Chef Casey is coming up with an amazing prix fixe menu for our last night of service, plus we’ll be having some dancing towards the end of the night. The Final Mission: A Musical Tribute and Farewell

Come join us for a musical extravaganza, a send off of sorts. A night of giving thanks and celebration. The Super 8 Players will start us off around 8pm and The National Convention will be headlining this special evening. Plus many special guests, all with an Apollo Grill history!

This Friday, August 22nd, will be our last lunch service. We are no longer doing lunch so that we can focus on our dinner business and make it the best it can be. We apologize for any inconvenience and we thank everyone who has come in for lunch in the past for their continued support and patronage.

Apollo will be closed for the Easthampton Fireworks

We will be CLOSED on Saturday, June 28th, the night of the Easthampton Fireworks. However, Galaxy (our sister restaurant downtown at 60 Main St) will be OPEN and having a special fundraiser for the Easthampton Spirit Committee. They will be having an outside BBQ free to the public!

New Wine & Canvas Event Added!

Because our event this Tuesday filled up so quickly, Apollo will be hosting another Wine & Canvas event February 18th! Their talented artists will instruct you step-by-step through re-creating the featured painting of the day. At the end of the event, you’ll take home a work of art that you created. Wine and Canvas is cheaper than art school! There are no lengthy or expensive commitments as with art classes. It should be a wonderful night of artsy fun and delicious beverages! Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased here.
