]]>The new venue – Technology and Innovation Network (T+IN) or “Sofia Tech Park” is the first science and technology park in Bulgaria designed and created to act as a platform for the exchange of knowledge and ideas between academia, business, government and society.

]]>The survey aims to provide an overall picture about the systems and their advantages for the businesses. In order for the goals to be reached it is important that providers and users of ERP share each other’s opinions. Via specifically made questionnaires everyone who is involved with ERP systems will be able to share their needs and experience regarding the advantages and risks. The accumulation of more opinions, comments and experiences from both providing companies and users, will help everyone to position themselves better on the market.
There is no fee required for participation in the survey. The complete overview of the market will be distributed free of charge to all managers, who registered in our database and will be available on our website. Everyone who answered our questions or shared an opinion can be announced in writing or remain anonymous. We invite everyone who can express a position regarding the ERP systems to contact us and support the development of the first of its kind survey of such scale.
By the end of the week we will publish the questionnaires that you can answer. All participants in the survey will take part in a lottery with many awards and surprises.

]]>More than 37% have recommended lecturers and topics to be included in the next editions of Technology4Business. The topics connected to cyber security are of interest to the majority – 51%, while the Cloud and the ERP solutions share the second biggest percentage – 41%. The third place belongs to the document management systems with 38%, supported by the strong presentation of the topic by the Konica-Minolta lecturers. Among the different topics requests for the next editions of the meeting, are lectures on IT and risk management, high-tech infrastructures and custom-made solutions.
Of course, we also appreciate constructive criticism. The answers show that 15% of our guests would prefer the event to be traditionally held in a conference hall and 12% would like to have more parking slots available. 7% of the participants recommended that more coffee breaks and time for business talks are scheduled in the program of the next event.

]]>The interest towards the future editions of BusinessBooster is also high – 90% of the participants said they would like to attend the event again. The positive evaluation of the meeting will certainly result into the realization of many more conferences throughout Bulgaria in the future. The participants in the survey have suggested different cities where the next edition could take place, among which Varna, Shumen and Sliven.
When it comes to lecturers preferences – 86% of the attendants would like to see foreign lecturers however almost all of them also recommend that we invite the same lecturers again, namely – Iva Abadjieva, Nina Gadzheva and Nikolay Petkanov.
The topics in which the participants are interested are various, however they share the biggest interest in the skills of the successful entrepreneur as well as in investment and financing options. These two topics have the highest number of votes and take the leading place.
The recommendations for ways of improving the conference are also diverse. The participants would like to have more lecturers, more time and more real business ideas. They also signified that they would like to have more specific cases to solve and discussions to take part in, in order to put the obtained knowledge into practice. Thanks to the opinions shared by the participants the next editions of Business Booster will be even better and more useful to the audience!
]]>Nina Gadzheva is the president of the “young entrepreneur” club, global education and soft skills coach, as well as career adviser. She is co-founder of the first academy for lady entrepreneurs in Bulgaria – “Dolls Academy”. During the event she presented a multitude of techniques for leadership skills development, necessary for every successful entrepreneur. The focus of her presentation was the soft skills development. According to Nina the good presentation skills, the ability to efficiently work in a team and to communicate effectively, are the key to success. Nina shared real stories about successful startups and concentrated on the motivation of the attendants. Her detailed description of a new business startup, inspired the majority of the participants to be brave and take the big step towards the startup of a new business.
