ALL volunteers must have three clearances: Criminal History, Child Abuse , and FBI to stay in the classroom to help or be a special reader, or to celebrate birthdays.
Listed below are the clearances that are required. The 3rd clearance listed, the FBI clearance, can be obtained or if you have lived in PA for the last 10 years you may sign a waiver at the preschool and give it to the preschool director to be filed with your clearances.
* Select New Volunteer Record Check and follow the instructions to obtain a free volunteer record check. Volunteers please be sure to write down the Control Number for future reference or print the page. This page is only a receipt, not your official clearance. Print the receipt, if needed. Note: There is no charge for volunteers. Click on Certification Form to access your official clearance, and print this page. DO NOT SKIP THIS STEP!
- Please make a copy of clearance and turn in the copy to me.
- You must create a log in, and then you will receive an email with your Keystone ID and a temporary password. Return to the website, and scroll through the pages until you get to the log on page. (note: your Keystone ID is your user name) Enter the information from the email, then you will be prompted to create a permanent password. After that, follow the procedure on to complete the application. Volunteers can use the “Volunteer” option. You will need your past addresses since 1975 plus the name, relationship and age of everyone you have lived with since then. Be sure to print the payment page before hitting the final submission button; you will not have an option to print a receipt afterwards. Note: there is no charge for volunteers. Once you have submitted all of the information, the clearance papers will be sent by mail if you select that option. You will also receive an email allowing you to long on and print them yourself.

- All volunteers are required to have fingerprints taken unless they have been a continuous resident in Pennsylvania for the last ten years and have not been convicted of an offense under Section 6344. Those volunteers are exempt if they sign a waiver attesting to this. * Please see the preschool director a the preschool to get a copy of the waiver to sign.

- Begin with Schedule or Manage an Appointment. Follow up with What to Bring to an Appointment, and finally locate and enrollment Center.
We do not follow any particular school when it comes to school closings, so please refer to our Brightwheel app for messages about school closings when there is inclement weather. Because of our limited holidays and the church calendar, we do not make up snow days.
Registration and Tuition Fee: A registration fee of $175.00 and first month’s tuition is to be paid at time parents turn in the registration form for the child’s admission to school. The fee and first month’s tuition in NON-REFUNDABLE for any reason including potty training issues. The only exception made is in the event the family relocates outside of the county. Please keep this in mind before registering your child for the preschool. If your child is not potty trained by start of school year you can hold your spot in the class by paying monthly tuition until child is potty trained; OR you can pull the child from the school and lose your registration fee and first month’s tuition. If you pull your child and they are later potty trained and there is a space available the preschooler can take that space; The preschool will apply your registration fee and first month’s tuition to the remainder of the school year. Please contact the preschool director if you have any questions regarding this policy.
If you have come upon financial hardship, please know that we are available to discuss assistance through our scholarship program and payment plans.
Tuition and registration fees are not permitted to be carried over to the following school year, future school years and between family members. Openings or spots will not be held for a family. As stated above, tuition and registration are both non-refundable.
