Doubleview Gold Corp. (TSX.V: DBG | OTCQX: DBLVF) ("Doubleview" or the "Company") announces that following the historic US$400 million conditional loan commitment by the U.S. Department of War’s Office of Strategic Capital (OSC) to fund allied primary scandium infrastructure[1], the Company has initiated formal high-level strategic engagements with Canadian federal and provincial leadership.

The Company has submitted an official Strategic Policy Brief to the Right Honourable Mark Carney, Chair of the Prime Minister’s Economic Advisory Council, and the Honourable David Eby, Premier of British Columbia. The memorandum outlines immediate pathways to secure and fast-track the development of the Company’s flagship Hat Project, positioning British Columbia as a critical hub in the newly emerging Western G7 critical minerals and defense supply architecture.

The recent multi-million-dollar capital deployment by the United States government marks a decisive turning point in North American critical mineral sovereignty. Scandium is classified as a material of critical defense import due to its role in next-generation high-heat aluminum alloys used in aerospace, defense, and specialized national security applications.

Core Highlights of the Hat Project (BC Golden Triangle):

  • Significant Critical Mineral Footprint: As independently validated in the Company's Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA), the Hat Project hosts 2,415 tonnes of scandium oxide (see Table 2 below) and 80 million pounds of cobalt (see Table 1 below) in the measured and indicated categories.
  • Robust Financial Metrics: The PEA demonstrates stellar economics, yielding an after-tax Net Present Value (NPV) ranging between C$6.73 billion and C$7.27 billion with a 19%-23% Internal Rate of Return (IRR) utilizing consensus metal prices (see news release dated March 23, 2026).
  • Tier-1 Jurisdiction Asset: Located within the infrastructure-rich Golden Triangle of British Columbia, offering an immediate domestic alternative to foreign, adversarial supply chain monopolies.

Farshad Shirvani, President and CEO of Doubleview, commented: "The unprecedented mobilization of hundreds of millions of dollars by the U.S. government for allied scandium development signals that the critical mineral race has entered an entirely new, high-velocity operational phase. Canada, and British Columbia specifically, holds the keys to Western security through generational deposits like the Hat Project. We are proactively engaging with Prime Minister Mark Carney and Premier David Eby's offices to ensure that domestic infrastructure capital, streamlined provincial permitting frameworks, and cross-border defense supply integrations are prioritized immediately to capitalize on this migrating G7 capital."

The Company plans to provide further corporate updates as its metallurgical optimization, Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) preparations, and high-level intergovernmental coordination continue to advance.

Preliminary Economic Assessment Cautionary Statement

The Preliminary Economic Assessment (“PEA”) for the Hat Project is preliminary in nature and includes Inferred Mineral Resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as Mineral Reserves. Mineral Resources that are not Mineral Reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability. The PEA provides a conceptual mine plan and is based on low-level technical and economic assessments that are insufficient to support an evaluation of the economic viability of the Project or to establish Mineral Reserves. There is no certainty that the results of the PEA will be realized. Further exploration and site-specific engineering studies are required before a higher level of confidence can be established for the Project’s economics. The economic analysis in the PEA is based on several assumptions including, but not limited to, long term metal prices, foreign exchange rates, metallurgical recoveries, and capital and operating cost estimates. These assumptions are subject to significant risks and uncertainties, and actual results may differ materially from those projected. Readers are cautioned not to place undue reliance on the PEA or the forward-looking information contained in this release.

  • Rounding may result in minor variations between individual values and totals; such differences are not considered material to the MRE.
  • Mineral Resource classification reflects the level of geological confidence and satisfies the uncertainty criteria appropriate for exploration and resource development. Additional drilling will be required to reduce uncertainty to the level expected for production planning.
  • The MRE reflects the geological interpretation, drill-hole spacing, and estimation parameters available at the time of modelling. Any additional drilling is expected to influence the current outcome by improving confidence in the estimates and refining the geometry of the mineralized domains.
  • The Mineral Resource results are presented in situ within the optimized pit. Mineralized material outside the pit has not been considered as a part of the current MRE tabulation. Calculations used metric units (metres, tonnes, g/t).
  • A total of 97 diamond drill holes, comprising 49,548 m of core, were incorporated into the Mineral Resource Estimate. All drilling data used in the MRE were subject to standard QA/QC validation prior to inclusion.
  • The block model is defined relative to a model origin at UTM Zone 9N 346,750 E / 6,453,000 N / 0 (NAD 83). Parent blocks measure 15 × 15 × 15 m, totalling 136 × 150 × 75 blocks across extents of 2,040 m (X), 2,250 m (Y), and 1,125 m (Z). All volumes and estimates are constrained by these discretization parameters.

Doubleview Advances 2026 Drill Program at Hat; Three Independent Target Methods Converge on Four Priority Locations – Pad 1 Mineralization Intersected, Drilling Advances to Pad 2 https://www.doubleview.ca/doubleview-advances-2026-drill-program-at-hat-three-independent-target-methods-converge-on-four-priority-locations-pad-1-mineralization-intersected-drilling-advances-to-pad-2/ Tue, 14 Jul 2026 09:15:00 +0000 https://salmon-boar-778142.hostingersite.com/?p=10919

Doubleview Gold Corp. ("Doubleview" or the "Company") is pleased to provide an update on its 2026 drill program at its 100%-owned Hat polymetallic porphyry project ("Hat" or the "Project") in northwestern British Columbia. Drill holes H109 through H112 at Pad 1, East of the Hat deposit, have reached their intended depth targets, with drill core intersecting Hat-style mineralization consistent with the broader mineralized system. Assay results are pending. The Company is now advancing drilling operations to Pad 2, Southwest of the Hat deposit.

Drill target locations for the 2026 program were developed through three independent technical methods. Four priority drill pad locations, Pad 1, Pad 2, Pad 3, and Pad 4, were consistently identified by all three methods, providing an exceptional level of convergence and geological confidence. The selected locations are designed to expand the mineral resource envelope and upgrade Inferred mineral resources toward the Indicated and Measured categories required to support a Pre-Feasibility Study.

CEO Comment

Farshad Shirvani, President and CEO of Doubleview Gold Corp., commented: "What gives me the greatest confidence in our 2026 drill program is that three entirely independent technical evaluations - our geological team's interpretation, a rigorous quantitative resource confidence assessment, and a systematic AI analysis of our geophysical data, all pointed to the same four locations. That level of independent convergence is exceptional and speaks to the coherent, well-defined nature of the Hat system. Pad 1 has delivered exactly what we expected, and we are now advancing to Pad 2. Our objective in this program is strategic: to expand the resource and to provide the data necessary to convert Inferred tonnes into Indicated and Measured categories in support of future engineering and economic studies."

Highlights

  • Drilling at Pad 1 (H109-H112) has reached intended depth targets with Hat-style mineralization intersected in drill core. Assay results are pending.
  • Three independent target methods, geological interpretation, quantitative resource confidence assessment (conditional simulation), and AI-assisted geophysical analysis, all identify the same four priority pad locations.
  • The convergence of all three independent methods on four common locations provides an exceptional level of geological confidence underpinning the 2026 drill program.
  • Drill locations are designed to expand the mineralized footprint and upgrade Inferred mineral resources toward Indicated and Measured categories in support of future Pre-Feasibility Study requirements.
  • Doubleview has released an interactive three-dimensional technical database of the Hat deposit, available at https://salmon-boar-778142.hostingersite.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/07/Hat_3D_Database-v2.html (desktop browser recommended).
  • The Company is advancing drilling operations to Pad 2.

2026 Target Selection Methodology

The Company pursued an accelerated, data-intensive approach to target selection for the 2026 drill program, with the objective of maximizing geological confidence in a single exploration season. Three complementary and independent target-generation methods were applied:

Geological Interpretation. Doubleview's geological team developed drill targets through an integrated review of the deposit's geological model, drill hole data, core logging, structural framework, alteration patterns, and the spatial distribution of mineralization. Target locations were selected to address areas with limited drill coverage and to test the lateral and depth continuity and expansion potential of the mineralized system.

Resource Confidence Assessment. Tomasz Wawruch, FAusIMM, of Mineit Consulting Inc., completed an independent quantitative resource confidence assessment using conditional simulation techniques. The study identified priority drill locations where additional drilling would most effectively reduce estimation uncertainty and support reclassification of mineral resources from Inferred toward Indicated and Measured categories, specifically those required for a defensible Pre-Feasibility Study.

AI-Assisted Geophysical Analysis. Doubleview commissioned DrillTargetAI to perform a systematic review of the Hat Project's induced polarization (IP) geophysical dataset. The analysis identified zones where high chargeability coincides with low resistivity, a signature consistent with the sulfide-bearing, copper-mineralized systems already confirmed at Hat. Candidate zones were restricted to areas located more than 180 metres from existing drill collars to prioritize untested ground, and were distributed across the target area to ensure targets test distinct portions of the anomaly. The analysis is grounded entirely in the Project's own geophysical data, rather than external or generic models.

The four priority pad locations, Pad 1, Pad 2, Pad 3, and Pad 4, represent locations where all three independent methods identify targets in close spatial agreement. This convergence provides a robust foundation of geological confidence for the 2026 program and serves as an independent validation of the coherent nature of the Hat mineralizing system.

Figure 1: Drill target priority areas and pad locations for the 2026 exploration program. The four selected pads (Pad 1-4) reflect the convergence of geological, statistical, and AI-assisted target assessment methods.

Figure 2: Compilation of proposed drill locations from all three independent target methods. Spatial convergence at four locations underpins the 2026 drill program selection.

Resource Context and Drilling Objectives

The Hat Project hosts a Mineral Resource Estimate with an effective date of February 25, 2026, comprising 609 Mt of Measured and Indicated Resources at 0.43% CuEq and 503 Mt of Inferred Resources at 0.41% CuEq (as previously disclosed February 25, 2026). Mineral resources are not mineral reserves and do not have demonstrated economic viability. The substantial Inferred resource component represents a meaningful opportunity to advance resource confidence through targeted, systematic drilling. The 2026 drill program is designed to provide the geological continuity and data density required to support conversion of Inferred resources to Indicated and Measured categories, and to test the expansion potential of the mineralized system beyond the current resource envelope in support of future engineering and economic studies.

Interactive 3D Hat Project Database

Doubleview has published a browser-based interactive three-dimensional technical database of the Hat deposit, incorporating drill hole data, geological interpretation, and resource modelling. The database is available to investors and technical stakeholders at

(desktop browser recommended).

The Company believes this tool provides an unprecedented level of transparency and technical insight into the scale and character of the Hat mineralized system.

Doubleview Provides Hat Project Development Update as Ongoing Drilling Supports Next Mineral Resource Estimate and Pre-Feasibility Advancement https://www.doubleview.ca/doubleview-provides-hat-project-development-update-as-ongoing-drilling-supports-next-mineral-resource-estimate-and-pre-feasibility-advancement/ Mon, 29 Jun 2026 09:15:00 +0000 https://salmon-boar-778142.hostingersite.com/?p=10906

Doubleview Gold Corp. (“Doubleview” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide an update on ongoing technical and development work at its 100%-owned Hat Project in northwestern British Columbia. Following the Company’s June 9, 2026 announcement reporting assay results from drill holes H102 to H108, which extended Hat mineralization approximately 150 metres east beyond the known resource envelope, Doubleview is advancing a work program designed to support continued resource growth, technical de-risking and the next phase of project evaluation.

The Company’s current drilling program remains focused on increasing the size and confidence of the Hat deposit in support of an updated Mineral Resource Estimate (“MRE”) currently targeted for early 2027, while also generating information relevant to ongoing Pre-Feasibility Study (“PFS”) planning.

Highlights

  • Ongoing drilling is focused on expanding the Hat deposit and supporting the next updated MRE targeted for early 2027.
  • The current drill plan is under review and is being optimized to improve efficiency and better align with the Company’s MRE and PFS objectives.
  • Doubleview is nearing a final decision on the selection of a metallurgical laboratory following an extensive international review process led by the Company’s metallurgical team.
  • Baseline environmental studies have been initiated, and field equipment has been shipped for installation in the coming weeks.
  • The Company is fully funded to carry out its currently planned work programs.

Farshad Shirvani, President and CEO of Doubleview Gold Corp., commented:

“The results we announced in June marked an important step forward for the Hat Project, and the ongoing drilling program is designed to build on that momentum. With mineralization now extended beyond the previously defined resource envelope, we are increasingly confident that Hat is moving toward the next stage of development. Our immediate objective is to support an updated Mineral Resource Estimate targeted for early 2027 while advancing the technical work necessary for pre-feasibility planning.”

“At the same time, we are progressing the parallel workstreams required to move a project of this scale forward responsibly and efficiently. These include optimizing the current drill plan, completing metallurgical program planning, initiating baseline environmental studies and maintaining the financial capacity to execute on our objectives.”

“We also believe the strategic relevance of Hat continues to strengthen. In a market where secure North American sources of critical minerals are becoming increasingly important, Hat’s exposure to copper, cobalt and scandium in a Canadian jurisdiction positions the Project as a potentially important long-term contributor to domestic and allied supply chains.”

Doubleview believes that recent developments in cobalt markets and North American critical minerals policy continue to underscore the long-term strategic value of polymetallic projects located in stable jurisdictions. While Hat remains an exploration and development-stage project, management believes its combination of copper, cobalt, scandium, gold and silver provides important exposure to metals that are increasingly relevant to electrification, industrial resilience and supply chain security.

The Company will provide further updates as technical planning advances and key milestones are reached.

Doubleview Reports Assays from Drill Holes H102-H108, Extends Hat Mineralization Approximately 150m East and Identifies Gold-Enriched Intervals https://www.doubleview.ca/doubleview-reports-assays-from-drill-holes-h102-h108-extends-hat-mineralization-approximately-150m-east-and-identifies-gold-enriched-intervals/ Tue, 09 Jun 2026 09:15:00 +0000 https://salmon-boar-778142.hostingersite.com/?p=10885

Doubleview Gold Corp. (“Doubleview” or the “Company”) is pleased to report assay results that extend Hat’s gold-copper mineralization approximately 150m beyond the known resource envelope, opening a new exploration frontier the Company calls the Far East Zone. Drill holes H102–H108, completed during the Company’s 2025 drill program at its 100%-owned Hat Project in northwestern British Columbia, also returned standout gold-enriched intervals including 8.0m grading 4.04 g/t Au and 112.0m grading 0.40 g/t Au.

The 2025 drill program tested two distinct eastern areas of the Hat system, 233m apart. Holes H102–H105 add drill density and continuity data within and below the eastern side of the 2026 Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) pit shell, reinforcing the geological interpretation that underpins the Company’s existing resource. Holes H106–H108 delivered the headline result: a new mineralized corridor, the Far East Zone, identified approximately 150m east of the current resource envelope, with elevated gold grades pointing toward a distinct and compelling geological target for future drilling.

Drill holes H102-H108 were not completed in time to be incorporated into the Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) with an effective date of February 4, 2026 or the PEA disclosed in March 2026. These assays do not constitute an updated MRE, mineral reserve estimate, pit optimization or economic analysis. The Company expects to evaluate the results in future mineral resource modelling and future engineering studies.

CEO Comment

Farshad Shirvani, President and CEO of Doubleview Gold Corp., commented: “These results demonstrate that the Hat Project continues to grow beyond the mineralized footprint used in our recently completed Mineral Resource Estimate and Preliminary Economic Assessment. The discovery of the Far East Zone approximately 150 metres beyond the current mineralization envelope, together with multiple broad mineralized intervals and significant gold enrichment, reinforces our belief that Hat remains substantially underexplored. Importantly, none of these holes were included in the February 2026 Mineral Resource Estimate or March 2026 PEA. We believe these results further highlight the scale potential of the Hat Project and provide compelling targets for future resource growth and engineering studies.”

Highlights

  • Far East Zone step-out: H106-H108 identify assay-supported mineralization approximately 150m east of the existing mineralization envelope. Follow-up drilling is required to determine geometry, continuity and extent.
  • Two eastern data areas: the H102-H105 and H106-H108 platforms are approximately 233m apart. Figures 1 to 4 illustrate the separation between the East Zone and the Far East Zone.
  • Gold-enriched intervals: H106-H108 show a higher gold contribution in several intervals, including 8.0m grading 4.04 g/t Au in H106 and 112.0m grading 0.40 g/t Au in H108.
  • Resource confidence work: H102-H105 provide added drill density and continuity information for future geological modelling. The assays support future assessment of mineral resource classification. They do not, by themselves, establish a change in Measured, Indicated or Inferred mineral resource quantities or classifications.
  • CuEq values exclude scandium oxide: reported Sc2O3 grades remain outside the CuEq calculation and are shown separately in Table 1.

Notes:

1 – Copper Equivalent (CuEq) currently does not include Scandium

2 - The intervals presented in this table are not true widths.  The true width of mineralized sections has not been determined.

3 – Metal equivalents should not be relied upon for future evaluations.  Drill hole intercepts included in this news release are core lengths that may or may not represent true widths of mineralization. It is not possible to determine true widths.

4 – Parameters used to calculate Copper Equivalent: Au price (US$/oz): 2365.09; Ag price (US$/oz): 27.43; Cu price (US$/lb): 4.17; Co price (US$/lb): 14.76. Au recovery: 89.0%; Ag recovery: 68.0%; Cu recovery: 84.0%; Co recovery: 78.0%. * Copper Equivalent Calculation CuEq in % = ([Ag grade in ppm] *27.43*0.68/31.1035 + [Au grade in ppm] *2365.09*.89/31.1035 + 0.0001* [Co grade in ppm] *14.76*0.78*22.0462 + 0.0001* [Cu grade in ppm] *4.17*0.84*22.0462)/(4.17*22.0462*0.84).

Details of the algorithm used to estimate %CuEq are presented in the notes above. The metal values used in our current algorithm are average trailing three years commodity prices, and do not reflect recent dramatic increases in prices of mineral commodities. Scandium, a high value strategic alloy metal (customarily quoted as Sc2O3 ) that is present in small but highly important amounts in Hat mineralization.

Core samples are delivered securely to a fully accredited commercial laboratory and processed by industry-standard methods.  Assays are received at irregular intervals, verified by reference to notes provided by our field crew, added to our database, and disseminated publicly by News Release.

Geological Interpretation

Results from H102-H105 provide additional information on continuity within and below the eastern side of the PEA pit shell. Figure 2 shows reported intervals extending more than 150m below the shell in this section. The new data increase drill coverage in areas relevant to future resource modelling and future assessment of mineral resource classification.

Results from H106-H108 identify the Far East Zone approximately 150m east of the existing mineralization envelope. The H106-H108 platform lies approximately 233m from the H102-H105 platform. Figure 3 illustrates the vertical extent of reported mineralization in the Far East Zone section. Additional drilling is required to determine the zone geometry, continuity and relationship to the broader Hat system.

H106-H108 are also notable for gold-enriched intervals. H106 returned 48.0m grading 0.98 g/t Au, including 16.6m grading 2.05 g/t Au and 8.0m grading 4.04 g/t Au. H108 returned 112.0m grading 0.40 g/t Au. These results provide geological vectors for follow-up work. The significance of the metal distribution will be assessed through further drilling and modelling.

Quality Assurance and Quality Control:

Hat Project drill cores are processed at Doubleview’s field camp where they are photographed, measured and logged by our technical staff and then divided using a diamond bladed saw. One half is placed in a stout bag to form the assay sample that is forwarded securely to the independent analytical lab.  The remaining half core is stored on site where it is available for further examination and sampling. The assay cores are subject to a Chain of Custody routine as they are shipped from camp to a bonded carrier for delivery to the lab.

All core samples are prepared and analyzed at AGAT Laboratories in Calgary, an independent ISO 17025 and ISO 9001 certified facility. Samples are dried, crushed to 70% passing 2 mm, split to obtain a 250 g representative portion, and pulverized to 85% passing 75 µm. Gold, platinum, and palladium are assayed by 30–50 g fire assay with ICP-OES finish. Multi-element analyses (up to 48 elements) are performed by four-acid digestion with ICP-OES/MS, with ore-grade assays applied where required. Selected samples are further analyzed for whole-rock oxides using lithium borate fusion with ICP-OES, and Loss on Ignition is determined separately. Routine quality assurance protocols include insertion of blanks, duplicates, and certified reference materials, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.

Engaging Canaccord Genuity to lead a formal strategic review process allows the Board to thoroughly and independently evaluate all available options to unlock the full value of the Hat Polymetallic Project in British Columbia's Golden Triangle for the benefit of our shareholders and stakeholders. We believe the current strong commodities environment and the global focus on critical minerals supply security make this an opportune moment to pursue this process."

The Company cautions that the Hat Project Preliminary Economic Assessment is preliminary in nature and includes inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves. There is no certainty that the results of the Preliminary Economic Assessment will be realized.

Doubleview Commences Advanced 2026 Exploration and Technical Program at the Hat Polymetallic Project https://www.doubleview.ca/doubleview-commences-advanced-2026-exploration-and-technical-program-at-the-hat-polymetallic-project/ Wed, 20 May 2026 09:20:00 +0000 https://salmon-boar-778142.hostingersite.com/?p=10858

Doubleview Gold Corp. (TSX.V: DBG / OTC: DBLVF / GERMANY: A1W038) (the “Company or “Doubleview) is pleased to announce the start of its most advanced exploration, environmental, metallurgical, and technical work program to date at its Hat polymetallic deposit, located in northwestern British Columbia.

The 2026 field season has started a coordinated program designed to support ongoing technical studies, advance project understanding, and provide additional geological, metallurgical, environmental, and engineering data for future study stages, including potential Pre-Feasibility Study and Feasibility Study work.

The initial phase of the program includes preparation and shipment of approximately 14 tonnes of mineralized sample material for metallurgical test work. Details of the metallurgical program, including sample selection, test objectives, laboratory work, and expected scope of study, will be announced in a future news release.  The work may require several months to complete.

Doubleview has also started the installation of weather monitoring stations to support environmental baseline and hydrological studies. These stations will collect site-specific data to assist with water balance work, climate records, hydrological interpretation, and future project planning.

The Company, as part of its collection of high quality data for engineering, infrastructure planning, environmental assessment and other technical studies, will prepare detailed topographical surface maps of the Hat Property and nearby areas for use in engineering, infrastructure planning, environmental assessment, and future technical studies, including possible Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility level work.

Drilling Program

Doubleview expects to begin drilling immediately as part of the 2026 exploration program. The planned drilling has several objectives:

  • Infill drilling within selected areas of the deposit to improve block model confidence.
  • Additional drilling in areas where the geologic model is weak.
  • Step-out and perimeter drilling in areas where possible extensions of the deposit are highlighted by geology, geophysics, previous drilling, and current interpretation.
  • Collection of additional technical data to support resource modelling, metallurgical interpretation, and future engineering studies.

The drilling program will almost certainly provide critical data that will allow promotion of certain mineral resources from lower confidence categories to higher confidence categories such as, for instance, upgrades of Inferred mineral resources to Indicated mineral resources, and possibly, even boost the Measured mineral resources.

The step-out and perimeter drilling will test areas adjacent to the known deposit where the geological model indicates expansion potential and yield data vital to mine planning

Doubleview is well funded to carry out the planned 2026 program. The Company currently has more than C$13 million in cash and no debt, giving it the financial strength to proceed with the above-outlined program of metallurgy, drilling, environmental and hydrological studies, detailed topographical mapping, and engineering support work.

Farshad Shirvani, President and CEO of Doubleview, stated:

“The Hat Project has reached an important technical stage. This season is not only about drilling more metres. It is about collecting essential data for metallurgical, environmental, engineering, topographic, hydrologic, and mineral resource confirmation. The 14 tonne metallurgical sample, the weather stations, the detailed topographic work, and the planned drilling program are all part of a broadened technical approach to move the Hat Project forward in a disciplined and responsible manner.”

Mr. Shirvani continued:

“The Hat deposit is a large polymetallic system with robust proven potential for copper, gold, cobalt, scandium and other critical and precious metals.  Our work in the 2026 season will improve the quality of our extensive database and support the next stages of technical studies.  We intend to continue advancing the project with quality technical work and responsible exploration practices.”

Technical and Study Objectives

The 2026 program is expected to contribute to several key technical areas, including:

  • Mineral resource confidence and possible category conversion.
  • Deposit expansion as supported by the geological model.
  • Metallurgical test work on a large sample.
  • Environmental and hydrological baseline data collection.
  • Detailed topographical mapping.
  • Engineering and infrastructure planning.
  • Future Pre-Feasibility and Feasibility level work.

The Company cautions investors that a decision to proceed to a Pre-Feasibility Study or Feasibility Study will require appropriate technical, economic, environmental, and corporate review.

Announces Filing of Preliminary Economic Assessment Technical Report for the Hat Project https://www.doubleview.ca/doubleview-gold-corp-announces-filing-of-preliminary-economic-assessment-technical-report-for-the-hat-project-2/ Tue, 14 Apr 2026 14:58:13 +0000 https://salmon-boar-778142.hostingersite.com/?p=10800

Doubleview Gold Corp. (TSXV: DBG) (OTCQB: DBLVF) (FSE: 1D4) (“Doubleview” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that it has filed the independent National Instrument 43-101 Technical Report entitled “Preliminary Economic Assessment of the Hat Polymetallic Project, British Columbia, Canada” (the “Technical Report”) on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca and it can also be viewed on the Company’s website at www.doubleview.ca. The Technical Report supports the positive Preliminary Economic Assessment (“PEA”) results for the Company’s 100%-owned Hat polymetallic porphyry project (“Hat” or the “Project”), located in northwestern British Columbia, as announced on March 2, 2026 and clarified on March 23, 2026.

The PEA demonstrates robust project economics for the Hat Project, including:

NPV:

  • After-tax NPV(5%) of C$6.73 billion and IRR of 23% at Consensus Metal Prices
  • After-tax NPV(5%) of C$13.53 billion and IRR of 39% at Spot Metal Prices

NPV Including scandium and the associated processing circuit:

  • After-tax NPV(5%) of C$7.27 billion and IRR of 19% at Consensus Metal Prices
  • After-tax NPV(5%) of C$14.85 billion and IRR of 32% at Spot Metal Prices

Three processing scenarios were evaluated-Scenario A1 (A1) a Cu-Au-Ag-Co flotation base case using current testwork recoveries1, Scenario A2 (A2), the same base case using expected recoveries1, and Scenario B (B), a Cu-Au-Ag-Co flowsheet with an added hydrometallurgical circuit and scandium recovery circuit, with results indicating the Project is financially attractive even without the scandium component.

Highlights:

  • Robust Project Economics: The PEA demonstrates a high-margin operation with an After-Tax NPV(5%) of C$4.96 billion (A1), C$6.73 billion (A2), or C$7.27 billion (B), and an IRR of 19% (A1), 23% (A2), or 19% (B) at analyst consensus metal prices2. Using a spot-price scenario3, the Project delivers a compelling after-tax NPV(5%) of C$11.05 billion (A1), C13.53 billion (A2), or C$14.85 billion (B) and an IRR of 34% (A1), 39% (A2), or 32% (B).
  • Sensitivity Highlight: Project economics show the greatest leverage to overall metal prices, with NPV (5%) ranging from C$3.2 billion to C$10.2 billion (IRR: 14%-32%) at ±20% on all metals; even under additional +20% CAPEX and +20% OPEX sensitivities, applied on top of a 25% contingency already embedded in the base case, all scenarios deliver IRRs of 16% or better, and Scenario B provides additional scandium oxide upside with NPV(5%) of C$6.5 billion-C$8.1 billion (IRR: 18%-20%) at ±40% metal price.
  • Scale and Longevity: The mine plan supports a multi-decade life of 25 years at a 120,000 tonnes-per-day processing rate, underpinned by a resource base of 609 Mt at 0.43% CuEq4 in the Measured and Indicated categories and 503 Mt at 0.41% CuEq4 in the Inferred category.
  • High-Output Production Profile B: Envisioned as a conventional large-scale open-pit operation, the Project is expected to produce an average of over 74 kt of copper, 254 koz of gold, 376 koz of silver and 2.7 kt of cobalt annually during the first 10 years, with life-of-mine (LOM) average production of 67.6 kt Cu, 217 koz Au, 348 koz Ag, 2.5 kt Co, and 128 tonnes of scandium oxide per year. (NOTE: based on publicly reported 2024 North American cobalt mine production of approximately 3,800-4,000 tonnes (Natural Resources Canada; U.S. Geological Survey), the projected cobalt output is estimated to represent approximately 69% of current regional mined supply).
  • Strategic Importance for Critical Minerals: The Project is positioned as a primary North American source of copper, scandium, and cobalt. With approximately 2.42 billion pounds of copper, 80 million pounds of cobalt and 2,415 tonnes of scandium oxide contained5 in the Measured and Indicated categories, the Project represents an important discovery of critical minerals.
  • Stable, Supportive Jurisdiction: Located in a premier mining district in British Columbia, the Project benefits from a stable regulatory environment. The Company is committed to engaging with local First Nations in a respectful manner and to working toward positive and constructive relationships as the Project advances.
  • Catalyst for Development: The PEA serves as the technical foundation for an immediate transition into a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS), providing a clear roadmap for early works and permitting activities in 2026 and 2027.

Farshad Shirvani, President and CEO of Doubleview Gold Corp., commented: “The filing of the full PEA Technical Report solidifies the robust economics outlined in March. With an after-tax NPV(5%) reaching up to C$7.27 billion at consensus prices and up to C$14.85 billion at spot prices, we believe the Hat Project is emerging as a Tier 1 asset. It is a large-scale, long-life polymetallic opportunity in a premier jurisdiction with strong exposure to critical metals including copper, scandium and cobalt. We look forward to advancing this strategic asset toward pre-feasibility while continuing to unlock value from its copper, gold, scandium and cobalt potential.”

The Company cautions that the PEA is preliminary in nature and includes inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves. There is no certainty that the PEA will be realized. Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability.
