The Canon imageFORCE Quick Reference: Every Model, Every Spec Sheet, One Page

Canon publishes a one-page quick reference for the imageFORCE and imagePRESS Lite lineup — print speeds, monthly volumes, power and plug requirements, and direct links to every brochure, spec sheet and e-manual. We rebuilt it here as a searchable page so you can find a model in seconds instead of scrolling a PDF.

Canyon Falls Business Solutions · Central Indiana · September 8, 2026 · ← Back to Blog

If you have ever tried to compare two Canon copiers with a browser full of tabs open, you know the problem. The spec sheet is on one page, the brochure is on another, the e-manual is somewhere else entirely, and the one number you actually need — the amperage draw, usually, about ten minutes before the electrician shows up — is buried on page four of a PDF.

Canon’s Enterprise Quick Reference solves most of that in a single sheet. Below is that same information, laid out so you can search it. Type a model number, filter by color or black & white, or narrow by monthly volume, and every document link for that family is right there in the card.

What the quick reference actually covers

Five things, for every machine in the enterprise lineup. These are the specs that come up over and over again in real conversations with office managers and IT staff:

  • Optimum monthly print volume — the range Canon designed the machine to run at comfortably. This is the single most useful number for right-sizing a copier, and the one most often guessed at.
  • Power and plug type — voltage, frequency and amperage, plus the NEMA plug configuration. Worth checking before delivery day, especially on the 8100 Series and imagePRESS Lite, which need a 20-amp circuit.
  • Maximum print speed — letter-size pages per minute, listed separately for color and black & white where they differ.
  • Maximum scan speed — single-pass and duplexing images per minute, which matters far more than print speed if your team scans heavy volumes into a document system.
  • Maximum paper size — from 8-1/2″ x 14″ on the desktop units up to 13″ x 51-1/4″ banner capability on the production machines.

How to read the volume ranges

The monthly volume figure is the range Canon expects the machine to run at over its service life — not a hard ceiling, but the band where cost per page, service intervals and component life all line up the way they were engineered to. Running a machine consistently above its range is the fastest way to turn a reliable copier into a service call.

A quick sanity check: count the reams your office buys in a month and multiply by 500. If a department is going through ten cases of paper a month, that is roughly 25,000 pages — comfortably inside the C5100 or 4100 Series range, and well past what a desktop C1333 was built for. If your actual number lands near the top of a machine’s band, size up. The price difference between two adjacent models is almost always smaller than the cost of running one too hard.

A note on power

Most of this lineup runs on a standard 110-127V circuit with a NEMA 5-15 plug — the ordinary wall outlet. Three exceptions are worth flagging early in a project:

  • imagePRESS Lite C270 / C265 — 208-240V or 120-127V at 16A, using a NEMA 6-15 or NEMA 5-20 plug.
  • imageFORCE 8100 Series — 16A on a NEMA 5-20 plug, which needs a dedicated 20-amp circuit.
  • imageFORCE C3100 Series and C5100 Series — standard plug, but 10–12A draw, so they should not share a circuit with a space heater or a break room appliance.

Checking this at the quote stage rather than the install stage saves everyone a rescheduled delivery. If you are not sure what is behind the wall where the machine is going, we will come look at it.

Where Canyon Falls fits

Specs get you to a short list. They do not tell you which machine is right for the way your office actually works, what the finishing options cost, how the thing gets serviced when it goes down on a Tuesday afternoon, or whether the model you are looking at is the best value against a certified pre-owned unit two steps up the line.

That is the part we do. Canyon Falls sells and services Canon copiers and printers across Central Indiana, with all-inclusive service agreements that cover toner, maintenance and support in one predictable number. We are local, we answer the phone, and we have looked at more of these machines in more Indiana offices than we can count.

Ready to narrow it down? Bring us the volume number and we will tell you honestly which two or three models are worth quoting — and which ones are overkill.

Cybersecurity Basics Every Indianapolis Small Business Should Have in Place

You don’t need an enterprise security budget to cover the fundamentals. Here’s what every small or mid-sized business in Central Indiana should have in place — and how to tell if you’re already covered.

Canyon Falls Business Solutions · Indianapolis, IN

Small businesses often assume cybercriminals are only after large enterprises with deep pockets. In practice, smaller businesses are frequently targeted precisely because they’re less likely to have dedicated security staff or layered protection in place. The good news: covering the basics doesn’t require a massive budget or an in-house security team — it requires the right layers, applied consistently.

Here’s what those layers actually look like, and how they work together.

The Basics Every Business Should Have

Layered network security protecting a small business network
Layered security — firewall, monitoring, and patching working together
  • A business-grade firewall — not a consumer router repurposed for the office, but hardware built to inspect and filter traffic at the network’s front door.
  • Web filtering and protection — blocking known-malicious sites and content before an employee ever clicks the link.
  • Antivirus and malware protection on every device — with active remediation, not just detection after the fact.
  • Regular vulnerability scans — so weaknesses in the network get found by you before they’re found by someone else.
  • A documented risk assessment on a recurring cadence — reviewed on a schedule, not only after something goes wrong.
  • OS and third-party application patching — kept current on a defined schedule, since most breaches exploit known, unpatched vulnerabilities.

Why “Set It and Forget It” Doesn’t Work

A firewall installed five years ago and never revisited isn’t protecting much today. Threats evolve, software gets patched (or doesn’t), and new vulnerabilities surface constantly. Security isn’t a one-time purchase — it’s an ongoing process of monitoring, scanning, and reviewing what’s actually happening on your network, then acting on what you find.

That’s the difference between having security tools and having a security posture. Tools sitting untouched in a closet don’t stop anything; monitoring and follow-through do.

📋

Fewer Surprises

Continuous monitoring catches problems early, before they turn into costly downtime.

🛡️

Reduced Risk

Layered protection — from your firewall to your web traffic — reduces the number of ways attackers can get in.

📊

Budget Predictability

Regular reviews mean fewer surprise costs and a clearer picture of where you stand.

Where Canyon Falls Fits In

Our Network Security and Monitoring service covers this ground directly — enterprise-grade firewall hardware, web protection, continuous network availability monitoring, monthly vulnerability scans, and quarterly risk assessments, all backed by a local Indianapolis team that actually reviews what those tools find. It’s also part of a broader Managed IT relationship for businesses that want security handled alongside help desk support, patching, and disaster recovery — not as a separate, disconnected project.

Not sure where your business actually stands on security right now? We’ll walk through what’s in place and where there’s room to tighten things up — no obligation.

Review Your Network Security →

Cybersecurity doesn’t have to be overwhelming. Covering the basics — a real firewall, web filtering, patching, monitoring, and a recurring risk review — closes most of the gaps that actually get exploited. From there, it’s about keeping those layers current, not adding complexity for its own sake.

Canon Named a Leader in IDC’s 2026 Worldwide Laser Production Printer Rankings

Independent analyst firm IDC just placed Canon in the Leaders category of its 2026 MarketScape for worldwide laser production printers — evaluated against 10 other major manufacturers across 25 criteria. Here’s what that recognition actually means if you’re weighing a production printer purchase.

Canyon Falls Business Solutions · Indianapolis, IN

Every printer manufacturer claims to be the best choice. What’s harder to come by is an independent, third-party evaluation that actually tests that claim against real customer feedback and a consistent set of criteria. That’s exactly what IDC’s MarketScape research does — and in its newly released 2026 assessment of worldwide laser production printers, IDC placed Canon squarely in the Leaders category.

Canon imagePRESS V900 production color printer
The Canon imagePRESS V900 — part of the V-Series line IDC highlighted for image quality and color consistency

What This Report Actually Evaluated

IDC’s MarketScape isn’t a popularity contest. Analysts assessed 11 major laser production print manufacturers — including Canon, Ricoh, Xerox, Konica Minolta, FUJIFILM, HP, and others — across 25 criteria covering both current capabilities (product quality, reliability, service delivery) and long-term strategy (how well each vendor’s roadmap lines up with where the market is actually headed). Customer feedback factored directly into the scoring, not just spec sheets and marketing claims.

Why IDC Rated Canon So Highly

A few themes came up repeatedly in IDC’s assessment of Canon’s production printing business:

  • Real-world throughput, not just rated speeds. IDC noted that Canon’s advantage comes from actual productive output and uptime — automation features that keep machines running with less operator intervention — rather than headline pages-per-minute numbers that don’t hold up in daily use.
  • Color consistency from first print to last. Canon’s in-house control over its imaging engines, toner, and optics was cited as a key reason its output stays accurate and stable across long runs and different media types — something IDC called especially important for brand-sensitive marketing and packaging work.
  • A full ecosystem, not a single product line. IDC pointed to Canon’s breadth — from light production through high-volume monochrome and color — plus its PRISMA workflow software, as a reason Canon can fit a wide range of print environments rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all solution.
  • Service built around uptime. Canon’s after-sales support was specifically called out as a strength rooted in preventative maintenance and long-term stability, not just responding after something breaks.

The Buyer Takeaway IDC Emphasizes

Maybe the most useful part of this report isn’t the vendor rankings at all — it’s IDC’s advice to buyers. The analysts are blunt about where people go wrong: focusing on specs and sticker price while underweighting service, support, and total cost of ownership over the life of the machine.

“A slightly inferior printer with an excellent service track record will outperform a best-in-class machine with poor support.” — IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Laser Production Printers, 2026 Vendor Assessment

That’s a message we’ve built our entire business around. A production printer is a long-term investment with a long life cycle — the manufacturer’s engineering matters, but so does who’s picking up the phone when something needs attention.

Where This Shows Up in What We Sell

Canon’s imagePRESS V-Series — the line IDC specifically called out for high-quality color output and consistent results — is the same production printing platform we offer to businesses across Central Indiana, including certified pre-owned imagePRESS V900 and V800 units backed by our all-inclusive service agreements. You get the manufacturer IDC rates as a Leader, paired with the local, responsive support IDC says matters most.

Curious whether an imagePRESS V900 or V800 fits your production volume, or want to talk through new versus certified pre-owned?

See Certified Pre-Owned Canon Copiers → Browse Our Canon Product Lineup →

Independent recognition is nice to see, but it’s not why we sell Canon. We sell Canon because the engineering holds up and the service relationship works the way it’s supposed to — and it’s good to see IDC’s research backing that up with data instead of just taking our word for it.

Canon’s New imagePROGRAF GP Series: Production Wide-Format Printing, Redefined

Canon’s newest large-format lineup — the imagePROGRAF GP-2600S, GP-4600S, and GP-6600S — is built specifically for production signage and advertising, with a re-engineered ink system and faster, smarter media handling. Here’s what’s new and who it’s for.

Canyon Falls Business Solutions · Indianapolis, IN

If your business produces signage, banners, posters, or point-of-purchase graphics at any real volume, the printer doing that work has a direct impact on how much you can take on and how consistent the output looks job after job. Canon’s imagePROGRAF GP S Series — available in three widths — was built around exactly that: quality, quantity, and speed working together instead of trading off against each other.

Three Sizes, One Engine

The GP Series comes in three widths, so the right fit depends on the scale of what you’re producing rather than settling for a one-size-fits-all machine:

ModelMax Print WidthMultifunction Roll Unit
imagePROGRAF GP-2600S24″ (610 mm)Optional
imagePROGRAF GP-4600S44″ (1,118 mm)Optional
imagePROGRAF GP-6600S60″ (1,524 mm)Standard, included

All three share the same core engine — the same LUCIA PRO II ink set, the same L-COA PRO processor, and the same intelligent media handling — so moving between sizes as your production needs grow doesn’t mean relearning a workflow.

A Re-Engineered Ink System

The GP Series ships with Canon’s re-developed 7-color LUCIA PRO II ink set — MBK, PBK, Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Gray, and Orange — designed to close the gap between what a proof looks like on screen and what actually comes off the printer:

  • Accurate, wide-gamut color — including noticeably better performance in dark, shadowed areas that are historically hard to reproduce.
  • 96% of the PANTONE Formula Guide Solid Coated color gamut, tested on Premium Semi-Glossy Paper 2.
  • High scratch resistance and light-resistant pigment ink, so finished pieces hold up during handling, installation, and extended display.
  • Orange and Matte Black carried over from Canon’s GP-4000/2000 line to keep vivid, eye-catching prints consistent across projects.

Built to Move Faster, Not Just Print Bigger

Speed on a production floor isn’t just print speed — it’s everything around the print job that either saves time or eats into it. The GP Series addresses both:

L-COA PRO Processor

Faster print speeds without sacrificing the color accuracy and black density the LUCIA PRO II ink set is built to deliver.

🔄

Intelligent Media Handling

Automatic media feeding, plus automatic detection of media type, width, and length — reducing setup time and waste versus prior imagePROGRAF PRO S models.

📦

Hot-Swap Ink Tanks

Replace ink without pausing a job, with tank levels and media status visible right on the home screen and through translucent covers.

🌐

Color Calibration

Built-in calibration keeps output consistent over time — and consistent across multiple GP Series machines, if you’re running more than one.

The GP-6600S ships with the multifunction roll unit standard, and it’s available as an option on the GP-4600S and GP-2600S — useful for shops running dual-roll or automated finishing workflows without needing to babysit media changes.

Where These Printers Fit

Canon built the GP Series around the kind of work that fills a production print queue day to day: pull-up banners, lawn signs, stickers, directional signage, indoor adhesive wall graphics, general posters, and point-of-sale displays. It’s also EPEAT Gold and ENERGY STAR certified, which matters for shops with sustainability commitments or procurement requirements tied to those standards.

Curious whether a GP-2600S, GP-4600S, or GP-6600S fits your production volume — or want to see how it compares to what you’re running now? We can walk through specs, sizing, and service options together.

See Our imagePROGRAF Wide Format Lineup → Talk to Us About the GP Series →

As with every Canon device Canyon Falls sells, the GP Series is backed by our local, all-inclusive service support — not just a box that shows up and gets left to figure out on its own.

Why Is Our Office WiFi So Unreliable? Common Causes and Fixes

Dead zones in the back office, dropped video calls in the conference room, WiFi that slows to a crawl by 2pm — here’s what’s usually behind it, and what actually fixes it.

Canyon Falls Business Solutions · Indianapolis, IN

Nearly every office has a “bad WiFi corner” — a conference room where video calls freeze, a back office where the connection drops, a break room where nobody bothers trying. Most businesses just work around it. The good news is that unreliable WiFi almost always has an identifiable cause, and it’s rarely as simple as “we need a stronger router.”

What’s Usually Causing It

Wireless access point providing office WiFi coverage
Enterprise-grade access points, properly placed, fix most WiFi dead zones
📡

Overloaded or Outdated Access Points

Consumer-grade or aging equipment simply can’t handle the number of devices a modern office puts on it.

📋

No Site Survey Ever Done

Access points get placed wherever’s convenient, not where signal strength and building layout say they should go.

🔒

Everyone on One Flat Network

Guests, staff, and devices all share the same network, competing for bandwidth with no separation or priority.

🏗️

Physical Obstructions & Building Layout

Concrete walls, metal fixtures, and multi-floor layouts all degrade signal in ways a single router can’t overcome.

How a Proper Setup Fixes It

Reliable office WiFi isn’t about buying a bigger box — it’s a design problem, solved in a specific order:

1

Wireless Site Survey & Heat Mapping

Mapping actual signal strength throughout the building identifies dead zones and the right number and placement of access points before anything gets installed.

2

Enterprise-Grade WiFi 6E Access Points

Business-class Ubiquiti access points handle far more simultaneous devices, with better range and speed than consumer routers.

3

Guest & Secure Network Segmentation

Separating guest traffic from internal business systems protects sensitive data and keeps outside devices from slowing down staff.

4

Roaming & Coverage Optimization

Properly configured access points hand devices off seamlessly as people move through the building, so laptops and phones stay connected without manual reconnects.

Done right, the result is mobility without compromise: fewer dead zones, and a network built to scale as the business adds people, devices, and square footage.

Not sure whether your office needs a full redesign or just a few access points moved? A site survey will tell you exactly what’s going on and what it takes to fix it.

What Actually Drives the Cost of Managed IT Services?

“How much does managed IT cost?” is the question every business asks first — and the honest answer is: it depends on a specific set of factors. Here’s what actually moves the number.

Canyon Falls Business Solutions · Indianapolis, IN

Every managed IT conversation eventually gets to price. That’s fair — it should. But a flat number without context usually isn’t very useful, because managed IT pricing depends on what your business actually needs, not a one-size-fits-all rate card. Understanding how the pricing works makes it much easier to evaluate any quote you receive, including one from us.

How Managed IT Pricing Usually Works

Budget planning and cost breakdown for managed IT services
Understanding the pricing model makes any quote easier to evaluate

Most managed service providers price their plans using one of a few common structures:

👥

Per-User Pricing

A flat monthly rate for each employee who needs support, regardless of how many devices they use.

💻

Per-Device Pricing

A rate charged for each computer, server, or piece of network equipment being monitored and supported.

📊

Tiered Service Plans

Bundled packages — basic, standard, premium — where more monitoring, security, and support gets added at each level.

📦

All-Inclusive Bundles

One predictable monthly rate covering help desk, monitoring, security, and support, with no surprise line items.

What Actually Moves the Price

Within any of those models, a few specific factors determine where a business lands on the price range:

1

Number of Users and Devices

More people and more endpoints mean more to monitor, patch, and support — the most direct driver of cost.

2

Level of Security Required

Businesses handling sensitive data or operating in regulated industries typically need more active monitoring and stricter controls, which adds cost.

3

Response Time Expectations

Faster guaranteed response times and after-hours coverage cost more than standard business-hours support.

4

Condition of Existing Infrastructure

Aging hardware, undocumented networks, or years of deferred maintenance mean more work upfront before ongoing support settles into a predictable rhythm.

None of these factors are unique to any one provider — they’re the reason two businesses of the same size can get very different quotes for managed IT. The right comparison isn’t “who’s cheapest,” but “who’s pricing based on what my business actually needs.”

The only way to get an accurate number is to look at your specific setup — how many users, what kind of data you handle, and what your current infrastructure looks like. We’re happy to walk through it and give you a real quote, not a ballpark guess.

See Our Managed IT Services →

It’s also worth weighing managed IT against the alternative: reactive, break-fix support. Emergency IT calls, unplanned downtime, and after-the-fact security cleanup tend to cost more in the long run than a predictable monthly plan — they’re just harder to see coming.

Want a real number instead of a guess?

Should You Lease or Buy Your Next Office Copier?

Both are legitimate ways to get a copier into your office. The right choice depends less on price and more on how your business plans to use — and eventually replace — the equipment.

Canyon Falls Business Solutions · Indianapolis, IN

It’s one of the first questions we get from businesses shopping for a new copier: lease or buy? There’s no universally right answer — it depends on your cash flow preferences, how long you plan to keep the equipment, and how often your printing needs change. Here’s how to think through it.

The Case for Leasing

New Canon imageFORCE C611 Series color multifunction printer
New Canon imageFORCE C611 Series
  • Lower upfront cost. Leasing avoids a large capital outlay, spreading the cost into predictable monthly payments instead.
  • Easier equipment refresh. At the end of a lease term, upgrading to newer Canon technology is straightforward — you’re not stuck trying to sell used equipment.
  • Simpler budgeting. A fixed monthly payment is easy to plan around, especially when paired with an all-inclusive service agreement.

Leasing tends to make the most sense for growing businesses that expect their print needs to change, or that would rather preserve capital for other investments. (Tax treatment of lease payments varies — your accountant can advise on what applies to your business.)

The Case for Buying

Certified pre-owned Canon copier, professionally inspected and refurbished
Certified pre-owned Canon copier — 26-point inspected
  • Lower cost over the long run. If you plan to keep a machine for many years, owning it outright typically costs less than leasing over the same period.
  • No end-of-term decisions. There’s no lease-end paperwork, no return logistics, and no risk of end-of-term fees.
  • Certified pre-owned stretches the budget further. Buying doesn’t have to mean buying new — a certified pre-owned Canon copier, backed by a 26-point inspection and updated firmware, delivers most of the same reliability at a lower purchase price.

Buying tends to make sense for businesses with stable, predictable print volume that don’t expect to need a different machine anytime soon.

What Matters More Than Lease vs. Buy

Whichever path you choose, the bigger factor in your day-to-day experience is what’s covered after the purchase. An all-inclusive service agreement — covering toner, maintenance, and repairs with no hidden costs — is what actually determines whether a copier stays reliable for years, regardless of whether you leased or bought it.

Canyon Falls offers both new and certified pre-owned Canon copiers, each backed by the same all-inclusive service agreement and local, responsive support — so the lease-or-buy decision comes down to what fits your business, not what fits our inventory.

Not sure which makes more sense for you?

5 Signs Your Business Has Outgrown Its Current IT Support

IT support that worked fine at 10 employees can quietly become a liability at 30. Here’s how to tell whether your setup is keeping pace with your business — or holding it back.

Canyon Falls Business Solutions · Indianapolis, IN

Most businesses don’t wake up one day and decide their IT support isn’t working. It happens gradually — a few more tickets each month, a little more downtime, one more system nobody fully understands. By the time it’s obviously a problem, it’s usually been a problem for a while.

Here are five signs worth paying attention to.

5 Signs It’s Time for a Change

IT support should scale with your team, not slow it down
1

Recurring IT Issues Keep Eating Into Your Team’s Time

The same problems keep coming back — slow logins, printer errors, connectivity drops — and your staff has learned to work around them instead of getting them fixed for good.

2

You Don’t Have Dedicated IT Support — Or One Person Wears Too Many Hats

IT gets handled by whoever has time, or by one overworked person who’s also responsible for three other jobs. Nothing gets ahead of problems; everything is reactive.

3

Downtime or Slow Systems Are Becoming a Regular Occurrence

What used to be a rare inconvenience is now a monthly — or weekly — disruption to how your team actually gets work done.

4

Security Is a Growing Concern, But No One Owns It Full-Time

You know cybersecurity matters. You also know nobody on staff is monitoring for it, patching for it, or planning for it as their actual job.

5

Your IT Team Is Stretched Too Thin for Strategic Work

Keeping the lights on consumes all the available time, so nobody’s thinking about what technology your business will need a year or two from now.

None of these are signs of failure — they’re signs of growth. The IT support that made sense when your business was smaller often just doesn’t scale the same way your headcount, your client list, or your data does.

If two or more of these sound familiar, it’s worth a conversation. Managed IT services take the recurring issues, the security gaps, and the strategic planning off your plate — and put them in front of a team whose full-time job is exactly that.

What Happens If Your Network Goes Down? A Disaster Recovery Checklist for Indianapolis Businesses

Floods, ransomware, hardware failure, power outages — disaster doesn’t ask permission first. Here’s what a real recovery plan actually covers, and the questions worth answering before you need one.

Canyon Falls Business Solutions · Indianapolis, IN

Most businesses have some vague sense that backups exist somewhere. Far fewer could answer, right now, exactly what would happen if their network went down tomorrow — what data they’d lose, how long they’d be offline, and who’s actually responsible for getting things running again. That gap is where disaster recovery planning matters most.

Three Questions Worth Answering Right Now

Do we know exactly what data we’d lose, and how fast we could get it back?

How long could our business actually survive being offline?

Does everyone on our team know their role in a recovery?

If any of those don’t have a confident answer, that’s the starting point — not a reason to panic, just a gap worth closing.

What Can Go Wrong

Disasters aren’t always the dramatic kind. Planning has to account for all of them:

🌪️

Natural Disasters

Floods, storms, and power grid issues can take out hardware and connectivity without warning.

🔐

Cyberattacks

Ransomware and other attacks can lock down or destroy critical business data.

🔧

Hardware Failure

Servers and network equipment fail eventually — the question is whether you’re ready when they do.

Power Outages

Even a short outage can disrupt operations if there’s no failover in place.

What a Real Recovery Plan Covers

Server rack representing business network infrastructure that needs a disaster recovery plan
A recovery plan is only as good as the infrastructure and testing behind it

A disaster recovery plan isn’t a document you write once and file away — it’s a process you build, test, and keep current:

1

Identify Risks & Vulnerabilities

Map the potential risks and weak points across the network before building anything.

2

Build the Recovery Plan

A comprehensive plan covering backup and recovery procedures, redundant systems, and failover mechanisms.

3

Test & Refine

Regular testing — including mock disaster drills — refines the plan based on what’s actually learned.

4

Train Your Team

Employees know why disaster recovery matters and exactly what their role is when it counts.

That last step gets skipped more often than it should. A recovery plan that only lives in an IT provider’s documentation doesn’t help much if nobody on staff knows what to do in the first ten minutes of an actual outage.

Starting from scratch, or need to test what’s already in place? We’ll walk through your current setup and build a plan that actually gets drilled — no obligation.

Build Your Recovery Plan →

A recovery plan works alongside network monitoring and cloud backup, not as a separate, disconnected effort. Canyon Falls has been locally owned and operated in Indianapolis since 1991 — if disaster does strike, you’re calling a local team that already knows your network, not starting the conversation from zero.

Could your business answer those three questions today?

One Local Team for Every Print Need: Copiers, Scanning, Production & Wide Format in Indianapolis

Most businesses end up with a different vendor for every piece of their print environment — one for the office copier, another for scanners, another for wide format, another for production printing. Canyon Falls covers all four, right here in Indianapolis.

Canon imageFORCE C611 Series color multifunction copier

Ask most office managers who handles their copier, and they’ll have an answer. Ask who handles their document scanner, their wide format plotter, or their in-house production printer, and the answer often changes — a different sales rep, a different service contract, a different number to call when something breaks. It’s a lot of moving parts for what is, at the end of the day, one connected print and document environment.

Canyon Falls exists to simplify that. As a Canon authorized dealer based in Indianapolis, we sell, install, and service everyday office copiers, high-volume production printers, document scanners, and wide format printers — all under one roof, backed by one local team.

Four Print & Document Needs, One Local Team

Whatever’s driving paper (or files) through your business, it’s covered:

Why One Local Partner Makes Sense

  • One point of contact. Whether it’s a jammed copier, a scanner that won’t connect, or a plotter running low on ink, one call reaches a team that knows your account — not four different vendors passing you around.
  • Consistent, local service. The same Indianapolis-based team that installs your equipment is who shows up when it needs support — no waiting on a national call center to route a ticket.
  • Recommendations that consider your whole environment. When one vendor sees your copier fleet, your scanning workflow, and your wide format needs together, they can size and place equipment more sensibly than a rep who only sees one piece of it.
  • Simpler budgeting. Fewer vendors means fewer contracts, fewer renewal dates, and a clearer picture of what your print environment actually costs.

Watching the budget? We also carry Certified Pre-Owned Canon copiers and production presses — each one fully inspected, updated, and backed by the same local service.

Backed by Local, All-Inclusive Service

Every copier, production press, and wide format printer we sell is eligible for our all-inclusive service agreement — toner or ink, maintenance, and repairs, with no hidden costs. Document scanners are backed by Canon’s manufacturer warranty, with setup, network configuration, and ongoing support handled locally by our team. We service what we sell — quickly, completely, and with care.

Canyon Falls has been locally owned and operated in Indianapolis since 1991. Whatever mix of copiers, scanners, production printing, and wide format your business runs, we’ll help you cover it — with one local team instead of four separate vendors.

One call covers your whole print environment.
