]]>Turner’s loose lipped friends in the West Midlands have confirmed Turner is responsible for the websites where Turner tries to encourage people to harass Paul Ponting. Turner has spent hours and hours stalking Paul Ponting and honed in on Ponting’s fight against corruption in the Police and British Justice System, those linked to these institutions, MPs and those who try to con innocent people.
Paul Turner attempts to twist Ponting’s exposure of corruption into ‘attacks’ against these people. If Paul Turner wants to call exposing corruption and deceit ‘attacks’ that’s fine. But why would Paul Turner try to defend police officers who have been exposed as corrupt? Is he still an informant for Lancashire Police as he was in 2014 when he provided valuable intel to Lancashire police about a drug dealer who is now in prison.?
Turner goes on to state on his websites:
- Anyone who dares compete with Paul Ponting, loses!
- Paul Ponting is unbeatable.
- Not one person has stood up to Paul Ponting and won, not one.
- He [Paul Ponting] has beaten anyone who dared to take him on.
These statements by Paul Turner are testament that Paul Ponting is succeeding in exposing corruption and criminals, as Paul Turner also states when referring to a BJJ Martial Arts Club in the West Midlands that ‘Many members have been served with criminal convictions‘. This is true. Two members of the club were convicted for Malicious Communications and harassment towards Paul Ponting, yet Paul Turner seems to be siding with these criminals? Why..? Because Paul Turner is a friend of these criminals.
So Paul Ponting:
- has NO criminal convictions
- has exposed corruption in various police forces and those linked to the police ie North West Blood Bikes
- has stood up to trolls and bullies, not just for himself and his family, but for others who have been wronged and have asked for help
- has sued Lancashire Police for what they did to him when Paul Turner whinged he had been outed as a police informer
So why is Paul Turner trying so hard to badmouth Paul Ponting? Paul Ponting publicly standing up to corruption in all walks of life? Why would Paul Turner be trying to defend those who have been exposed for corruption and those who have received criminal convictions?
Maybe Paul Turner is a little disgruntled by the articles below that were recently in the news when Paul Paul Ponting successfully sued Lancashire Police after he was unlawfully arrested, unlawfully detained, assaulted and maliciously prosecuted in 2014, after Paul Ponting outed Paul Turner as a police informant for Skelmersdale Police. Lancashire Police’s failed to take any action against Turner for threats and harassment of Paul Ponting and his family after he was sacked from Paul Ponting’s business for gross misconduct. Turner is named in these articles.

Paul Turner also states on his website that ‘Mr Ponting was given a section 4 public order offence at Preston Court, Mr Ponting claims he has been successful in an appeal to have this removed from his record but this has not been verified.’ Maybe Paul Turner missed the news article below, which we find hard to believe as he has stalked every other aspect of Paul Ponting’s life. He must have just forgotten to add this to his ‘hate’ website created about Paul Ponting.
So Paul Turner will continue to badmouth Paul Ponting saying he has ‘hate’ websites. Paul Turner may call them ‘hate’ websites, but these sites (with various admins) only publish FACTS, hence the reason Paul Ponting has NEVER been convicted of harassment, slander or libel and has NO criminal convictions. The truth hurts sometimes! Maybe more people should stand up to corruption and bullies. It doesn’t make you a bad person, but it doesn’t make you popular with associates of those exposed and you have to have balls to do it as you will come in for some flack. Paul Turner has always hidden anonymously behind his keyboard, yet has the audacity to call Paul Ponting a keyboard warrior! Grow some balls Turner. Come out from behind your keyboard shield. ]]>Lancashire police allowed Paul Turner to continue a campaign of harassment and malicious communications, as well as ‘other’ serious crimes against Paul Ponting, his ex employer. The reason police allowed this was that they did not want to prosecute Paul Turner because he was giving the police information which led to the arrest of Colin Pritchard and a number of others who were jailed for 150 years total. Well, now after almost 5 years of hell, Lancashire police have made a ‘significant‘ apology and compensation payment, details soon to be released to the national media. For this very reason, this information had not been announced by Mr Ponting, Turners victim.
Ironically, a malicious website created by Paul Turner has commented on this ‘unreleased’ information..!
Now, how would Paul turner possibly know about this significant information? It was never published and only Mr Ponting and Police knew about it (as well as a few solicitors and barristers).
Now, why would Mr Ponting contact this website, would you think he would prefer to wait until it hits national press. It is pretty obvious Paul Turner has received info from police and ‘spun’ this info. He even claims that the soon to be released information had some confidentiality clause. As if Mr Ponting would sign an such clause. So he was hoping there would be a confidentiality clause, fabricates a release of information to try to cause more trouble.
You may think, would police really divulge information to Paul Turner about Paul Ponting… Oh Yes!
Prior to this, it has been proven that Paul Turner was given extremely confidential in the past from his alleged police handler, DS Andy Langton, relating to Mr Ponting. Langton was directed to a Misconduct Hearing by the IOPC, but strangely, Lancashire Police refused this.
Is DS Langton or other police officers STILL feeding Paul Turner with confidential information?
It is pretty obvious Paul Turner has been given a ‘heads up’ by someone in the police.
It is Fucking unbelievable how obvious all this really is.

My campaign was a defensive campaign, started AFTER Paul Turner posted comments calling me a paedophile. This was the last straw and I will never stop now until I get justice!
This is a small collection of his behaviour over the last 3 years, he has obsessively posted on hundreds maybe thousands of websites, material to damage my reputation and my families.
This is all live (to date) on Google when searching for MY name or my business name. He also resorted to posting on dozens of website calling me a paedophile, these fortunately have now been removed, Lancashire Police do have the evidence but refuse to charge Paul Turner, but though it necessary to charge me for telling people he was a Police Informer…!

]]>UPDATE: the above website has now been deleted by about.me for a breach of harassment laws! I have captured a screenshot below as evidence. The question is, will Lancashire Police deal with him? Unfortunately there is little chance of that as he is a Police Informer and they (Lancashire Police) will not bring charges against a Police Informer so my family will still be targeted.

Paul Turner has consistently and persistently caused harassment, alarm and distress to me and my family. Many of these reports have been recorded and are, still, to this day being investigated. He was even given a harassment warning by Lancashire Police (see it here)
Paul Turner then, even after being warned of harassing me and my family, started to post that he had not be given a harassment warning, and that I had!, here is the evidence of his lies, a letter of Police confirming I have never had such a warning! click here to read it.
More worryingly, Lancashire Police have supplied Paul Turner with ammunition to attack my family. (click here to review) DS Andly Langton (Paul Turners alleged Police handler) passed private and confidential information to Turner about my young children so Paul Turner could (and did, the sick bastard!) publish it online. Paul Turner & DS Andy Langton both stooped to an all time low to use a child to try and harm me. This is a very dangerous thing to do to a child’s father. We are expecting DS Langton to be dismissed from Lancashire Police for this and hopefully be criminally charged. The ICO are considering charges against him and the force!
Paul Turner continues in his rants that I have left him out of work, well, unfortunately for him, he was sacked for legitimate reasons (as he himself told Police) see by clicking here. He then realised that he screwed up and decided to take it out on me, his former employer by starting a tribunal, even though he confirmed he was dismissed legitimately on a formal statement haha, you really cannot make this shit up! Read his full tribunal by clicking here he soon retracted this and did not even bother going to court. A clear sign he was doing anything to cause trouble.
The proof this is intended to harm me and my business is, look at the bottom of the page. Paul turner is involved in SEO, this is search engine optimisation. The basis of trying to get a website more noticed on Google by certain techniques. One of the main techniques is the wording….

- The repeated use of MY NAME, in full. (Paul Ponting, mentioned 5 times)
- The town I live and work (Ormskirk, mentioned 3 times.)
- My company name (Danoli solutions Ltd, mentioned 3 times)
What Paul Turner is trying to achieve is for anyone searching for any of those phrases on google, for HIS page to appear on Google therefore damage my reputation. What he does not understand in his simplistic mind, is that my reputation is untarnished, spans 30 years in the IT industry, I/we have references from Schools, Colleges, Solicitors, Surgeons, Barristers, as well as dozens of fantastic reviews from customers.
Paul Turner creates references for his friend(s) Mally is one, from Ultimate Gardens, his website was setup by Paul Turner. Notice the website developed by Clixxo…? Clixxo was one of the Companies Paul Turner set up (and is now dissolved) to compete against me (while he was working for me). ]]>Paul Turner is a self confessed Police Informer, confirmed by Chorley Magistrates, and this is the reason Lancashire Police have failed to charge him with a number of crimes he has committed.
Below is a copy of his Industrial Tribunal (a public document), started by Paul Turner of Skelmersdale after being sacked by his former employer. He started the industrial tribunal as a vendetta as he had clearly told Police in an official statement, that his dismissal was for legitimate reasons! (read about that here). The tribunal of course, failed. but the confession is now evidence to prove the motive of Lancashire Police.
The point being made is not really whether Paul Turner is a Police Informer or not, the Point is that Lancashire Police have INTENTIONALLY allowed a Police Informer to commit crimes against Paul Ponting. Not only that, but Lancashire Police participated in the attack against Paul Ponting by starting (and failing) a Malicious Prosecution against him! (read about that here)
Lancashire Police CID Sergeant, DS Andy Langton also (and intentionally) provided private and confidential information about Paul Ponting’s young children to the Informer, Paul Turner, to allow him to use it to further target and harass the innocent family. (read about DS Langton data breach here)
This page provides further evidence that Paul Turner is a ‘self confessed’ Police Informer which, adds significant weight to the allegation that Lancashire Police have acted ‘inappropriately’ and ‘maliciously’ against a true victim of crime for their own means. This is Police Corruption.

]]>The man was pepper sprayed and pinned to the ground by officers preventing him from breathing. To add to this, the arresting officer sat on the victims chest and put his hands around the victims throat.
After arrival in Skelmersdale Police Station, the victim was stripped naked under orders of Custody Sergenat Sigley and sexually assaulted by PS Stephen Eckersley.
After being left naked and injured in the police cell, the victim was taunted by female Police officers adding to the victims anxiety resulting in the victim suffering what was believed to be a heart attack. The Police initially refused to call an ambulance unless the victim put on a Police prisoner suit. The victim refused stating he was suffering increased pain to his chest and that he was not able to get dressed and would only wear his own clothes, the Police called the ambulance. While awaiting the ambulance, Police tried to convince the victim to get dressed even though he was suffering a suspected heart attack. The victim told the Police repeatedly to leave him alone. The officer was then caught on CCTV throwing the victims clothes on the victims head while he sat clutching his chest in agony.
I am not going to publish much here due to a claim we have against Skem Police, suffice to say I was rushed to hospital with a suspected heart attack after their ‘treatment’!

Sadly, Skelmersdale Police have not charged him (as far as we know) for his multiple racist comments that have been reported to them about him.
