]]>There are problems with the traditional Healthcare system. The medical world wants you to check your cholesterol and take Statin meds for it. Then check your blood pressure and take meds for that…
Bioenergtic by Design has a different approach to heart health. When we think of heart problems, we want to know the root cause. When assessing heart issues, it often comes down to an emotional cause of heartbreak or things that weigh heavy on the heart. What is stressing your heart right now? Look at your relationships with your family, your friends, your work, and yourself…
Ancient traditional eastern wisdom says that physical heart issues are rooted in the emotional issues with your spouse. We know that emotional stress plays a huge role in your health. Deal with the issues of your emotional heart in order to address the issues of the physical heart.
Before you grab the nearest medications for your physical heart symptoms, why not address the emotional issues first and possibly eliminate even needing meds at all.
Natural Bioenergetics is amazing at addressing your heart health issues in a respectful way that does not make you talk about the issues or rehash them. We use the meridians to retune your energy around the stresses and release that stress from memory and muscles. It’s a safe and very effective way of dealing with matters related to the heart and many other issues as well!

]]>When we bring other living beings into our lives, we have a responsibility to them. We are committing ourselves to taking care of them. For plants, we honour their basic needs for water and sun. Our dogs need daily exercise, walks, playtime, and trips to the vet.
Caring for our family members is the same. How is our spouse doing? Our children and parents?
At work, we often check in on the wellbeing of our employees and enjoy scheduling group activities, team building events, and ensuring we are providing for their needs as well.
Surprise, surprise — more often than not, our own self care is at the bottom of the pile. You see, this is what society has been teaching us for years: Put others before yourself and that is how you will be judged.
Bad habits turn into regrets turn into divorces turn into illness and disease. It’s time to put a stop to this vicious cycle and Put Ourselves First. We are actually the only ones who can choose to prioritize our own health and wellbeing.
Stop reading this blog post and take a pen and paper and make a list of your new Non Negotiables.
You see, this is actually a trick question. In order to take care of others, we need to take care of ourselves first. Not doing this is a trap.

]]>Headaches are a well-known and accepted health issue regularly arising for some people. You have probably experienced a headache at some point in your life. Although, if you’re one of those lucky son of a guns who has never had a headache before — and then *BOOM* you get one, you may rush to the hospital thinking you’re about to die from some new monster attacking your cranium.
Although a common issue, headaches can range from being a mild inconvenience to forcing you to call in sick to work because you are debilitated in bed. Worse, you might be tempted to reach for a jar of pills hoping for some relief.
Here’s our approach to headaches at Bioenergetic by Design.
There’s a huge difference between enduring the occasional headache and suffering repeating headaches. If you get a headache once or twice a year, you might be able to write it off. When headaches turn into a repeating pattern and are extremely intense, it’s time to take action. You don’t need to live with the pain of headaches in your life or at work. You have more important things you need to be doing that require your optimal health and wellbeing. And you deserve better.
If you find yourself losing time at work due to headaches, this is a warning sign. Lost time adds up and turns into lost revenue and profits, having to spend extended time on projects, and you might find yourself making excuses for not accomplishing your goals. It doesn’t have to be this way.
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.
Headaches are complicated. It takes time to get to the root of the issue, and more likely there’s multiple issues layered on top of each other all adding up to more painful and longer headaches. Hence, why you cannot identify the cause all by yourself.
The best way for me to talk about headaches is to tell you some of my client stories and how we went about figuring it out and getting results.

]]>Stress management is a hot topic within the workplace. Awareness is brought to it, but often times no real solutions are presented. Temporary mitigation steps might be outlined, like going for counselling, taking some time off work, or reducing your work schedule. But none of these will actually FIX the problems that are causing the stress in the first place.
At Bioenergetic by Design, we don’t believe in managing stress, fiddling with it or trying to control it. We believe in eliminating the root cause of the stress.
Researchers found that people with increased stress have increased risk for mental disorders a decade later, especially anxiety and depression. The message is clear: eliminating daily stress is a key factor in keeping your brain healthy as you age, and this has implications for everything from depression to dementia.
Eliminating daily stress is a key factor in keeping your brain healthy as you age, and this has implications for everything from depression to dementia.
Emotional Stress for example is internally generated. The only person who can stop the stress is you. You started it by your reaction to a situation. You can stop it.
Emotional stress can cause heart-attack-like symptoms real enough for people to consider going to the emergency department. While this may be hard to grasp in a life full of stress, we can work towards you having the tools to no longer react the same way to triggering situations.
We’ve had brand new clients go from feeling they where going to die to normal within 20 minutes. Then learning to shut down the overwhelming wave of emotions while we work together to change the beliefs behind the triggers.
You don’t need to manage the symptoms of stress; Let that go. Work with us to root out the cause and so you can stop pushing the panic button.
Ponder this: What stresses do you need to address before they become dangerous to you?

]]>Bioenergetics by Design is a part of a community seeking to provide natural solutions to help you solve what others haven’t. Two issues that many people seek help for without any resolution are fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome.
What is fibromyalgia?
Fibromyalgia is a disorder characterized by widespread musculoskeletal pain accompanied by fatigue, sleep, memory and mood issues. Women are much more likely to develop fibromyalgia than men.
Many people who have fibromyalgia also have tension headaches, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, irritable bowel syndrome, anxiety and depression. Symptoms sometimes begin after a physical trauma, surgery, infection or significant psychological stress. In other cases, symptoms gradually accumulate over time with no single triggering event. Researchers believe that Fibromyalgia amplifies painful sensations by affecting the way your brain processes pain signals. Natural Bioenergetics works at the energetic level, affecting the way your body processes energy (information).
Recently we worked with a client who had been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. 2 sessions and one tool that we carry and she saw an almost complete recovery.
What is chronic fatigue syndrome?
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is characterized by persistent fatigue that may worsen with physical or mental activity, but does not improve with rest. The syndrome can be a bit of a “catch all” for health problems that doctors aren’t sure what to do with. 75-90% of cases are women.
Stress is the most important factor to consider when addressing CFS. Stress if often the a culprit and often worsens the symptoms and Natural Bioenergetics works to eliminate the stress in your body on all levels.
Book online for an appointment today and see how we can help with both of these conditions.

]]>The post Planning on “Catching Cancer” appeared first on Bioenergetics by Design.
]]>I have been listening to medical professionals, the media, friends, and coworkers, and there seems to be a common belief popping up that sickness is just part of life. Sickness will eventually happen to us all, like catching a cold, or develop aa more serious illness… and that’s just life.
For me, as a natural health professional who works with clients every day to reprogram our body’s innate system, this sounds really odd to me.
And here’s my perspective: I do not expect to be ill. Ever! I don’t believe it is necessary. I take full responsibility for my own health and do my part in exercising and eating healthy, minimizing stress and incorporating downtime and rest. Therefore, I know my body will take care of me too.
In our society, planning is an appropriate word for business and financial purposes. “Retirement planning” has been a trendy phrase for the last few decades. We are encouraged to pursue our goals and dreams in life. But is anyone here actually planning on getting ill as they grow older? Or planning to “catch cancer” as I heard one media person put it?
Current stats are telling us that 40% of men and 30% of women will have cancer in their life time, and “That’s just the way it is.”
It’s definitely possibly that there is a genetic aspect to cancer; however, I also believe that cancer is a symptom of a body that is toxic, tired, stressed out, and/or under nutrition.
Do you have a plan in place that effectively addresses your risk of developing this disease?
An investment return of 40% would be amazing. A .400 batting average would make history. A 40% chance of developing a life threatening disease requires some thought. What is your plan? If you don’t have one, are you planning on getting ill?
I have heard it said; “Change comes either by choice or by crisis.”
A good referral for us is a person who does not want to be ill. Who is making a choice to live a life that is long and healthy. Give them our card, tell them to call us. There is hope.
