Backups allow you to recover your computer system should a disaster occur, such as losing data, accidentally deleting critical files or folders, or suffering a complete hard disk crash.

Your data will be protected even if your computer is lost, stolen, or destroyed, and your data can be entirely recovered onto a new device, if needed.

Acronis True Image 2018 Key Features:
Disk backup to a local storage and to Acronis Cloud
File backup to a local storage and to Acronis Cloud
Rescue bootable media
Hard disk cloning
Data archivhing
Family data protection
File synchronization
Security and privacy tools
Full Disk-Image Backup. Back up your entire computer including your operating system, applications and data, not just files and folders to an external hard drive or NAS.
Universal Restore. Restore backed up data including your operating system, application and all your data to your existing computer or an entirely separate piece of hardware, or restore specific data as needed.

What's new in Acronis True Image 2018:
New! Backup Statistics and Activity graphically represents content of a backup, provides statistics for backed-up file categories, such as documents, photos, videos, music, and others. Backup activity streams allow you to track history of backup operations starting from a backup creation, the operation statuses, and to analyze the statistics for successfully backed-up data.
Improved Media Builder to create WinPE media by using Windows Recovery Environment without downloading the additional component - Windows ADK or Windows AIK (up to 6 GB). You can customize your media in Advanced mode, or use the predetermined settings of Simple mode.
New! Active Protection Dashboard monitors how many potentially risky processes have been flagged, and the number of files duplicated in cache to protect them from the risky processes. The dashboard provides statistics for blocked, trusted processes and allows you to manage a permission list so your trusted applications could run as normal.
Improved Active Protection compatibility with Windows Defender and other third-party antivirus software.
Improved Clone disk utility - You can clone disk on an active Windows system without having to use bootable media. By using the volume shadow copy service (VSS), Acronis True Image allows you to create a snapshot of the active partition and boot from the new disk.
New! Conversion to Virtual Machine - Convert Acronis backup files to the Microsoft Virtual Hard Drive format to ensure the system will boot starting a virtual machine with Hyper-V. You can also mount a .vhd(x) file as a virtual hard drive.
New! Faster file and system recovery with the enabled WAN optimization option that increases download speed from Acronis Cloud data centers.
New! Faster Incremental Backup for disk and partition backups with Acronis Changed Block Tracker (CBT). The Volume Tracker reduces the amount of time taken to perform incremental or differential images by monitoring the changes to an image in real-time mode.
New! Laptop power setting allows you to pause backup while working on battery to save the battery power. The paused backups will continue automatically after connecting power adapter.
Usability and other improvements:
Mobile devices are available in the backup source list.
Access to backup shortcut menu with right-click.
Progress bar was updated with application window blurring.
Fixed issue with the search dialog that did not provide functionality of recovering several files from different backup versions.
Fixed issue with possibility to move a backup from a password-protected network to a local drive or to another share.

Supported Windows OS: Windows 7 SP1, 8, 8.1, 10 (32-bit, 64-bit).

Sympathy For The Retarded Coat Hangers Of The Fashion Industry      Cache   Translate Page
The Devil Wears Prada
2006, USA
David Frankel
DVD

I think I'm done with the fashion industry. I know that may not come as a surprise to anyone who has ever seen me in person, with my stylish look mixing James Dean, homeless couture, and Evil Ernie, but what I'm trying to say is that I’m more than just rejecting baroque and meaningless excess of the fashion industry. No, I've been done with that for years. What I meant is that I'm done making fun of it, because that just brings every useless coke-sniffing twat involved in the industry more attention. Fashion isn't important. We all know it isn't important. It's a bunch of flamboyant poofs with no marketable skills crudely stitching garish fabrics together to drape over skeletal drug addicts with the same level of self-importance a scientist would have cloning Jesus. Then, fashion writers seeking to justify their paychecks arbitrarily pick which laughable vinyl atrocity is the trendsetter of the season, and which is a wearable version of an inflatable pool. The models, of course, are paid to walk a straight line and try not to get too pregnant. They are all, obviously, various incarnations of The Great Satan Paris Hilton, talentless and unbearably rich, hellish spawn that number legion, and in The Devil Wears Prada , Meryl Streep fulfills this role to a T, or more accurately, to an inverted cross.

Meryl Streep .

Anne Hathaway plays every girl in every teen movie where a studious young lady in frumpy clothes falls in with the hip crowd and takes off her glasses. Except in this movie she's a college graduate working at Vogue, or a reasonable facsimile thereof. Meryl Streep is Lucifer, offering fame, fortune, and purses in exchange for learning how to stare down your coke nose at the girl working the counter at Starbucks. But I'm getting ahead of myself, already abandoning my vow to ignore the fashion industry. Instead, let's just focus on Streep's Oscar nominated performance as the Devil. Her muted, soft-spoken but ludicrously unreasonable demands toe the line between pure evil and paste-eating psychosis. And her smooth, seemingly paralyzed features present an agelessness that speaks less to botox than it does to a portrait hanging in her mansion which ages instead of her. Her black wings are leathery yet supple, and her enormous curled horns have been delicately arranged to be elegant with just the slightest touch of spontaneity. Her performance dwarfs those of her co-stars, partially because of its subtlety and reserve, but mainly because at 12 feet of winged glory, she literally towers over the other actors. Her forked tongue slithers and darts about like an eyeless black snake, and her eyes brim with sulfurous fire, pits of glowing darkness that reflect the majesty of infernal power. The heat from her internalized flame sublimates the cracked and blackened hide that covers her ebony bones, reducing it to clouds of black smoke that almost instantly coalesce back into thick skin covered in razor sharp bristles. While this description of Streep's character may have lost its grip on verisimilitude a while back, it's as distracting as her performance was, standing out from the mediocrity of the film like Mozart at the keyboards of a Yes concert. But most importantly, it keeps me from making jokes about the fashion industry.

Schematic symbol problem when cloning with GIT      Cache   Translate Page

@Pedro147 wrote:

I am trying to open this project on Github (https://github.com/fishpepper/tinyFINITY) to view with Kicad. Please excuse my Kicad knowledge as it is very minimal. So using GIT in Windows 10 with kicad-5.0.2_1-x86_64 I used these commands.

  • git clone (link to Github repo)
  • cd “C:\Users\Peter Newman\Desktop\tinyFINITY\tinyFINITY”
  • git submodule init
  • git submodule update

I also tried

  • git clone --recurse-submodules

which seemed to make no difference but as I say I am totally out of my depth with Kicad.
The board file appears OK as does the schematic aside from the fact that it says something about it using the lookup method for libraries. Sch seems good aside from the processor symbol being too big. Sorry I cannot even name the part properly. See here please as I cannot upload yet (newby alert) https://imgur.com/a/T7j0eaE

The same thing happened on another of fishpepper’s project (not Simon’s fault) and it was also what I think is an STM processor and another IC or two.

Thanks for any help or suggestions.

What does the cabal stand to lose by triggering earthquakes on the west coast?

Thousands of dead children kept in dog kennels in cities under the mansions people admire so much. These children are sold for sex until they get too old then they are used for snuff films, satanic rituals, cannibalized, and harvested for adrenochrome. Billion dollar business.

Cloning factories.

Billion dollar illegal drug manufacturing.

Human trafficking warehouses.

Things are manufactured in these cities, sold and transported by FedEx spaceships to ports all over the universe.

The cabal stand to lose billions every year if all these revenue generating ventures are destroyed. If these earthquakes do happen it won't be by the cabal.

Gaia is ready to relieve herself and us of unspeakable evil and the west coast is home to the most unspeakable evil that exists in maybe the universe. All this activity is huge. Destroying and collapsing these underground cities would destroy the above ground cities as well anyway.

The Galactics are okay with this evil being destroyed. If you are not part of it, GET OUT.

A rice gene, OsPL, encoding a MYB family transcription factor confers anthocyanin synthesis, heat stress response and hormonal signaling.

Gene. 2019 Mar 08;:

Authors: Akhter D, Qin R, Nath UK, Eshag J, Jin X, Shi C

Abstract
Plants with purple leave attain interest because of their biological importance. A new rice mutant, purple leaf (pl) was isolated from an indicia cultivar Zhenong 34, which was induced by ethyl methane sulfonate (EMS) mutagenesis. The genetic analyses substantiated that pl was corroborated by one recessive allele and confirmed by map based cloning using Insertion-Deletion (InDel) markers located on the long arm of chromosome 5. DNAseq data of the candidate part showed one bp insertion ('C' insertion) at +901 bp position in the 3rd exon of OsPL gene. The pl was characterized as purple leaves, sheaths and leaf senescence phenotype at late grain filling stage of growth cycle. It possessed abnormal cell with distorted chloroplasts, less chlorophyll, and increased anthocyanin content in leaves. The anthocyanin biosynthesis genes, OsPAL, OsCHS, OsANS, and OsMYB55 showed up-regulation in pl plants compared to wild type (WT). High super oxide dismutase enzyme (SOD), catalase enzyme activity (CAT), total soluble sugar (TSS) and malondialdehyde activity (MDA) were detected in the pl; contrastingly, photosynthesis linked genes were down-regulated. The germinated pl seeds showed comparatively higher temperature stress tolerance than WT. The phytohormones abscicic acid (ABA), jasmonic acid (JA) and indole acetic acid (IAA) content were increased significantly in the pl plants. This research work will be provided information on better understanding of the molecular mechanism toward the anthocyanin biosynthetic pathway in rice. Therefore, OsPL gene could be a good genetic tool in marker aided backcrossing or gene editing for improving the rice cultivation in future.

"I don't want to be Henrietta Lacks": diverse patient perspectives on donating biospecimens for precision medicine research.

Genet Med. 2019 01;21(1):107-113

Authors: Lee SS, Cho MK, Kraft SA, Varsava N, Gillespie K, Ormond KE, Wilfond BS, Magnus D

Abstract
PURPOSE: To determine whether patients distinguish between biospecimens and electronic health records (EHRs) when considering research participation to inform research protections.
METHODS: We conducted 20 focus groups with individuals who identified as African American, Hispanic, Chinese, South Asian, and non-Hispanic white on the collection of biospecimens and EHR data for research.
RESULTS: Our study found that many participants did not distinguish between biospecimens and EHR data. However, some participants identified specific concerns about biospecimens. These included the need for special care and respect for biospecimens due to enduring connections between the body and identity; the potential for unacceptable future research, specifically the prospect of human cloning; heightened privacy risks; and the potential for unjust corporate profiteering. Among those who distinguished biospecimens from EHR data, many supported separate consent processes and would limit their own participation to EHR data.
CONCLUSION: Considering that the potential misuse of EHR data is as great as, if not greater than, for biospecimens, more research is needed to understand how attitudes differ between biospecimens and EHR data across diverse populations. Such research should explore mechanisms beyond consent that can address diverse values, perspectives, and misconceptions about sources of patient information to build trust in research relationships.

image

3.可能要準備作業系統相同版本的的Sysprep
….微軟下載區

4. VMWare vCenter Converter Standalone 安裝過程中可能出現錯誤,請注意目的位置權限,重新取得權限,再試一次

5. 轉入到ESXi主機時,VM機器硬碟不可選擇IDE,否則雖然轉換成功,卻無法開機
image

6. 轉換完成、啟動VM機器前,『務必』先準備好OS安裝光碟或是ISO,它需要重新偵測、安裝許多原始驅動程式,最後才安裝VMTools、進一步調整。

以上都注意到,轉換就沒有問題。

# Position Information ## Overview Applications are invited from motivated scholars to join the laboratory of Dr. Pingyue Pan in the Department of Neuroscience and Cell Biology in Rutgers University-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. The primary research interest in the lab is to understand dopaminergic nerve terminal function and its dysregulation in disease conditions. Dopaminergic signaling regulates a multitude of human behaviors, including body movements, reward and addiction. Loss of dopamine neurons in the Substantia Nigra leads to a debilitating neurodegenerative disorder – Parkinson’s disease (PD). Evidence suggests that synaptic impairments may be an early sign of neurodegeneration. Our goal is to understand how synaptic PD-risk variants, such as SYNJ1, dysregulate lipid homeostasis and synaptic function and ultimately give rise to specific vulnerability in the dopaminergic pathway. We use primary neuron cultures from genetic mouse models combined with quantitative imaging, biochemical and systems analyses to understand cell type specific regulation and vulnerability in PD pathogenesis. ## Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University, of New Jersey is seeking a Post Doctoral Fellow for the Neuroscience and Cell Biology department at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
