Exoplanets Online (EO) is the answer to the question: What would you get if you made an economy based 4X game that just kept going and played like an MMO?
(4X = eXplore, eXpand, eXploit and eXterminate)

Explore a persistent Galaxy of 300 open PvP stars and over 1400 planets.
Expand your Corporation from a single empty planet into a galactic empire.
Exploit Planets and Asteroids for their resources and living space.
Exterminate your rivals and take their planets for yourself, or use diplomacy to grow without the need for violence.

EO is Online Only with Chat, Trade, and Alliances with other players.

It is a work in progress created and run by one person. Work began Jan 2018.

Plot -
In the year 3035, Earth is attacked by an extraterrestrial fleet that completely overwhelms Earth's planetary defenses. The player takes on the role of a corporation that escapes Earth with an FTL capable vessel and sets a course for a habitable Exoplanet.

More Info -
The ultimate PvE goal of EO is to build up an economy spanning dozens of Exoplanets and build a large enough fleet to retake Earth and the rest of our home system from the alien menace.

Fleet to Fleet combat supports up to 24 ships per battle in a mobile friendly 1v1 left vs right format.
Just about every planet starts out with pirates around it so you almost always have something to fight.

In the fleet battles, ships automatically fire at targets with most weapons. The player can bring up to 6 on-demand abilities such as Tactical Nukes or EMP to add a bit of strategy to the battles, which can either be against NPCs or Players.

Earth, Mars all the way up to Pluto along with one moon for each planet are included. Credit to NASA for the 4K planet imagery.

Be sure to start with the Tutorial Missions when you first get in-game, they should give you some idea where to start, and once you've done them all you should have at least one planet fully covered in buildings without ever waiting for credits or resources to be produced.

Price, Ads and Micro-transactions -
All content will be available to all users without paying a cent. Forever.
EO is free to play, ad free for all, and uses the least invasive micro-transaction system I can think of.
Micro-transactions can buy one thing: Time Crystals.
Time Crystals can be used to skip building and repair timers or re-rolling resources on a building slot. Time crystals can also be obtained as in-game loot, or from a rewarded video ad.
Build Timers are never crazy long forcing you to buy time crystals either, they are usually around 5 minutes, up to 1 hour for the ultimate ships.

Continued Development -
I will be working on polishing existing systems and fixing bugs all the way up to implementing new content and core features. Most of the profits generated from micro-transactions and the video ad revenue will go right back into further developing the game.
I come from a PC background, and I actually hate most phone games.
I have strived to not just create another copy-pasted 2D mobile game where you pay to win. I want near PC quality graphics, and I want true Sci-fi, I don't want to dumb things down to appeal to the masses. My goal isn't to make a Sci-fi "clash of" game, my goal is to make a mobile game with the intricacies of a PC game.
It'll probably take awhile to get EO to where I want it, but I see lots of potential in the project and plan on seeing it through.

Performance Note -
EO was created with graphics taking priority over older device support. It uses high poly ship models and 4k textures to be as beautiful as possible. With that being said there isn't a whole lot going on in space and the game is pretty well optimized so it should run at 30 FPS+ on most devices 5 years old or newer. If the game does lag, you can try turning off "Beautify" (Post-Processing) in the in-game settings. It just won't look nearly as beautiful...

Una nueva investigación realizada por un grupo internacional de científicos, señala que dos de los exoplanetas que orbitan a la estrella Kepler 107 podrían ser producto de un impacto como el que afectó a la Tierra para formar la Luna.

Para el desarrollo de la investigación, el equipo determinó las características de la estrella central Kepler 107, además de medir radio y la masa de los dos primeros planetas que giran alrededor de la anfitriona.

Los resultados arrojaron que aunque los dos exoplanetas más próximos tienen un radio similar, tienen diferentes masas, siendo el segundo tres veces más denso que el primero.

El Instituto de Astrofísica de Canarias (IAC) apunta que la densidad del planeta Kepler 107 es más del doble que la de la Tierra, lo cual sugiere que cuenta con un núcleo metálico.

Sin embargo, la teoría de la foto-evaporación predice que el planeta más denso en un sistema debe ser también el más cercano a su estrella.

Para explicar cómo es posible que, en este caso, el más cercano sea la mitad de denso que el segundo, se ha planteado la hipótesis de que el planeta Kepler 107 se haya formado como resultado de un gran impacto.

El choque habría arrancado las capas externas del planeta para aumentar la densidad del núcleo central. Después de las simulaciones, esta hipótesis, publicada en la revista Nature Astronomy, parece ser la más probable.

“En este trabajo, realizamos un análisis sísmico para caracterizar los parámetros de la estrella que alberga el planeta”, señaló Savita Mathur, una de las autoras del artículo.

La investigación permitirá a los astrónomos mejorar los estudios sobre la formación y evolución de los sistemas planetarios.
