Get ready for an udderly adorable Library Card Sign-Up Month adventure! Ten adorable goats and two precious newborns are coming to the library for a morning of cuddles, giggles, and hands-on fun. Patrons will have the opportunity to snuggle with, dress up, groom, take a selfie and even hold the baby goat. Then make one-of-a- kind keepsake with our baby goat hoofprint art project. Ages:0-12 (All ages are welcome!)

PASSES AVAILABLE AT THE BPL:
Beardsley ZOO: Use this pass for free admission for 6 guests. Limited to one family per day.
Connecticut Science Center: This pass allows 20% off general admission for up to four people. Only 1 coupon per individual per day.
Earthplace: This pass entitles up to two (2) adults and three (3) children entry into the outdoor Connecticut Birds of Prey exhibit, Animal Hall and Natureplace. Explore 62-acre wildlife sanctuary, with a variety of habitats including fields, forests, ponds, and a stream. The sanctuary is crisscrossed by roughly two miles of trails, including the Discover trail which is wheelchair-accessible.
Lyman Allyn Art Museum: This pass allows free admission to the Lyman Allyn Art Museum for library patrons & families of up to 6 people. Pass holders will also receive a 10% discount in the Museum Shop. The Lyman Allyn Art Museum is also free every first Saturday of the month.
SHU Discovery Science Center and Planetarium: This pass allows free admission up to 4 children (under 18) with one paid adult admission.
Stepping Stones Museum for Children: This pass entitles holder to one free admission with each purchase of one admission at regular price. Maximum 3 free admissions per pass, per day. Regular admission price: $20 Adults and Children, $16 Seniors (over 62), Children under 1: Free.
Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art: One pass provides up to one free General Admission with the purchase of one Adult or Senior admission OR up to 2 free youth (ages 12- 17) admissions with the purchase of one Adult or Senior admission. This pass may be used to register for daily public tours at no extra cost. Children under 12: Free.
Westport Country Playhouse: Pick up a pass from your local Bridgeport library & redeem it for up to four $10 tickets to a regular season production. Tickets are normally $50-70, so this is a fantastic deal!

The Toy Library features a diverse selection of educational, creative, and interactive toys designed to support learning through play and make enriching experiences more accessible to local families. The collection will debut at the North Branch Library the following week.
BPL cardholders may borrow up to two items at a time for a seven-day loan period, with the option to renew up to two times.
The Toy Library was made possible with the assistance of Traveling Toys. and the support of donors Jean and Bruce Weiner. Traveling Toys partnered with BPL to help bring the program to the community and expand access to play-based learning resources.
