I am trying to download my purchased Food Network videos from YouTube. I want to save them on my flashdrive once I can get them downloaded into an mp4 file on my computer. I have installed FreemakeVideo Converter setup, Audials Moviebox setup, and Download_Video EditorStd3.2.9.exe Please help. All I want to do is save my purchased videos onto my flashdrives as mp4. Nothing seems to be working. What Should I do ASAP (maybe I can send you my email address and password to my YouTube (Google) account and you can see where to go from there.)

Wish the replay capture program would capture in the background. All I seem to get in background mode is a black screen that is recorded. I use chrome. Are there any thing to check? It use to work and it great when i works. Albeit love all your products…

I have had Applian products practically since they came out. I loved my massive movie collection I obtained using RVC except now that I have a 65 inch HD TV the picture quality is poor as compared to Netflix or Amazon Prime movies even with the TV’s ability to up convert the picture.

I got replay music 7, couldn’t get it to work!!!! Went back to using my replay 6. It requires more effort on my part but I could work with it. I’m not tech savvy and there’s no phone number to speak with a human on your end so I made the best of it.
