brilliant and so very true. I’ve been getting into Ken Bain’s What The Best College Professors do–and skimming the companion (best college students), and applying several aspects to my teaching of adults online/by phone. I really like that you bring up engagement issues that really are most appropriately addressed during design, recruitment and registration–areas often overlooked. as usual, Andy, you set the bar high, then breeze over it, with clearance:)

Thanks for putting these slides up, Andy. I’m looking through the notes from your workshop again today and having the slides really helps.
