The May Fair is one of our school’s most-loved traditions: a relaxing afternoon in the park to mark the turn of the season and celebrate our community. The afternoon features a traditional maypole dance, live music, kids’ activities, and a campfire to close things out.
What to expect
The fair is picnic-style, so families are welcome to bring food and a blanket and settle in. New this year, slices of pizza will also be available to pre-order through School Cash Online for families who’d rather not pack dinner. Order details will be shared with the Da Vinci community in the coming weeks.

We’re excited to invite all families and community members to this year’s Winter Concert and Winter Fair, taking place on Thursday, December 18.
Our annual Winter Concert will begin at 2:00pm in the school gym. Families are welcome to join us in celebrating the students’ performances. It is recommended that you arrive early in order to check-in at the office before heading up to the gym.
Dismissal will proceed as usual once at the end of the concert.
Following dismissal, we welcome everyone back into the gym for the Winter Fair, running from 3:15pm to 5:00pm. Weather permitting, activities will extend outdoors into the playground.
Tickets will be available soon on School Cash Online. The Fair will be pay-what-you-can, with a suggested donation of $20 per family.
The Winter Fair is a community-created event, and we’re looking for volunteers of all kinds. Whether you can help craft fairy-room treasures, assist with setup or cleanup, or lend a hand during the Fair, we would love your support.
