The Lantana Villa is located just a short walk to the world-famous, Captiva Beach, know as one of the best places to shell in the world. There’s plenty to see and do on Captiva Island. The living room is equipped with a Full size sofa sleeper, TV, coffee table, end tables, kitchenette with refrigerator, range, sink and fully equipped kitchen for four people. Both the bedroom and living room have sliding doors that lead outdoors to the deck that overlooks the active Andy Rosse Lane and you can listen to the music from nearby RC Otters or Keylime Bistro. Our newest Captiva Island vacation home rental has undergone extensive renovations so guests can experience an upscale and wonderful stay while on Captiva Island. Our newly renovated home features five bedrooms (one is a loft) and 4.5 bathrooms, a spacious floorplan, private elevator, heated pool, hot tub, and so much more. Our Vacation Home Rental Accommodations

The main level of the home has an updated living room, family room, dining area, which seats eight, full kitchen with a bar that seats three, and laundry room. There is an expansive screened-in lanai overlooking the pool area, dock and bay, with plenty of seating for the whole crew – perfect for any occasion. On the second level, there are 4 bedrooms with 3 king size beds and 1 queen size bed. In addition, there is an open loft with 2 twin beds. All of the bedrooms have hardwood floors, plush mattresses, and the bathrooms have large tile and granite counter tops. If you have a boat, we can cater to that as well. Our vacation home rental includes dockage, so feel free to pull your vessel up and stay a while!
