]]>What’s up, STAXX fam!
October did not do the thing.
Uptober showed up late, then got smoked. Bitcoin opened the month near $83k after September’s solid close and spent most of the month chopping in the $80k–$86k zone before a late-month face-plant. It closed October 31 around $77k, down roughly 7–7.5% for the month. That’s the second straight red October and a clear “non-Uptober trend.” Stackers got a worse month. The charts got loud for the wrong reasons. Here’s the recap.
Bitcoin tagged a monthly high near $87,000 early in the month, then spent weeks leaning on the mid-$80ks before the tape flipped hard. The low printed around $76k in the final days. The path was classic late-cycle chop followed by a sharp risk-off flush and a liquidity crunch in all global markets, not just crypto.

Daily view

Sentiment flipped from mid-month greed readings into clear fear by month-end.

Broader Market:
ETH on the November 1 snapshot:

Total Crypto Market Cap hovering around 2.6 Trillion after another bloody October.

The big one: Binance hack 2026
Late on October 29, attackers drained roughly $6.3 billion from Binance hot wallets across multiple chains in about 20 minutes. It’s the largest crypto heist on record — more than four times the previous record (Bybit 2025). Blockchain firms (Chainalysis, TRM Labs) have pointed to the North Korean-linked TraderTraitor / Lazarus group, similar to prior attacks. Binance said an engineer’s laptop was compromised and later noted additional breach points. The exchange pledged to cover all losses with company funds and its reserve, set aside ~$6.34 billion, and reported roughly $3 billion frozen (including large stablecoin freezes by Tether and Circle). Withdrawals were paused then resumed.
The market didn’t wait for the full story. Bitcoin dumped to six-week lows near $76k–$77k, BNB dropped hard, and more than $1.5 billion in leveraged positions were liquidated (mostly longs). Whether you view the incident as a straightforward hack or something more questionable, the price action was unambiguous: risk got rekt, and “Uptober” was already struggling before the headlines hit.
ETF flows had cooled earlier in the month after September’s strong inflows. Macro stayed in the background — the Fed’s late-month meeting and ongoing rate/inflation chatter kept risk appetite muted. Policy and exchange security are still part of the position.

Big news on the racing side: Staxx Racing is going to Sick Week 2027.
Sick Week presented by Gear Vendors Overdrive is the Super Bowl of drag-and-drive — five days of racing plus drive days, street-legal cars, real miles between tracks. The 2027 edition runs early-to-mid February (roughly Feb 5–13), starting and finishing at Gainesville Raceway, with stops at South Georgia Motorsports Park, Bradenton Motorsports Park, and Orlando Speed World. Competitor spots sold out almost immediately when registration opened.
The racing team has been locked in and already talking prep. The STAXX CAT is headed to the big show. Five days of racing, driving the route, and representing the STAXX family on the strip. We’ll have more details, updates, and content as the prep ramps up.
Sick Week 2027 is locked in. Let’s get it! #staxxracing #raceforsats

November’s calendar is loaded with conferences and builders keep building.
Conferences give the industry a place to gather while the charts do their thing.

October was a reminder that seasonality is not a guarantee and that exchange-level events still hit the whole market. The plan for long-term stackers hasn’t changed: respect the volatility, dollar-cost average when it makes sense for you, and keep the focus on the longer horizon.
Support that mattered late in the month sits in the mid $70ks. A sustained reclaim of the low-$80ks would start to repair the damage.
Stack sats, stay humble, and keep building.

]]>The post Not shocked. Just Disappointed – 12 Race Tracks Hit the Auction Block appeared first on Goldmannstaxx.com.
]]>Here’s what happened in simple terms.
In late 2024, businessman Darryl Cuttell bought the International Hot Rod Association (IHRA), a long-running drag racing organization. After that, his company (Darana Motorsports Holdings) went on a rapid buying spree and acquired a collection of race tracks. Some of the tracks were renamed with the “Darana” name. There were public statements about investing in the facilities and building something bigger for racing.
Now the same company says its business has “taken a different direction” and it has decided to exit racing entirely. The 12 tracks are being offered for sale. The listings note that some of the properties could interest developers or other real-estate buyers, not just people who want to keep operating them as race tracks.
The 12 tracks going to auction are:
These places vary in size and history. Some are well-known regional drag strips that host local and national-level racing. Others are larger complexes that have hosted different kinds of motorsports over the years. For the people who race at them, work at them, or grew up around them, they are more than just pieces of land.
Buying race tracks, talking about improving them and growing the sport, and then quickly turning around and selling them—especially when some listings highlight development potential—feels like the tracks were treated more as assets to flip than as places for racing. That is the frustrating part. Race tracks are not easy to replace. Once they are gone or converted to something else, communities lose places to race, practice, and gather.
At the same time, local rules will ultimately decide what can happen to each property. Not every track will automatically become something else, and some could continue under new ownership that wants to keep them as racing facilities.
What happens next
The auctions are scheduled with bids due November 17. Properties can also sell earlier if an acceptable offer comes in. The racing community’s hope is straightforward: that buyers step up who want to keep these places operating as race tracks rather than converting them.
If you care about keeping local and regional racing alive, the practical next step is awareness. Share the news with people who might know potential buyers interested in motorsports, follow updates on the individual tracks, and support the ones that remain race tracks under new ownership. The people who race and attend events at these facilities will do what they can on their end. More eyes and more support from outside the usual racing circles can only help.
This is still difficult news for a lot of people connected to these tracks. The best outcome now is for as many of them as possible to stay in racing hands.

]]>The post STAXX CLUB Newsletter September 2026 appeared first on Goldmannstaxx.com.
]]>What’s up, STAXX fam!
September did a thing. Bitcoin closed the month higher, spot ETF money came back in size, and the racing world put a half-million-dollar weekend on the line at World Wide Technology Raceway while Edelbrock Sick 66 sent 200 street cars down Route 66 for the highway’s 100th birthday. Stackers got a better month. Racers got a loud one. Here’s the recap.
Bitcoin opened September near $78,600 and closed September 30 around $83,550, up roughly 6.3% to 6.4% for the month.

The path was not a straight line. The month’s low printed near $74,900 on September 15, the day the CLARITY Act failed its Senate cloture vote. The high was about $87,350 on September 21, the best daily close since late January, before price stalled under the yearly open near $87,700 and finished the month around $83k.

Broader Market:
Broader tape on the September 30 snapshot:

| Asset | End of September | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin | ~$83,550 | +6.3% on the month; dominance ~58.7% |
| Ethereum | ~$2,684 | Market cap ~$328B; dominance ~11.5% |
| Solana | ~$118 | Quiet relative to BTC |
| XRP | ~$1.49 | Still well off cycle highs |
| BNB | ~$768 | Held a top-five seat |
| Total crypto market cap | ~$2.86 trillion | Fear & Greed at 67, greed but not euphoria |

ETF bid returned, then cooled. U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs took in about $2.4 billion in the week ending September 25, the largest weekly inflow since the week of October 10, 2025, and enough to flip 2026 net flows positive after they sat roughly $5.7 billion in the red in mid-July. September 21 alone drew nearly $1 billion, the biggest single-day inflow in almost a year. A nine-session inflow streak totaled about $3.1 billion. By September 28 that daily number had faded to about $31 million. Demand showed up. It did not stay wide open.
Macro pushed back. The Federal Reserve hiked 25 basis points on September 16, to a 3.75%–4.00% target range, its first hike since 2023. The 10-year Treasury yield pushed up toward levels not seen since 2007. Bitcoin dipped under $75,000 on the CLARITY miss and the hike, then squeezed back through $84,000 on September 21 and liquidated an estimated $252 million in shorts on the way.
Policy is unfinished business. The Senate’s Digital Asset Market Clarity Act failed cloture 49–50 on September 15. It is not dead. A motion to reconsider is attached, and the SEC’s Regulation Crypto Assets framework stays open for comment through October 20. That comment window is the cleanest near-term policy date on the calendar.
Levels that matter into October. Support that defined the late-month range sits near $81,300. Overhead, the yearly open around $87,700 is still untested. A sustained push through the mid-$80,000s is what would put a seasonal October on the table. October has historically been one of Bitcoin’s stronger months. Seasonality is not a bid. Spot demand is.

The back half of September is where the money and the miles were.
The 31st Annual Mickey Thompson Tires & Wheels Million Dollar Drag Race ran September 22–26 at World Wide Technology Raceway in Madison, Illinois. Bracket racing’s big money fall checkbook did not disappoint.
Edelbrock Sick 66 picked up the baton on September 26 and runs through October 3. Two hundred of the country’s quickest street cars are racing and road-tripping the 100th anniversary of Route 66: six drag days, more than 1,400 highway miles, east from Joplin toward Joliet and back west. Mo-Kan Dragway, Bonne Terre Drag Strip, and Midstate Dragway each show up twice. Lowest average elapsed time for the week wins. Some drive days clear 300 miles. As this letter goes out, the field is still on the Mother Road, heading into the finish. That is the Sour kind of event. You do not just make the pass. You drive the car home, then do it again the next day!

Crypto’s October calendar is front-loaded for maximum enjoyment.

September rewarded the people who were already stacking, not the people who chased the September 21 squeeze. ETF inflows did the heavy lifting, leverage got washed out on the way up, and the Fed hike plus a failed Senate vote did not kill the trend. The month finished with a healthier tape than previous, and it is not a finished one.
Into October, the plan does not change. Respect $80k on the downside and the mid-$80ks on the upside. Do not confuse a green September with a new all-time high. Dollar-cost average is a proven strategy. The comment window on Regulation Crypto Assets closes October 20. Read it if you hold because policy is part of the position now.
Stack sats, stay humble, and keep building.

]]>The post STAXX CLUB Newsletter August 2026 appeared first on Goldmannstaxx.com.
]]>What’s up, STAXX fam!
August 2026 is in the books.
Last month we said July’s grind off the June washout was worth watching for bottom signs. August didn’t just confirm the bounce — it lit the afterburners. While Fed Chair Kevin Warsh took the Jackson Hole stage, Washington teased Bitcoin buys, and Asia packed conference halls from Bali to Hong Kong, Bitcoin printed its strongest month since late 2024.
Here’s the monthly Staxx rundown — prices, catalysts, and how the chaos outside the charts still moved the tape.
Bitcoin opened August near $62,000 after July’s close and spent the first two weeks chopping the $62 – $65k range. The low printed around $62,200 early in the month. Then the tape flipped. From mid-month, BTC ripped through $70k, $75k, and tagged a monthly high near $80,000 on August 28 before giving some back into the monthly close.

Monthly close: around $78,500.
Monthly performance: roughly +24% to +25%. That is one of Bitcoin’s best Augusts on record and the strongest monthly candle since November 2024.
We will be watching support in the $75k zone. Hold that shelf and the next fight is the $81k–$83k band (several desks flagged the 365-day moving average up near $83k as the line between “relief rally” and “regime shift”). Lose $76k with volume and $70k comes back into the conversation. $40k is no longer the daily conversation — that’s the point of August.

The path was two different movies taped together. Early August was a snooze: stocks printing records, Hormuz headlines cooling, BTC stuck in the mid-$60s while the S&P partied without it. Then mid-month liquidity and policy catalysts hit at once. Shorts got carried out. ETFs flipped from mixed to hungry. By the last week, BTC was trading like a macro asset again.

Broader Market:
Ethereum started August in the $1,800 area and closed near $2500. Monthly performance: roughly +30%. ETH tagged highs in the mid-$2,500s during the squeeze week. Holders who sat through the $1,400–$1,600 summer finally got their move. We still watch $2,100 as the old battle line and $1,900 as first serious support if this unwind gets sloppy.

Total cryptocurrency market capitalization finished August near $2.65–$2.71 trillion, up from the $2.0–$2.14 trillion zone we were living in through July.

Spot Bitcoin ETF flows flipped hard. After a first-half-of-2026 outflow slog, U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs pulled in roughly $3.3–$3.5 billion in August — the strongest month since October 2025. BlackRock’s IBIT ate most of the steak. One session (August 20) printed about $606 million in a single day. Combined BTC + ETH ETF week through August 21 was the biggest of 2026 at about $2.6 billion. That was not a retail FOMO story. That was desks and products. The mid-month catalyst stack:
The U.S. Treasury said it would double long-end bond buybacks to at least $4 billion per operation starting in September. Markets read that as quiet easing and a green light for the USD dollar debasement trade.
August 19 White House meeting – with Coinbase, Ripple, Robinhood, Kraken, ICE and others. President Trump pushed Congress to pass a “fair version” of the CLARITY Act and, when asked about accumulating more Bitcoin for the Strategic Bitcoin Reserve, said it has “been talked about” and that he would “certainly listen” to recommendations. Talk is not a market order — but talk from that podium still moves price action.

Short squeeze week (Aug 17–21): BTC went from the low – $63k to nearly $80k in a handful of sessions. Billions in leveraged shorts were liquidated. ETH’s daily spikes were even more violatile. Classic “the market was leaning the wrong way and got paid in pain.”
Jackson Hole (Aug 27–29) finally gave crypto a speaking role. The Kansas City Fed put cryptocurrencies and stablecoins on the official agenda for the first time. Fed Chair Kevin Warsh delivered a hawkish first Jackson Hole keynote — 2% inflation target is a constraint, forward guidance has “overstayed its welcome,” PCE inflation rate still running hot near 3.7%. September rate hike odds jumped. BTC tagged the $81k high, then dumped toward the mid/high-$76ks before settling the month near $78.5k. Macro still writes the last chapter.
CLARITY Act: Senate punted the floor fight until after the August recess. Majority Leader Thune queued it for when they return in mid-September. Industry still wants the market-structure bill. Midterms make the calendar ugly. Watch September, but don’t assume September.
Conference circuit was stacked: Blockchain Rio (Brazil), Indonesia Blockchain Week (Jakarta), Wyoming Blockchain Symposium in Jackson Hole (SALT + Kraken, invite-only policy crowd), IACR Crypto 2026 in Santa Barbara, Coinfest Asia in Bali, LATAM Digital Assets Conf in Buenos Aires, and Bitcoin Asia 2026 in Hong Kong (Aug 27–28) with Balaji, Metaplanet’s Simon Gerovich, Justin Sun, Hugh Hendry and the usual traveling festival. Many projects have consolidated and must be more efficient to survive in a non retail driven crypto economy. Builders kept building while some charts finally cooperated.
Industry side notes: Musk’s X floated paying creators in stablecoins. Corporate treasury and “who actually holds the U.S. Strategic Bitcoin Reserve” stayed a running debate — estimates still swing by tens of thousands of coins because Washington built a transparent asset and then published an opaque inventory. Many questions still to be answered, so stay tuned!

The marriage is already legal.
2026 is not “will crypto sponsor racing.” That question got answered. Crypto and fintech are now one of the biggest checkbooks in motorsports.
On the Formula 1 grid the logos are no longer a novelty. BingX became Ferrari’s first-ever crypto exchange partner. OKX is branded on McLaren. Coinbase pays Aston Martin in USDC. Kraken sits with Williams. Gate.io is on Red Bull. Nexo signed a multi-year digital-asset deal with the new Audi Revolut F1 team. Crypto.com kept the series-level and Miami GP rights through 2030. Think Bitcoin and crypto has no place in racing and get left in the smoke.
Shout out to Dale Coyne Racing. For 2026 they paired OnlyBulls and Bitcoin MAX with Grosjean’s No. 18 Honda and put AULT Blockchain on the No. 19. That is a mid-field IndyCar team running an actual Bitcoin and blockchain sponsor stack — ambassador, livery, season-long program. Same energy as the Ed Carpenter “Bitcoin Chevrolet” at the 500, the category is growing.
Then there is the version we like even more: fans funding the car. As mentioned in last months post, Geissler’s Unblocked / Flow helmet drop is still the cleanest grassroots marriage — 1,001 helmets, tiers, real perks, proceeds into a Porsche season. NFT-funded racing is not a punchline when the car leaves the trailer. Actual ownership adds a layer of participation many fans have yet to experience.

August reminded everyone that Bitcoin can sit for weeks and then go fast like it had somewhere to be. The bid that showed up was institutional plumbing first (ETFs, policy talk, Treasury liquidity) and leverage second (the squeeze). That’s a healthier cocktail than “influencer said $150k by Friday.”
Two practical notes for the club:
Don’t confuse a +25% month with a new all-time-high campaign. BTC is still well below the 2025 $126k peak. We just experienced a relief rally inside a hard year — and recoveries almost always get tested.
September has a reputation. History is not destiny, but getting over excited is how people donate coins back to the market. Stack on weakness, stay humble on strength.
Looking into September — Senate calendar (CLARITY), the Sept 15–16 FOMC, whether ETF inflows are positive after FEDs moves, and can bitcoin hold $76k–$78k as support. Jobs, CPI, and the next round of central-bank signals will set the tone again. Forced selling from the summer looks largely exhausted. The next directional move has cleaner fuel, but don’t assume the fuel only burns one way.
Stack sats, stay humble, and keep building.

]]>What’s up, STAXX fam! July 2026 is in the books. While the world threw a 250th birthday party for America, crowned Spain World Cup champs, and watched the Strait of Hormuz heat up again, Bitcoin and the broader crypto market quietly put in one of their stronger months of the year. Here’s the monthly Staxx rundown — prices, catalysts, and how the chaos outside the charts still moved the tape.
Bitcoin started the month near the $58,500–$60,000 zone after June’s washout and closed July around $62,800–$63,000. Monthly performance: roughly +7% to +9%. We will be watching the support / resistance mark around the $65k zone. If bitcoin price reacts negatively, the next area of support interests is $50k.

The path wasn’t clean. Soft U.S. jobs data early in the month sparked the initial rebound. Mid-month soft CPI helped push prices higher. Then late-month Fed hold + options expiry + residual risk-off kept things choppy into the close. Overall, crypto beat some traditional markets (Several Nasdaq and blue chip stocks were underwater).
Broader Market: Ethereum actually outperformed for the month up around +20% ~$1,600 range ending around $1,900. Holders are ready for the relief rally. We continue to watch support at $1400 and support/resistance market around $2100.

Total cryptocurrency market capitalization finished July relatively flat in the $2–$2.14 trillion range.

As mentioned in our previous newsletter, we were watching July markets for bottom signs. While mixed market reactions stalled action, $60k remains support for bitcoin.

In late July, Flow Blockchain spotlighted a pioneering project that still stands out in the motorsport world: German driver Laura-Marie Geissler and her Porsche Sprint Challenge program. Through the Unblocked platform (built on Flow), fans have been able to directly fund her season by purchasing limited-edition helmet NFTs. The collection features 1,001 helmets across three tiers (Common, Rare, and Legendary), with proceeds going toward self-funding her GT racing campaign. NFT holders receive real-world perks depending on the tier, including:
This model is widely recognized as one of the first fully NFT-community-funded racing seasons, shifting power away from traditional corporate sponsors and putting ownership directly in the hands of fans. They also have a collection on Ethereum.

More on Laura-Marie: Instagram
A clean example of Web3 meeting the track — community-owned racing in action. We love to see it! NFTs have a bad name but we know good crypto is fun and still very much alive.

July reminded everyone that Bitcoin can still grind higher even when Fear & Greed sits in “Extreme Fear” territory and the headlines are dominated by missiles and politics. The institutional plumbing (ETFs, regulation) keeps maturing while the macro and geopolitical noise creates the volatility traders love. For holders and builders in the club: Staxx Racing NFTs, and community plans keep rolling. Stay plugged into the Telegram for updates.
Looking into August – Jobs data, CPI, and the next round of central-bank signals will set the tone. Forced selling from July appears largely exhausted according to several desks — which often means the next directional move has cleaner fuel. Stack sats, stay humble, and keep building. See you on the next one.

]]>The post STAXX CLUB Newsletter June 2026 appeared first on Goldmannstaxx.com.
]]>June proved to be a challenging month for bitcoin and crypto markets, marked by sharp corrections, record ETF outflows, and heightened volatility. While prices pulled back significantly, underlying adoption trends and institutional infrastructure developments continued to build quietly in the background. Here’s your comprehensive recap of Bitcoin, broader crypto markets, key news, and events from June.
Bitcoin started the month in the $70,000–$73,000 range but faced intense selling pressure, dropping below $60,000 in the first week. It saw some mid-month stabilization around $63,000–$66,000 before closing the month lower ~ $58,000. A Nasty red candle and a lower low is never a great sign for anything other than continuation to goblin town, but reversals can and do appear sometimes when we least expect them.

Broader Market: Ethereum followed a similar but steeper path, starting near $2,000 and closing the month around $1,550–$1,600

Total cryptocurrency market capitalization finished June in the $2.1–$2.13 trillion range.

Notable evidence of Bitcoin and crypto adoption in the FIFA World Cup includes high-profile official sponsorships, blockchain infrastructure, and market integrations. For the 2026 tournament, Kraken serves as the Official Crypto Exchange Supporter, driving fan activations and awareness across host nations.
FIFA has implemented Avalanche blockchain for ticketing to reduce fraud and scalping, while fan tokens react dynamically to match outcomes and prediction markets see massive on-chain volumes. Interesting stats – Bitcoin prices have historically risen at the start of each World Cup since 2010 (reaching ~$66k by 2026), underscoring the event’s role as a global catalyst for crypto visibility, adoption, and real-world utility.
As mentioned in our previous newsletter, we were watching June markets for signs of things to come and hope its not the same price action, yuck! Will bitcoin finally make a bottom price or is July going to send is fireworks in the wrong direction!? Stay tuned!

June was defined by liquidity challenges and institutional de-risking:
These events underscored continued builder and institutional engagement even amid market turbulence.

Our favorite bit of racing from the community was the footage of Kevon Maxwell’s Twin-Turbo F-150 dominating the Wells Fargo Trackhawk in a big money Grudge Race! In mid-June 2026, high-performance enthusiast Kevon Maxwell put on a show in Mexico with his twin-turbo F-150. He took on Johnny JCasa House III’s well-known “Wells Fargo” Whipple-supercharged Trackhawk in a high-stakes $14,000 pot grudge race that had been building for weeks. The twin-turbo F-150 delivered a dominant performance, gapping the powerful AWD Trackhawk by multiple car lengths. It was a classic “truck vs. SUV” upset that lit up the no-prep and street car communities. Cheers to Kevon and his team for another great showing with that nasty race truck!

For long-term “Staxxers,” June served as a reminder of crypto’s cyclical nature. The correction created better entry zones for those focused on accumulation and dollar-cost averaging. For most, the plan hasn’t changed. Staxx sats, stay humble, enjoy life.

]]>Welcome back, Staxxers! May 2026 delivered another masterclass in crypto volatility. We are still thinking “thrilling dip-buying opportunity” rather than “panic station.” While headlines screamed outflows and resistance levels, the real story was institutional chess moves, regulatory green lights, and Bitcoin reminding us why we stack: there’s nothing else like it on the planet, digital gold with a side of rebellion. We entered the month testing $80K highs and closed it consolidating near $73K–$74K. Not a moonshot, but a solid base camp for the next leg up. Let’s break it down with our signature mix of smarts, sarcasm, and stacker spirit.
Bitcoin Price Performance: The Consolidation Chronicles
Bitcoin kicked off May flirting with $78K–$80K+ amid early-month momentum, only to face reality checks from ETF outflows, macro jitters, and profit-taking. Price dipped to test lower supports but found bids around the $70K–$73K zone by month-end.

Broader Market: ETH mirrored the vibe (trading ~$2K), alts mixed.

Total crypto market cap contracted modestly amid risk-off flows to AI stocks and Treasuries.

As mentioned in our previous newsletter, April was poised for upwards price action and ended up a mixed bag. Will “sell in May and walk away” hold true or will June rebounds bring us a clear market sentiment? Stay tuned!
May ended up legislation season with a side of institutional drama:

Michael Saylor and Strategy (MSTR) didn’t just stack Bitcoin in May—they weaponized preferred stock into a Bitcoin-buying machine. The flagship STRC (Variable Rate Series A Perpetual Stretch Preferred Stock) continues to dominate, trading near its $100 par value while paying a steady ~11.5% annualized monthly dividend. In under a year, it ballooned into the world’s largest preferred stock offering, with billions raised and deployed straight into more BTC. Strategy now holds over 843,000 Bitcoin, and STRC proceeds (alongside other preferred series) have become the primary fuel for accumulation with far less dilution to common shareholders than straight equity raises.
The Bull Case – Digital Credit Done Right
Saylor calls it “the fastest-growing credit product on the planet.” Income-focused investors get a comfortable, high-yielding ride with monthly cash flow, while common equity holders capture the leveraged Bitcoin upside. It’s self-correcting: dividend rates adjust to keep STRC hugging par, enabling endless ATM issuance. In a world starved for yield without full crypto volatility, STRC packages Bitcoin exposure for pensions, retail, and institutions who want sats with a coupon. If Bitcoin compounds at anything close to historical rates, this structure prints money while growing BTC-per-share. Classic Saylor: turn Wall Street’s boring preferred stock into rocket fuel for hyperbitcoinization.
The Bear Case – When the Music Stops
Perpetual preferred with an 11.5% coupon is still debt-like in drag. In a prolonged Bitcoin winter, those fixed payouts could force painful choices: more issuance, debt maneuvers, or (gasp) actual BTC sales to protect the dividend. Strategy has already hinted at selective selling to “send a message” to shorts and manage the balance sheet. Leverage cuts both ways—MSTR has historically amplified Bitcoin moves dramatically. If confidence cracks and STRC trades well below par while BTC dumps, the whole tower of digital credit could face redemption pressure, dilution spirals, or worse. One bad macro leg down and the “never sell” ethos gets stress-tested in spectacular fashion.
Love it or loathe it, Saylor’s preferred stock laboratory is the most creative (and controversial) corporate treasury experiment in crypto. For believers, it’s elegant financial engineering. For skeptics, it’s a high-wire act with no net. Either way, it’s never boring—and the Bitcoin stack keeps growing.

May 24 delivered the Greatest Spectacle in Racing—and the greatest plot twist in Indy 500 history. Felix Rosenqvist, piloting the Meyer Shank Racing entry backed by Bitcoin MAX and OnlyBulls, stole the 110th running in the closest finish ever: 0.0233 seconds over David Malukas after a last-lap drag race to the Yard of Bricks. Record lead changes, chaos, red flags, and pure adrenaline. Rosenqvist went from chasing to champion in one ballsy outside move—exactly the kind of high-conviction overtake we respect and love.
For the Staxx crew, Indy isn’t just about racing its about the spirit of the event. Bitcoin-branded teams and sponsors turned the speedway orange this year. Rosenqvist didn’t win by playing it safe – he waited for the perfect timing, then nailed it! Kudos to him, his race team, and all the fans who support the largest event in racing every year.

In choppy consolidation, zoom out. Dollar-cost average the fear, secure your keys, and remember: Bitcoin’s job isn’t to pump every month—it’s to outperform fiat over years. Read the on-chain metrics, ignore the noise, and stack on.

]]>Welcome to the April 2026 Staxx Club Newsletter! Your Monthly Crypto Fix: Bitcoin & Market Trends. April 2026 delivered a solid recovery for Bitcoin with double-digit gains, while the broader market navigated macro uncertainty, and ETF flows. Key events like Paris Blockchain Week and Bitcoin 2026 in Las Vegas in the mix. Volatility remains the name of the game, but institutional interest and resilience clearly a factor. Let’s break it down.
Bitcoin (BTC) powered through April with strong momentum, closing the month around $76,300–$76,400 after trading in a range that tested support near $70k–$73k early on before climbing. It posted over 10% monthly gains—its first double-digit monthly advance since May 2025—fueled by ETF inflows, geopolitical de-escalation signals, and dip-buying. Mid-month it consolidated around $75k–$78k, with peaks near $79k.

Ethereum (ETH) held steady in the $2,200–$2,370 range, showing resilience amid broader altcoin mixed performance.

The global crypto market cap hovered in the $2T zone, reflecting cautious optimism as institutional demand provided a floor.

As mentioned in our previous newsletter, March showed consolidation—April brought the green light with upward conviction. Will April rebounds bring May continuation or fresh tests? Stay tuned!

Institutional & ETF Momentum-
Spot Bitcoin ETFs continued drawing capital, underscoring growing mainstream adoption. Discussions around regulatory clarity (including the CLARITY Act) and potential strategic reserves kept positive narratives alive.

Our favorite racing story this month was Sumit Goyal powering his way to a thrilling win in the N/T Overdrive Shootout class at the 2026 Street Car Braggin’ Rights (SCBR), held April 15–18 at historic Rockingham Dragway — “The Rock” — in North Carolina. Piloting his potent 2016 Dodge Challenger Hellcat equipped with a Whipple supercharger, Goyal earned the $8,000 top prize from the $10,000 class purse in a final round.

The Hellcat features Big 3 Racing’s Mopar Gateway for seamless plug-and-play Holley EFI integration, enabling precise control at high power levels. This victory marked a historic milestone: the first-ever win in the N/T Overdrive class at SCBR by a Whipple-supercharged car, triumphing over a strong field of turbocharged competitors.
The N/T Overdrive Shootout was proudly presented by Circle D Specialties and Fisher Built. Goyal’s success highlighted one of the biggest grassroots drag racing spectacles on the East Coast, which featured over $200,000 in guaranteed payouts across 16 classes and drew hundreds of racers from around the country.
Congrats to Sumit and the whole team — a well-deserved win for a dedicated racer and his badass Hellcat! We might be a little biased!

ABC – Always Be Collecting. Volatility is your ally. Dollar-cost average into Bitcoin during dips, focus on accumulation of sats over dollar value, and play the long game. A little here and there compounds massively over time. #raceforsats

]]>The post STAXX CLUB Newsletter March 2026 appeared first on Goldmannstaxx.com.
]]>Hey Staxx Nation! Hope you had a strong March—whether you were stacking sats, riding the volatility, or just holding the line like a true believer. We are building for you, and that’s no April fools! This month’s newsletter is packed tighter than ever: clean price action breakdown, the real news that actually mattered, key events, and some fire community updates (including a huge one from the racing community in Texas). Let’s dive in and make this recap hit you directly between the ears.
Bitcoin opened March around $65,000–$69,000, caught a solid recovery wave, and briefly punched toward the $73,000–$75,000 zone mid-month (hitting ~$75,900 on March 17 before pulling back). It consolidated in the $69k–$71k range for a stretch, then faced late-month pressure from options expiry + macro noise, closing the month near $66,500. Month-over-month: roughly –4% a classic “sell-the-news” dip despite what might be the strongest regulatory tailwinds crypto has ever seen.

Key takeaways- BTC showed relative strength and early signs of decoupling from risk assets during geopolitical stress. We’ve heard this song before, its called “smart money accumulates while retail sentiment crosses in to Extreme Fear territory.”
The volatility is real, but the longer price holds $60k, the stronger support becomes. Stackers who stay calm could be perfectly positioned for the next leg up.

March 27 was historic: SEC delivered final decisions on 91 ETF applications covering everything from XRP and SOL to LTC and DOGE. Earlier in the month, 16 major assets were formally classified as digital commodities. Long-term this could massively bullish for market structure and institutional adoption. Short-term? More dumping of course! Leveraged longs got wrecked and options expiry ($13.5–$14B on Deribit) pinned price action. The real impact will show in the coming quarters.

March reminded us why we do this: short-term noise, long-term conviction. Regulatory changes are locked in, institutions are still accumulating, and the infrastructure is getting stronger every month.

March 17–22, 2026 at Texas Motorplex went down as one of the wildest TX2K events yet, with the 27th annual gathering pulling together the world’s quickest street cars for nonstop roll racing and drag racing insanity. Standout moments included Brett LaSala’s Coyote-powered “Snot Rocket” Mustang ripping a historic 5.879-second pass at 242.76 mph—the quickest and fastest 275-tire run in TX2K history—to claim his fourth straight win in the 2JZ vs. The World class and pocket serious bounty money.
Other champions included Mark Blackwell dominating the Elite 8 (the world’s fastest roll racing class) in his Underground Racing Lamborghini on street tires, Luke Carlile taking Unlimited roll racing in his AMS Performance ALPHA 28 Audi R8 with a 210 mph final-round pass, and Cleetus McFarland scoring a big win in the Street Car class with Ruby.
The pits were packed, records fell, and the high-speed drama was nonstop. Even though we couldn’t make the trip down south this year, watching the action from afar fired us up even more about racing starting to fire up in the Midwest US. Events like TX2K remind us the overlap between crypto freedom believers and car guys who love going fast is only getting bigger.

Tip: Stacker’s Mantra: ABS – Always Be Stacking – Keep stacking. Keep learning. Keep believing. Walk the path. The believers who stay calm and stack on are the ones who win. We’re not here for the quick flip or the fads – we’re here to redefine freedom, be part of the community, and help build the future we want together.

]]>The post STAXX CLUB Newsletter February 2026 appeared first on Goldmannstaxx.com.
]]>February 2026 was a rollercoaster for crypto, marked by volatility amid geopolitical unrest and macroeconomic pressures. The total market cap started the month around $2.6 trillion and closed near $2.3 trillion, reflecting a roughly 11-13% decline overall.

Bitcoin and Ethereum, the heavyweights, both shed value but showed resilience with late-month bounces.

| Asset | Feb 1 Price (USD) | Feb 28 Price (USD) | % Change | Key Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| BTC | 76,974 | 66,996 | -13% | Lows at $60K; potential short squeeze setup |
| ETH | 2,268 | 1,965 | -13% | Worst YTD start in a decade; rebound possible |
| Total Market Cap | ~$2.6T | ~$2.3T | -11% | $70B erased in an hour |
This month’s dips reflect orderly deleveraging rather than full capitulation, with leverage resets creating liquidity for potential upsides.
Correlation with tech stocks drove some rebounds, but crypto remains sensitive to risk-off events.
February brought a mix of bearish pressures and bullish regulatory shifts. Here’s the rundown:
February tested the waters, but with SEC acting, the FED easing and policy talks heating up, March could flip the script. Watch for BTC reclaiming $70K as a bullish signal; if not, $55K downside risks and opportunities appear.

Sick Week 2026, presented by Gear Vendors Overdrive, concluded on February 7 as the premier drag-and-drive event, challenging over 300 street-legal vehicles across five days of racing and nearly 1,000 miles of Florida highways amid unusually frigid conditions that dipped into the 20s and 30s Fahrenheit, making it tougher than ever with frozen components and widespread mechanical breakdowns.
Sweden’s Niklas Linrin dominated with his twin-turbo 1967 Pontiac Firebird, securing the overall win and Unlimited class victory with a blistering 6.490 average ET, marking the third Swedish triumph in the event’s five-year history.
Close behind, Les Smith clinched Unlimited Iron in his 2011 Chevrolet Camaro (6.860 average), edging out Alex Taylor, while Nick Rinehart took Pro Street honors in his 1967 Chevrolet Nova (6.813 average).
Other standout winners included Alan Whitaker in Heavy Metal and Randy Seward in Street Race 275, highlighting intense battles despite the cold-induced challenges and record-setting passes.
Huge congrats to all participants of Sick Week 2026 from the Staxx Racing team! Despite the weather, your grit and determination prevailed. And to all the people and over 300 street-legal beasts tackling those frigid Florida highways for 1,000+ miles—racers, crews, and fans alike—you made it legendary. Keep stacking those wins!
