table, and pops of gold throughout. As guests arrived, they were prompted to sign their welcome book which the bride made herself that shared photos of the couple throughout their relationship. Guests entered the property through the side yard to be sat at the intimate ceremony. Once the ceremony was over, guests were invited to the front yard, where they would enjoy signature cocktails and nibble on delicious cheeses and crackers and other appetizers. During this time, staff worked diligently to flip the backyard into the reception site. Tables, linens, and table wares were brought in which created the most romantic setting for an intimate reception. The bride handmade a majority of the reception decor. Everything was very personal and truly represented the couple. One of the couple’s splurges was the beautiful gold tined glassware.  As wedding guests reentered the backyard, the space was completely transformed. They were invited to take their seats and listen to the sweet words from the father of the bride as well as the matron of honor and best man. Everyone enjoyed some barbeque dinner from Rattlers. The special dances took place and the rest of the evening was saved for dancing and celebration. This was a great crowd and you could tell all the guests loved the couple and were truly excited for their new chapter! This was a beautiful backyard wedding. We were happy to be a part of it.  Vendor Credit: Photography: William Innes Photography Rentals & Lighting: 24/7 Events Catering: Rattlers Wedding Cake: Nothing Bundt Cakes Entertainment: J&M Entertainment
