FAILED AND EXPIRED NIGERIAN STATE ON THE HIGH SPEED TO RWANDA (Part 2)

By Obulose Chidiebere N.
For: Family Writers Press.

The first step in the preparation is to classify the potential victims as ‘them’ and the potential perpetrators as ‘we’. The set up is the classic ‘we’ versus ‘them’. The line could be drawn along ethnicity, religion, race, and even class. The ‘them’ are next given a symbol. They are discriminated against and then, dehumanized.

In effect, part of the preparation for genocide is to induce hate for the targeted group through vile simplification of complex human issues. For instance, if some members of a group are mafia leaders, the problem is law and order; and law enforcement will do well to treat people as individuals and hold them accountable for falling afoul of the law. It is not something that demands the generalization of the group in question. A good example is the mafia problem in America in the 50s, 60s and 70s. Though most mafia leaders were of Italian descent, America did not tag every Italian-American a mafia. In fact, one of the people that brought the mafia in New York City to its knees was an Italian-American prosecutor named Rudy Giuliani.
The final stage of genocide according to George H. Stanton is denial. He said that it is an indication that future genocides are going to happen.

Nigeria is well known in the area of conflicts and wars. It has a long history of killings and massacres that fit perfectly well into this genocidal model. And Nigeria has done everything to deny it which means future genocides are going to happen. Instead of acknowledging killings of the past, Nigeria blames the victims. And those who committed those atrocities rather than being arrested and protected, are rewarded with jobs and higher positions in government to continue perpetuating more evil in the nation.

According to the US’ report on human rights violations in Nigeria 2018 they said “Impunity remained widespread at all levels of government. The government did not adequately investigate or prosecute most of the major outstanding allegations of human rights violations by the security forces or the majority of cases of police or military extortion or other abuse of power.”

ALSO READ: FAILED AND EXPIRED NIGERIA ON THE HIGH SPEED TO RWANDA (Part 1)

In spite of all these, the impunity rolling over Buhari/APC government are like a snowball, violations of court orders, killings, raping women and girls, continuous slaughtering of farmers and sacking of communities in Benue, Taraba, Enugu, Plateau and other parts of Nigeria by Buhari kinsmen, Fulani herdsmen, supervised by Nigerian military, Police, DSS etc. Yet, Buhari shamelessly went to Togo for meeting of 53rd ordinary session of the Authority of Heads of States and Government of the ECOWAS to advice African leaders to respect rule of law, and refused to understand that charity they say begins at home. He said that Nigeria is a country that upholds democracy, and is against human right violations. The President didn't even stop his hypocrisy there, he went ahead and urged other African leaders to respect democracy, equity, fairness and justice, what a hypocrisy!

While the president was speaking in Lome yesterday, 8 out of 30 lawmakers in Benue moved to impeach the Governor. While Buhari climbed the podium to speak yesterday, the deputy Governor of Imo State was impeached, after Imo state lawmakers went against a court order, restraining the lawmakers and the state's judiciary from carrying out any impeachment against him.  What was really shocking was that, the 8 lawmakers of Benue State house assembly were protected heavily and aided by armed security men to carry out that impunity; and the remaining 22 were chased away by security men like common criminals.

Buhari was speaking about respecting democracy and the rule of law in Togo, while Sambo Dasuki and El-Zazakay, Shittes leader are languishing in detention despite the several courts of competent jurisdiction that has ruled for him to be released.

What about many members of IPOB that have been killed and many others are still illegally being detained without trial since since 2015 he assumed office, simply because they are asking for their freedom. May be Buhari that went to Togo is not the one that rules Nigeria; that is to tell you that the voice is the voice of Jacob while the hand was that of Esau. it is either Jubril from Sudan is the one ruling Nigeria or otherwise But if really Buhari is the one that spoke at ECOWAS meeting in Togo, he should have known that rule of law, equity fairness and justice is far away from Nigeria. He should have also known that judiciary is dead and expired and the executive has assumed the position of both the executive and the judiciary. He should have known that the Fulanis are killing people on daily basis and taken over their ancestral lands, while the Federal Government and the security agencies are protecting them. This should tell you the kind of people in ECOWAS, this is a clear evidence that Africa is daft.
If there is sanity in ECOWAS, the likes of Muhammadu Buhari, Paul Biya of Cameroon supposed to be languishing in jail for their atrocities against their citizens and the people of Africa.

My fellow Biafrans, it is time we learn our lessons and go out of this shithole to build our land, the land of the rising sun, Biafra.

SELF-DETERMINATION: REQUIRED GLOBAL LEGAL FRAMEWORK FOR NATIONS' INDEPENDENCE AND ASSOCIATED HUMAN TRAGEDY

Written by Mazi Onyebuchi Eze
For Family Writers Press

Irrefutable biblical history affirms the fulfillment of the law in Christ Jesus.  All laws were supposedly made for humanity and not vice versa. This was a concise response given against incriminating evidences tendered against Him by the proponents of the law, Pharisees and Sadducees on the issues bordering on the contravention of the laws of Shabbat. Jesus was seen healing the sick and doing other "love works" (miracles) on the said Shabbat, which prompted His response to the people that thronged around Him, seeking definitive clarifications.

The stone-aged, crude International protocols that even up to this present age, are breeding impunity and oppression, as enshrined in the territorial integrity cum sovereignty of nations, need to be wholesomely repealed. They provide covering for tyrants and oppressors of humanity all over the world. The continent of Africa is houses the offenders in this malady as the operational laws are inherently in sharp contrast to the above stated analogy of Christ regarding laws and legal instruments.

It is unfortunate to point out here that President Donald Trump of the United States of America, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyaho of the nation of Israel, President Vladimir Putin of Russia and President Emmanuel Macron of France seem gravely handicapped by these archaic and nefarious international laws of sovereign nations, in taking necessary actions, as the cries and groans of humanity are incessantly reverberating the world over. Sadly, people are daily being sacrificed on the altar of sovereignty of nations to service the obscene interests instead of such sovereignties serving as models of protection to the people.

The above mentioned global leaders by all standards, detest oppression, dehumanization and enslavement of fellow human beings as often being perpetrated by regimes of atrocities in different countries, with the African continent taking the lead. Viable actions against these spate of human abuses are being resisted by the devilish international instruments of territorial integrity of nations which stipulated that they must be respected. Through this flagrant disdain for the plights of humanity by upholding these obnoxious international laws to the detriment of the oppressed indigenous people spread across the world, it becomes necessary therefore to conclude that "THE INTERNATIONAL LEGAL INSTRUMENTS OF SOVEREIGNTY OF NATIONS HAVE NOW BECOME THE GREATEST TRAGEDY OF HUMANITY", instead of protecting the people.

What remains baffling however, is why are the international laws accorded supremacy at the neglect of other laws? Why are the laws guiding the sovereignty of nations even when outdated and offensive, appear sacrosanct and irrefutable, and yet the global leaders helplessly watch tyrannical Heads of Governments, under the cover and protection of the sovereign status of nations to commit atrocious impunity against their people? Why will such astute world leaders like Donald Trump, Vladimir Putin, Benjamin Netanyaho and Emmanuel Macron who respect the sovereignty of a country in the mold of Nigeria, wouldn't courageously exert the required pressure on the leaders of the governments of Nigeria, Cameroon and Spain to respect the emphatically stipulated international laws guiding self-determination and protection of human rights? These are costly questions begging for answers  which these frontline world leaders must not shy away from.

Beneath are three definite international laws that must be respected and clinically upheld by these leaders in synergy.

* International laws protecting human rights abuses by state actors and authorities of nations.

* International laws guiding self-determination for all indigenous people of the world.

International laws of sovereignty of nations for all sovereign nations of the world.

These are salient and consolidated international laws which equally deserve complete respect of Heads of States and Parliaments across the nations. It is callous and out of fashion for sovereign nations whose Heads of States blatantly disobey such laws on human rights protection and self-determination like what obtains in Nigeria, Cameroon and Spain, and yet be enjoying the luxury of dividends from other international laws standing in sequence of the package.

President Donald Trump, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyaho, President Vladimir Putin and President Emmanuel Macron are necessarily obliged to question the credibility of Nigeria, Cameroon and Spain behind their enjoyment of the benefits of international laws of  sovereignty of nations while disrespectfully making mockery of other inclusive international laws and protocols governing self-determination and human rights protection. The Nigerian government is presently and steadily killing and victimising Biafrans in their numbers for peacefully agitating for their freedom. Cameroon government is equally and brazenly massacring helpless Ambazonians of Southern Cameroon for daring to demand for their independence. The Spanish government which has carefully avoided wasting human lives so far, is continually suppressing the people of Catalonia with tyrannical policies. The season has now dawned to demand from the United Nations, their  plan of action in strongly enforcing these laws in question, alongside others clearly spelt out.

Tyranny, human rights abuses and oppression in whatever shape, meted out against humanity, are exceptionally detestable and the governments of Nigeria, Cameroon and Spain must be made to respect the internationally stipulated laws on human rights and self-determination as the three countries are equally enjoying the benefits derivable from the laws guiding the sovereignty of nations. The international community must instantly though, make regimes to loose the pleasure of placing the sovereignty of nations above the wish, interest and protection of the people. Doing otherwise or servicing the status quo, amounts to heightened wickedness instituted tragedy. The international treaties put in place by the global community should of course, be made beneficial to all citizens within sovereign nations and contrary acts of suppression against genuine desires of the indigenous people groups must be criminalised. The indigenous peoples within the sovereign nations of Biafra, Ambazonia and Catalonia must be jealously protected against all tyrannical waves and decimation policies of the occupational governments in their respective regions. Sovereignty of nations must not be detrimental to humanity as Heads of States hide under such inherent luxury to perpetrate hostilities against the indigenous land owners especially in the African continent.

About Paul Gascoigne The most naturally and outrageously English player of his generation, Paul Gascoigne lit up the international stage with his talents for a decade and had it not been for England's agonising penalty shootout to West Germany at Italia 90, he would have graced a World Cup final. First capped by Bobby Robson in a friendly against Denmark in 1988 but it was at the World Cup finals two years later that he was to make an inedible mark on the football world and come to close to steering the side into the final for the first time since 1966. Gazza was simply sensational at the tournament as England progressed through the group stages and then beat Belgium and Cameroon to set up an eagerly-anticipated semi-final against West Germany in Turin. The match was an epic. The Germans took the lead with a deflected freekick but England equalised through Gary Lineker after 80 minutes and the game headed into extra-time. Gascoigne was having a great match but will forever be remembered for his tears after he was yellow carded for a lunge on Thomas Berthold, a booking which meant he would not be available for the final. England of course never made it through but Gazza's superb performances made him one of the undisputed stars of the tournament. I dont know about you but God has been kind and I discovered mine couple of days ago..... I heard from my Rohit last week and we got together the day before....As a matter of fact he,s lying in bed totally pooped out from our encounter after lunch today and we,ve been at it all afternoon...now thats what I call PARADISE. We lost touch with each other soon after school and then bumped into each other in HongKong much later on Nathan Road ,,while I was on a shopping spree with my wife and he with his. In short ,, we exchanged pleasantries and also our business cards. Some days later I had a call from him asking me if we could get together. It was as if I had found KOHINOOR DIAMOND.... I was perplexed and didnt know if it was all a dream or real. To cut a long story short we did meet up in Delhi and got together in Meridian hotel where we stayed for three whole days ...totally freaked out on each other till none of us had even a drop of cum left. We had such wild lovemaking that would put the best of North Africans or Blacks Or whatever to shame. Although both of us were worried about our marital status and although we had initial inhibitions whether it was right or whatever yet we just freaked out and believe u me it was the best time of my life..and his , too ..or so he told me and I could make out he was not shamming. God has his own ways and I discovered this....it was a very pleasant surprise to be together with the guy of my dreams... Now for the extraordinary bit.....For the first time ever after being forewarned about the rigours of AIDS....We both drank each other's cum many times as if we couldnt do without it.....Mind you..No tests no nothing...it was plain simple love.....We both trusted and just gave into each other. Please dont forget that we both are married people and such things are unheard of in India. I have no idea if I,m ill and I,m sure he is no different. But we both made love in good faith..like old times and I have no regrets whatsoever. Our next encounter is scheduled for Dusseldorf in Germany where I,ve invited him to be my guest for 2 weeks and thereafter , if all goes well, I,ll visit him in Paris where he is working as a Marketing manager and living alone. I want everyone to know that I,ve been with some of the best guys from the world over without having to pay a penny ,save for times when I,ve spent on maybe a meal. I,ve never EVER paid a dime for sex and I,ve had the best of guys of all shapes, sizes and colour from all over....and I,ve NEVER EVER been blackmailed by anyone including the dozen odd Nigerians or the dozen odd Ghanaians or cameroonians or kenyans that I went around with.....mind you ....Not ONE. God be with you all. Cheers.

Cameroon's Boko Haram IDPs Clash With Hosts Over Resources      Cache   Translate Page   Web Page Cache
The government of Cameroon is trying to negotiate an end to a crisis in the northern part of the country that triggered fighting between people displaced by the Boko Haram insurgency and villagers who have hosted them for the past three years. But host communities say their resources have been stretched thin. An uneasy calm reigns in Wack, a village in the north, following last week's  clashes that left several people dead and 15 wounded, destroyed property, and killed cattle. Sixty-four-year old Jifbi Haman, leader of a community of internally displaced persons, said the conflict erupted when members of the host community beat their wives and chased them from farms they have occupied since 2015. He said their wives, already suffering the most from Boko Haram atrocities,  are still not finding peace in their host communities. He said they are exploited and sexually harassed because they are vulnerable. Among the wounded is 42-year old Seidou Habiba, who said she escaped from her village in July after her family was targeted three times by Boko Haram fighters. She was saved by Cameroon's military. Habiba said since war drove her from her northern village of Mozogo, she has not been able to find peace and she has no means of survival. She said  all that she is asking for is a means to raise domestic animals or a farm to grow crops. The village of Wack has received more than 700 internally displaced people since 2015 when fighting between Cameroon's military and Boko Haram spiked on the border with Nigeria. Governor of the region, Kildadi Taguieke Boukar, visited the area Thursday in hopes of resolving the conflict between villagers and the IDPs. He declared the conflict a provocation by IDPs who occupied more land than they were given by their hosts. He said the recent bloody conflict was sparked by the refusal of internally displaced persons to obey instructions from traditional rulers not to illegally occupy host community farms, cattle ranches and land reserves. Boukar said he has strongly instructed the IDPs to respect their hosts and for the host communities to learn to live in solidarity with the people displaced by Boko Haram. The United Nations said Boko Haram fighting has affected food security in parts of Cameroon, Nigeria, Chad and Niger — a major reason for the conflict between host communities and refugees. Cameroon's Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development said two million people in the country are at risk of food insecurity70 percent of them on its northern border with Nigeria. Raphael Bah is a Cameroon Red Cross official in the north. He said more funding is needed to assist host communities and refugees to prevent further conflict. He said the first and most important thing they have done for now to calm the conflict is providing 15,000 people with food aid. He said the second thing they will do to stop dependency on aid is to hand out planting seeds to host communities and IDPs to increase their production and to fight hunger and famine. Boko Haram has displaced nearly a quarter million Cameroonians through violence that began when the Nigerian Islamist group began using Cameroon for bases. Cameroon says is has only received one third of the $690 million in aid required this year to meet the needs of displaced people and host communities.
