Position Overview

Required Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following primary requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, staffing, payroll administration, recruiting, or a closely related field.
  • Previous HR experience within a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruiting.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processing and administration.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish — required.

Job Overview

ATL Search Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations within a high-volume manufacturing facility.

This position is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, safety, and optimal performance of all production machinery and equipment. ATL Search Group is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Analyst for one of our growing manufacturing clients in the Atlanta area.

This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy across Raw Materials (RAW), Work in Progress (WIP), and Finished Goods (FG), identifying inventory discrepancies, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions to improve inventory control processes. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in inventory management, and enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cycle counts of Finished Goods (FG), Work in Progress (WIP), and Raw Materials (RAW), ensuring all inventory is counted monthly.
  • Investigate inventory variances and identify root causes.
  • Analyze COGI (Correct Goods Issue) errors and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Partner with Production and Logistics teams to eliminate recurring inventory discrepancies.
  • Verify incoming raw material quantities to determine whether variances are supplier-related or internal process issues.
  • Assist in planning and executing the annual physical inventory (stocktaking).
  • Analyze inventory variances identified during stocktaking and lead corrective action initiatives.
  • Audit inbound inventory processes to ensure procedures are being followed consistently.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and excess inventory while achieving Days on Hand (DOH) inventory targets.
  • Support inventory optimization initiatives and material disposition activities as inventory accuracy improves.
  • Prepare inventory reports and provide recommendations for continuous process improvements.
  • Perform additional inventory analysis and operational support as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in Inventory Control, Inventory Analysis, Supply Chain, Warehouse Operations, or Manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends.
