ARAM was responsible for the design and complete delivery of multimedia and lighting systems for both stages of CLOUT Festival 2026, one of the largest hip-hop festivals in Poland.

The Warsaw event brought together major international artists including Don Toliver, Ken Carson, Skepta, Quavo, Swae Lee, Destroy Lonely, Lucki and Homixide Gang.

For this year’s edition, ARAM delivered the complete visual technology package — from system design and equipment preparation through installation, configuration and on-site technical support during the festival.

Complete technical delivery for both stages

The project covered both the Main Stage and the festival’s second stage.

ARAM supplied approximately 275 m² of LED screens, divided across five independent surfaces. The central LED screen on the Main Stage alone measured approximately 131 m².

The lighting system consisted of 458 fixtures in total, including:

• 356 fixtures on the Main Stage

• 102 fixtures on the second stage

The entire system was designed to meet the requirements of international touring productions and to provide enough flexibility for the different technical riders and visual concepts of each artist.

Strong GLP presence

A significant part of the lighting system was based on GLP fixtures.

A total of 223 GLP fixtures were used across CLOUT Festival 2026:

• 50 × GLP Creos IP65

• 60 × GLP JDC1 Burst

• 74 × GLP JDC2 IP65

• 39 × GLP WildBar 16 IP65

The scale of the GLP deployment reflects the rapidly growing presence of the brand on major Polish stages and in international technical riders.

INFiLED HOLO transparent LED

One of the key visual elements of the production was the INFiLED HOLO 3978 transparent LED curtain.

The system combines approximately 50% transparency with a 3.9 × 7.8 mm pixel pitch and a high refresh rate of 7680 Hz, making it particularly suitable for large-scale productions captured by professional cameras and photographers.

Almost 3,000 m² of INFiLED HOLO from the same batch is currently available in Poland, allowing large and visually consistent transparent LED surfaces to be created for major festival, concert and event productions.

Four-day build

Installation of the complete system took four days, with around 30 crew members working on site.

Weather conditions added an additional challenge. Strong winds periodically forced work on the stage structures to stop for safety reasons.

Despite these interruptions, the entire multimedia and lighting infrastructure was installed, configured and commissioned on schedule.

Weather also affected the festival itself, with a storm temporarily interrupting performances on the second day before the event resumed once conditions improved.

This year’s edition of the Opole Festival was an impressive large-scale television and live music production. The stage of the Millennium Amphitheatre was transformed into an extensive multimedia environment, where video, lighting and scenic architecture worked together to create a powerful visual setting for the concerts broadcast by Telewizja Polska.

The stage design, created by Giorgos Stylianou, featured transparent LED curtains that helped build depth, scale and layered visual compositions. Another major element was a gigantic video floor installed directly on the stage, on which the artists performed. As a result, multimedia was not only a background element, but an integral part of the show environment.

ARAM supplied part of the multimedia setup on behalf of TSE Grupa, supporting the delivery of one of Poland’s most recognizable music productions. The scale of the stage design, the intensity of the festival schedule and the variety of concerts required carefully selected technologies capable of performing both in wide television shots and dynamic close-up camera work.

The lighting design and realization were led by Marcin Michna, whose work complemented the multimedia character of the stage. The lighting interacted with the transparent LED surfaces, the video floor and the overall scenic architecture, shaping the atmosphere of each concert and reinforcing the spectacular visual identity of the festival. Key Challenges

• Build timeline: the entire booth had to be completed in just 78 hours – requiring flawless coordination, parallel workflows, and precise task management.
• Extreme precision: every LED panel had to fit the booth’s physical structure to the centimeter. Walls, floors, and ceiling installations required exceptionally tight tolerances during mounting and calibration.
• Working on a different continent: the project required adapting to local technical standards, different working conditions, and cultural and procedural differences that influenced day-to-day operations.
• Intensity of the trade show: over the 4 days of the event, the booth hosted numerous presentations of new products from Cloud and Flow, which meant our systems had to remain fully stable and performance-ready at all times.

Eventex Powerlist is one of the most respected international rankings in the event industry, created by the event community – for the event community. The 2025 edition received an impressive 2,250 nominations from 79 countries, and the final selection was determined through an open public vote.
