Can I please get some advice on best way to restore fave shape /widen dental arches and restore maxillary shape after having major orthodontict treatments teeth pulled numerous retainers, I basically want to try to undo the damage caused by traditional orthodontic care. I now have a deviated septum , very short teeth very short , a very narrow palate top and bottom and crooked teeth all of which I did not have before. I simply had one tooth which was crooked and wanted fixed and it ended up taking 4 years of this rubbish industry I suffered from. I now have Tmj , I now grind my teeth etc etc the last goes on . I’m in Sydney and need help!

In reply to Graham Stoney. Hello, I am recently diagnosed after a lot of trauma. Can you tell me how recovered you consider yourself? You have done sooooo many things! Way to go and not give up! I am on the same path. Just hoping to hear something has shifted and.gave you a life back to at least work bit and go for walks. Thanks!
