I recently had a wonderful conversation with Rev. Rachel Harrison on her Recover Your Soul podcast, whose journey of recovery, spirituality, and self-discovery deeply moved me. Raised in Santa Fe on a foundation of Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, soul-centered conversations, and a belief that life has purpose, Rachel still found herself struggling. In 2018, she made the courageous decision to save her own life, returning to AA and Al-Anon and committing to the deeper work of healing herself. Out of that journey emerged what she now calls the Recover Your Soul Process, a path born not from theory, but from her lived experience, surrender, and spiritual awakening.
