Sip on inspired craft cocktails that play with paradox, from Smoke & Silk with creamy coconut, smoky mezcal, and spicy Thai chili, to Fire & Ice, a chilled Vesper martini served fireside. Oil & Water is an eccentric Old Fashioned with an olive oil-washed bourbon, balanced with a sprinkle of sea salt and black pepper bitters.
Explore opposites in each hors d’oeuvre, like a classic corn dog made classy with Merguez sausage and truffle crème fraiche. Pair warm and cold with our Spring Pea Scallops, caramelized with furikake and accented with cool mint. Enjoy the creamy and crunchy of an Ahi Tuna Rice Cracker, topped with smooth wasabi and crunchy chili oil.
Stations celebrate classic combinations with surprise twists: Hot & Cold combines grilled cheese with tomato sorbet, while Sweet & Savory showcases sweet lobster corn pudding paired with crispy chicken skin. Soft & Sharp features creamy Goat Cheese & Mascarpone Sorbet topped with tart and tangy sour cherry compote and pink peppercorn.
At the Slowly…and Then All At Once station – a nod to this reopening project, how the humble, hearty mushroom grows, and how we like guests to enjoy our dishes – savor mushroom-based bites, like earthy and elegant Maitake Mushroom Cakes and addicting Truffle Mushroom Soup Dumplings.
Indulge in sweet treats at the Shaken & Stirred dessert station, serving custom vanilla bean panna cotta with fluffed granita and floral syrups. Sample from an assortment of cocktail-inspired sweets, like the Lemon Drop sponge cake and Night Cap chocolate cream, or a surprisingly savory yet supremely delicious Soy Sauce Caramel Ice Cream Sandwich.
Enjoy intimate pockets of comfort and conversation in stunning lounge vignettes from the talented Found Rental Co., framed by intricate installations, floral focal points, and decorative touches from 24 Carrots Design.

Food for Thought was a 2-day hospitality workshop that integrated education with play, creativity with production, and each guest was as much a part of the event as the ones conducting behind the scenes. We hosted guests from across the nation, and served a roaming cocktail hour and plated tasting menu on Day 1, and a breakfast buffet and plated lunch on Day 2.
Our overall motif for the workshop was Food for Thought. We’re in the business of playing with our food, so we wanted to present our take on the workshop as a combination of education alongside fun and play. This also reflects who we are as a company and reflects our brand strongly – even our company name is a play on words and food, and we take pride in being playful with our concepts. Food for Thought also reflects our encouragement of curiosity and conversation for the workshop. Our team wove a consistent message that every company and team is uniquely themselves and may have a different way that works better for them.
The overall vision was to put on a catering showcase that highlighted not just the end result of hospitality, but the process that went into it, from creativity to production. Integrating creative concept with menu development is a dialogue. We certainly view menu research and development as an extension of the creative process: and of course, the most delicious part!
For us, our strongest creative skills are vision, communicating that vision, and applying it practically to the tactile field of catering.
It was a joy to watch the groups have a moment of discovery, surprise, and delight. And even more so, it was rewarding to take high-level hospitality concepts and apply them to the challenging world of catering. It was not only fun and playful but also showed our commitment to creative hospitality, where one size fits one.
At 24 Carrots, we know we are more than “just a caterer.” We are driven by innovation, creativity, and unsurpassed service. This made the step into investing in creativity an easy decision. We want to provide more for our clients and for ourselves, so we lean in hard to the creative process. we want our displays, buffets, and overall service to be unique and very “24 Carrots.”

Adding to the festive flair, delight your guests with an interactive dessert station featuring churro semifreddo sandwiches, each made to order with selections of semifreddo and flavored sugars. This station is perfect for any summer gathering and will certainly be an unforgettable experience!
Found Rental Co. creates inviting spaces for guests to relax and enjoy the festivities in bold and luxurious lounge vignettes.
Leproux Collective transformed Oak Creek into a lively and immersive atmosphere with vibrant, eclectic décor enhancing the venue’s warmth and versatility.

We celebrated Spring with a Santorini-chic event in Newport Beach, CA.
The Mykonos-inspired mixer included an assortment of specialty sips, snacks, and stations, along with an exclusive first look of the beautiful waterfront property, including Duffy Boat rides in the Newport Harbor!
Bartenders served up Springy spritzes and citrusy sips at the Yamas bar, a Greek nod to toasting to your health, perfect for an afternoon luncheon or seaside soirée.
Festive food displays featured classic Mediterranean dishes with modern twists. The Spread the Love station showcased our favorite breads and spreads, and the Feast Your Eyes fare included inventive flavors like fried eggplant burritos, mini open-faced gyros, harissa halloumi tots, and cumin-spiced cauliflower with pistachio pilaf.
The powdered sugar on top was our Roaming Cannoli Cart, each filled and garnished to order.
Skyline was studded with stunning furniture and décor displays by Found Rental Co, and each tabletop and shelf was adorned with adorable dishes, flatware, and glassware from Casa de Perrin, perfectly placed among a landscape of lemons, gorgeous greenery, and curated designs by Leproux Collective.

The Colony House
This modern, craftsman-style event space is centrally located near downtown Anaheim, offering a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces for up to 500 guests to gather.
The Colony House was originally built in 1948 as a tractor factory, then 24 Carrots renovated the space into a warm, inviting, and eclectically-styled venue in the heart of Orange County.
A centerpiece of the main event space is the Great Room, featuring a bow truss ceiling and vintage wood stage, creating a timeless backdrop for holiday events. Two staircases lead up to The Loft, with a second bar and reception space, which overlooks the Great Room and creates a separate-yet-connected area for guests to mix and mingle.

]]>Complete with a ribbon cutting ceremony and photo booth, our Community Open House at The Richland was full of friends, families, and fun bites of food.
Bright and merry balloons could be seen in every direction, complementing The Richland’s front steps in a grand display and being handed out to children and adults alike from the balloon cart stationed inside the ballroom. Live music set the mood as The Moody Crooners filled the space with their sweet and soothing covers of many a familiar song. As guests bustled around, miniature versions of some of The Richland’s menu items – now featured full-size in The Richland Living Room Bar and Lounge – acted as tray-passed hors d’ouevres.
Little hands were kept busy at the adorable kids’ tables where stickers, crayons, and coloring sheets of The Richland were the main attraction. Outside in the porte cochère, guests of all ages were entertained by The Richland-branded cornhole and jumbo Jenga and Connect-4 games.
There were house-made cookies and fresh-squeezed lemonade for all and a specialty cocktail and Chapman Crafted beers for some in this showing of local love. Lemonade was poured and passed by our “baby carrots”, the children of our employees here at 24 Carrots, and all donations from the stand were paid forward to support Orange Home Grown. Guests could also step outside to grab a cup of locally brewed Chapman Crafted Coffee from the coffee counter propped in the courtyard. We are so lucky to have the support and partnership of local businesses as we welcome guests to The Richland.
We are incredibly grateful to be received so warmly by our neighbors in the City of Orange and look forward to greeting many more guests through our (now open) doors!

Suggested attire on the invite was “Parisian Chic”, and guests did not disappoint as they showed up adorned in berets, tulle, lace, pearls, and a variety of texture galore. Their outfits were only made better with a chic champagne flute or coupe in hand, as specialty cocktails prepared by The Richland bar team were tray-passed. A baby blue Vespa dressed in pink florals was the photo-moment star of the show during our chic courtyard cocktail hour.

Ballroom doors opened to reveal a breathtaking table for 25, framed by The Richland’s 40’ tall windows. The king’s table was fit for any royalty, decked with dramatic candles and stunning floral arrangements, accented by personalized menus and oversized black and white gingham bow napkins. Once seated, the 24 Carrots chefs welcomed the diners with an amuse-bouche paired with a tale of inspiration behind the dinner menu. Each course was slightly reminiscent of a Parisian breakfast for dinner. From the salad course which felt like a crudité of freshly picked farmer’s market veggies to the main course entrée which had the flavors of a croque madame and the elevated presentation of a classic French dish, all playful courses were presented elegantly and paired with a beverage.

When sweet owners Jeni and Joel called us to throw an anniversary party in their epic new warehouse to celebrate this momentous occasion, we could not be more honored to say yes!
