Fue un 22 de diciembre de 1974, por la 7ª fecha de la fase final de un campeonato Nacional que tuvo al equipo que por entonces dirigía el Flaco Domínguez como protagonista. Boca ya estaba resignado: había perdido los primeros cuatro partidos de la fase definitiva, luego de haber sido el mejor ubicado de la Zona A. Y Talleres lo esperaba para cerrar el torneo en el estadio de Belgrano...

O cabo da Polícia Militar do Piauí, Samuel Borges, morto por um policial militar lotado no Batalhão de Timon – Maranhão, no último dia 1º, utilizou o celular para filmar o próprio assassinato. Segundo informações do coordenador do Departamento de Homicídios e Proteção à Pessoa (DHPP), Francisco Costa Baretta, a vítima filmou toda a ação que resultou na sua morte, desde a abordagem ao suspeito.

O homicídio, segundo a Polícia Civil, teria sido motivado por uma abordagem do cabo da PM-PI ao soldado Francisco Ribeiro dos Santos Filho. A vítima vinha com o filho em uma motocicleta na Avenida Presidente Kennedy quando teria avistado o suspeito em uma motocicleta sem placa e portando uma arma de fogo quando iniciou a abordagem.

Imagens gravadas por câmeras de segurança e pelo próprio celular da vítima fazem parte do inquérito da Polícia Civil e mostram todo o trajeto percorrido pela vítima e pelo suspeito do homicídio. Ao todo, seis pessoas já foram ouvidas pela Polícia, incluindo uma policial militar que presenciou a primeira abordagem.

“O cabo verificou que ele vinha em uma moto grande, sem placa e com um volume nas costas que ele imaginou que fosse uma arma, e realmente era, não só uma arma, mas duas. Em outro semáforo ele parou, o cabo tentou novamente fazer a abordagem, mas o próprio autor disse que não tinha satisfação para dar e arrancou com a moto”, relata o delegado.

Logo após as duas abordagens, o cabo Samuel Borges iniciou a perseguição ao suspeito.  Francisco Ribeiro dos Santos Filho teria então parado a moto nas proximidades da Avenida Jóquei Clube e confrontado a vítima.

“O cabo perguntou se ele era policial e pediu que ele se identificasse, quando começou um bate boca. Nesse momento, quando o autor puxou a arma, três seguranças de uma escola particular nas proximidades do ocorrido, que são policiais aposentados, interviram com as armas em punho pensando que era um assalto. Os dois se identificaram como policiais e saíram”, conta o delegado Baretta.

De acordo com o coordenador do DHPP, quando ia se retirar do local, o cabo Samuel Borges teria avistado que o soldado possuía outra arma irregular, um revólver calibre 38. “Ele perguntou que arma era essa e disse que a arma era irregular, falou que iria levar o soldado para a Corregedoria e deu voz de prisão para ele. Nessa altura o autor do crime diz que se ele continuasse filmando, iria mata-lo”, diz.

Nesse momento, os dois reiniciam a discussão e o soldado teria efetuado o primeiro tiro contra a vítima, atingindo-o na altura da cintura. Em seguida, o cabo derruba o celular no chão e o suspeito efetua mais dois disparos, um na altura da barriga e outro no pescoço. “O cabo estava armado, mas em nenhum momento sacou a arma. Ele jamais imaginou que um colega de farda ia usar a arma contra outro colega. A ação do soldado contra o cabo foi desproporcional, ele atirou para matar”, destaca o delegado.

O suspeito foi ouvido pela equipe do DHPP no Presídio de Campo Maior, onde está preso preventivamente, e afirma ter atirado em legítima defesa. Segundo o delegado Baretta, o soldado diz que atirou apenas porque a vítima teria feito menção de sacar a arma. “Mas a prova testemunhal e os vídeos mostram o contrário”, conclui o delegado. Francisco Ribeiro dos Santos Filho será indiciado pelo crime de homicídio qualificado.

Ninho do Urubu, Rio, Brumadinho: o jeitinho brasileiro e suas tragédias
No país das gambiarras e da falta de planejamento, a obediência às normas parece algo cada vez mais utópico — mas só isso pode nos salvar de nós mesmos
O mundo do futebol amanheceu esta sexta-feira, 8, com uma notícia desoladora: dez garotos das categorias de base haviam morrido em um incêndio durante a madrugada nas instalações do Ninho do Urubu, como é conhecido o centro de treinamento do clube na Vargem Grande, zona oeste carioca.

Em menos de dois dias, duas tragédias no Rio. Na noite de quarta-feira, uma tempestade — que mostrou bem como podem ser de agora em diante os eventos extremos do clima – deixou pelo menos meia dúzia de mortos em deslizamentos, soterramentos e quedas de estruturas na capital carioca.

Em menos de duas semanas, três tragédias no Brasil. Desde o meio-dia de 25 de janeiro, Brumadinho está na lama e assim estará ainda por muito tempo, com muitos de suas três centenas de mortos tendo os rejeitos de mineração que os mataram como seu túmulo definitivo. Essa terceira seria muito menos tragédia e muito mais um grave crime por negligência, como aos poucos tem sido revelado por documentos e depoimentos que vão surgindo.

A cada tragédia, há uma invariável, obrigatória e natural caça aos culpados. Como foi isso? Quem deixou acontecer? Onde estão os responsáveis? Ninguém poderia ter evitado?

A resposta dolorosa: do naufrágio do Titanic ao fogo do Ninho do Urubu, passando pelas mortes por desnutrição na África e o acidente com o césio 137, a maioria das tragédias poderia não ter ocorrido. Terremotos, explosões vulcânicas e tsunamis são exceções, que comprovam a força da natureza e a fragilidade do homem.

Se há a concordância de que poderiam ser evitadas em grande parte, de alguma forma, há sempre algum grau de negligência, maior ou menor, que as favoreça. E aqui se chega ao ponto-chave deste texto: três tragédias de tamanha proporção e visibilidade num prazo de 14 dias, no mesmo país, não podem ser só fruto da árvore do acaso.

Essas tragédias vêm de outra cultura, secularmente cultivada aqui por estas paragens: pesa sobre cada dano, cada morte, o gérmen do jeitinho brasileiro.

A capacidade de um povo aceitar tão passivamente as improvisações e o desrespeito a leis, contratos e normas só pode ser entendida a partir do momento em que se crê, também, que essa burla do sistema às vezes é causa de redenção. Deve vir daí a crença no poder mágico dos mitos, sejam eles da política ou do esporte. Seres extraordinários que driblariam o destino para inventar um caminho e superar as barreiras. Afinal, se Garrincha deu certo, por que também não seria um dia grande esse Brasil, ainda que torto?

De negligências e gambiarras

O Brasil poderia se reinventar após a lama de 2015 matar o Rio Doce e com ele tanta gente, tanta vida, tanta história. Mariana falou, Mariana avisou: eram mais de 600 barragens de rejeitos de mineração e apenas 12 pessoas para fiscalizá-las. A comoção foi embora e levou com ela a vontade política de enfrentar os interesses e mudar o quadro.

Por seu histórico de construção e pela obsolescência diante das novas tecnologias, muitas barragens corriam o risco de repetir Mariana. Até que aconteceu. Como chamar isso de tragédia, remetendo o ocorrido a algo como se fosse uma fatalidade? Não há fatalidade alguma em Brumadinho, pelo contrário: houve uma “””tragédia””” (assim com múltiplas aspas) mais que anunciada.

Mais do que isso, quando se descobre que o sistema de alerta de emergência não pôde ser acionado, o nível chega a outro grau: negligência elevada ao quadrado. Uma empresa que vale bilhões não consegue fazer funcionar uma sirene? Que dividendo merece o acionista de uma mineradora que falha nisso?

De Mariana a Brumadinho, as investigações, CPIs, inquéritos e sentenças, bem como tudo o mais que foi ou poderia ter sido feito, foi sendo levado com a tradicional barriga brasileira. Multas estipuladas e nunca pagas; acusados que nunca foram presos; indenizações que foram levadas nas coxas. E o que dizer dos projetos para recuperação do ecossistema do Rio Doce? A quantas anda tudo isso? Respostas seguem a sina da protelação.

O justo título de Cidade Maravilhosa dado ao Rio de Janeiro pelo magnífico conjunto de belezas naturais se opõe diametralmente à incapacidade humana e política de fazer funcionar seu complexo metropolitano. Se uma chuva de verão instala o caos, o que ocorreria se houvesse uma tempestade de maiores dimensões? Aconteceu, e o Rio virou uma Veneza caótica.

Foi como gambiarra que também ali no Rio, no Ninho do Urubu, transformaram contêineres em alojamento para atletas e os colocaram onde estava previsto apenas um estacionamento. Não havia permissão da prefeitura para aquela instalação. Mas o que poderia acontecer de mais? O que poderia aconteceu.

Um porém, aqui: crucificar a diretoria do Flamengo pelo ocorrido é lícito apenas se aceitar que, mesmo se fosse você a estar na cadeira de presidente do clube, dificilmente o fato deixaria de ocorrer. Afinal, no imaginário coletivo nacional, alvarás e licenças (ambientais, sanitárias, imobiliárias, de funcionamento etc.) são apenas maquinário da indústria da multa, não?

É preciso dizer algo que incrivelmente, por nosso histórico, parece não ser aplicável na prática. É preciso, para que este País um dia dê certo, ser radical na obediência de uma regra de ouro elementar: fazer a coisa certa. Laudos precisam ser respeitados; encostas devem ser evacuadas; licenças precisam ser obtidas.

Tudo isso faz parte de um conjunto de códigos escritos, sobre o qual em outros países não pesa uma névoa utópica. Esse conjunto de códigos chama-se lei. Do dono de carvoaria nos confins do Tocantins ao presidente do STF, todos precisam se submeter a essa palavrinha de três letras para que um dia sejamos felizes.

Garrincha foi craque não porque tinha as pernas tortas. Garrincha foi o craque que foi apesar das pernas tortas. Não é fazendo o torto que se chega ao certo. Não, não é.

Even if all the countries of Europe introduce their own currency again, the corrupt EU will be over.

If everyone receives a basic income in their own country of birth from themselves or their parents' country of birth, the deliberate cultural mixing will decrease and the Kalergi plan will stop to secure peace.

Those who do not want to leave may be motivated by withholding and basic income to go back if they cannot adapt to the culture and customs of their host country.

In order to bring the amount of money into society in a responsible way, it is not the intention that everyone will get millions into their bank account.

There are some key points: – Lin felt there was just 10% chance he would be traded on 2/7 based on what his representation had told him – When asked about buyout conversation, Lin said he’ll let his agent handle the potential buyout conversations. “And in what could be a way to deflect giving a direct answer, he said he wasn’t aware of any talks between his agent and the organization in terms of a potential buyout” – “If Lin’s representation can find a team that is willing to play him more than the time he’s getting now from the Hawks, he’ll likely request a buyout. Lin has been adamant that coming off the bench isn’t his preferred role, and it never will be. That’s just his competitive nature” – “I’m going to try to do my best, though, with whatever assignment I have,” he said. “It doesn’t mean I don’t have aspirations to be a starter or to get heavy minutes or even to come off the bench and play more or be more involved. Those are all very real thoughts.” It is encouraging to see that while Lin made it clear that while he’s going to do his best in the limited role/minutes that the Hawks give him, he’s still very competitive and want to start or play off-the-bench with more involvement. He’s not happy with his current role but will be professional to do his best. His agent will seek the best playoff-bound teams who will give him that role. This public statement that he is open for a buyout will let the Hawks and other interested NBA teams know about his intention and let his agents work out potential buyout and new roles with playoff teams interested in his service in less than 3 weeks before the March 1 buyout deadline arrives. The article acknowledged his lack of playing time in the Hawks will hurt Lin after he becomes a free agent to get lucrative offers in his next contract. True to his reputation as a team-first NBA athlete, Lin will continue to be professional to make the most in the current role and enjoy playing with his teammates. But Lin will be a free agent at the end of the season, and his lack of playing time likely isn’t going to land him a lucrative offer when it comes time to sign his next contract. And when asked if he prefers to stay in Atlanta through these next few weeks before the March 1 deadline, Lin, unlike Dewayne Dedmon, who said he’ll be playing with the Hawks through the rest of the year, couldn’t answer directly. “It’s a tough question because you’re asking me a lot of unknowns,” Lin said. “If you’re telling me, ‘Do I prefer to be here or somewhere else?’ — first off, I don’t know where that somewhere else would be and what it would look like. I can tell you that I enjoy being here. I’m playing some solid basketball. This is a career low in minutes, but I think in the time that I have been playing, I’m trying to make the most of it. I’m going to continue to try to do my best, and as long as I’m here and as long as they want me here, then I’m going to give it my best. That’s what it means to be a pro.”
